Seawind 1509 is the perfect place to unwind and make memories with your family and friends! This condo was recently purchased by a new owner and has been updated with new decor and new bedding. The home also has new high quality vinyl flooring throughout.
Bedding Arrangements:

Master: King sized bed, private bath, gulf front deck access

Guest 1: Queen size bed, semi-private bath

Guest 2: Full size Bunk bed (full bed over full bunk)

Seawind is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and walking distance to so much classic Gulf Shores fun: the beach, Sea & Suds, Pink Pony, The Hangout, Gulf State Fishing Pier, surf shops, ice cream, hot dogs and more!! Seawind has so many wonderful amenities for guests of all ages to enjoy!!

Family spring break 2025

We had the most wonderful time! The unit is in the most perfect location. There is plenty of space. My 12 y/o son loved the bunk beds. You can easily walk around the area to local restaurants, shopping and ice cream :). The pool was not open but we went to the beach everyday. Only con were the elevators. Be patient with the elevators. There are only two for the entire building. There are carts available in the lobby of the elevator areas for when you are un/loading your car. Also the parking garage was under construction however we never had issues finding a space. If we go back to Gulf Shores, I would definitely rebook this unit!

Very cute condo, great view, very well stocked

Overall we had a great stay here. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars on everything was that the pool and hot tub were not able to be used while we were there, and we weren’t given a heads up about that until we got there. The host was very apologetic and researched another place for us to stay that did have a working pool/hot tub. We chose to stay at the condo as we had already unpacked and that was our only complaint. The condo was very clean and had plenty of kitchen appliances, beach chairs, extra blankets, and anything we could have needed was there We would definitely consider staying here again.

Beautiful Sunset - Great Host - Would go back!

The property was as described, clean and beautiful, on the beach, great response from host when needed, would definitely recommend for your stay! The master suite was amazing with the patio door as well as the one in the main room. Kitchen setup was great for cooking in and the area had many options for heading out to eat. Beautiful sunsets off the amazing southwest corner balcony!

Great views

Pros: on the beach with great balcony and views. Easy beach access. Cons: floors were dirty and lots of dust under beds and furniture. Dining chair broke when sat in. Dryer did not work. Garbage disposal did not work. Bunk beds were falling apart. Beach supplies have reached their usage capacity. Laundry room smells like mildew. Pool looks way bigger in pics. Never saw a sauna. Hot tub wasn’t very hot. $50 parking per car is ridiculous. Not very much within walking distance. Elevator doesn’t always stop on the floor pressed.

Girls getaway!

My sister-in-law and I enjoyed a four night getaway . Very nice condo with beautiful view of the gulf. Very well stocked with all the supplies we needed, just had to add a little food. Would highly recommend. Within walking distance to a lot of restaurants and shops.

Great Stay in the Beach

We had a great week in Gulf Shores. Seawind is in a perfect location for walking to stores and restaurants & bars. The room was clean and well appointed. Our host was very accommodating and went above and beyond to help us out in a minor problem we encountered. We would stay here again.

5 day stay in Gulf Shores

The elevator situation in this building is terrible. One was always broken and the other was always packed. Walked the 15 floors numerous times. Lights in the kitchen were blinking so they could possibly need new bulbs. New bulbs needed in the master bath. Loved the area rug in the Master bedroom. We had a good time for our 5 day stay.

Great stay in a great beach condo!

1509 Seawind was exactly as described and as shown in the photographs. The owner was communicative and responsive, and even reached out to us to let us know we could check in early if we wanted to. Check-in was seamless, which helped greatly when arriving on a very busy annual beach day. The view from the balcony was incredible. There was always ample parking available in the parking garage, even during peak season. You’ll need to allow yourself extra time to wait on elevators during the busy times of the day, as is the case with most condominium buildings, of course, but the walk to the beach from the building is very short. Our young children LOVED the building’s kiddie pool and wanted to visit it every day.

We enjoyed our stay here! The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo had plenty of room for my large family. We were close enough to walk to restaurants to avoid the traffic.

Good location, bad communication

We stayed from May 26- May 30th 2024. We were originally supposed to leave June 1 but because of a death in the family we had to cut the trip short. I messaged the host 2 days before we had to leave when we found out about the funeral arrangements and she never responded or acknowledged that she got it. I messaged her again the morning we left and still nothing. Upon arrival to the condo we noticed the elevators took forever at the condo (not the owners fault). We also noticed that the microwave didn’t work at all, which was a huge inconvenience since our son has to have any lunch meat warmed up due to some medical issues. The floors were also dirty. They didn’t look dirty but walking on them for even 3 minutes barefoot turned all of our feet black. The children’s splash pad is not heated even during the 90° days our kids got cold and the pool was always crowded. The view from the balcony was beautiful though and everyone was very nice.

We came for Hangout Fest and Brittany’s condo is a total prime location! Close to restaurants, Surf Style, a market. The condo was clean and cute! Brittany was great at communication. Thank you for everything Brittany!
