⭐️ We had an amazing time during our stay! The location couldn’t have been more perfect—right on the beach with stunning views from the balcony. The condo was spotless, beautifully maintained, and just steps from the elevators, which made everything super convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we loved how close we were to some fantastic dinner spots. ⭐️
⭐️ This was a 10/10 vacation spot. We were able to walk directly to the beach and my kids loved the pools. The beds were extremely comfortable and we had every kitchen item we needed. The views from the patio were breathtaking! The location was close to all sorts of great restaurants and activities. ⭐️

• Our team is excited to welcome you to the beach! We are here for you to answer any questions or to help you choose the perfect property, just ask. As owners and hosts, we have a small collection of beautiful properties to choose from. THE FINE PRINT
•Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 to stay at the property throughout the rental term. When you arrive on property all guests will need to be present to receive wristbands and up to 2 parking passes. The primary guest will need to show ID and must be at least 25 years old to check in per HOA rules. Our max guest count is 6 and includes all ages, even infants.
• All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement (within 48 hours) to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature.
•Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive!
• We strongly recommend travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more.
• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date or prevailing booking site rules.
• CHECK-IN BEGINS AT 4:00 PM and CHECK-OUT IS BY 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the condo for your stay. If you have an early arrival or late flight, please book the day before/after.
• No parties/smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our condo or on the balcony.
• Beach service is provided by LaDolceVita for a separate fee. If you want to bring your own chairs, you will need to set up behind the vendor chairs.
• Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.
• We will send your welcome letter via email 10 days before arrival with all of your important arrival information and codes.

*Departure instructions – We do not have long chore lists for our guests – you are here to relax! All we ask is that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher. This small list allows our professional housekeeping team to clean and sanitize the condo during our short rental turn in time for our next guests. We appreciate you!
