The Holiday Hideaway

This 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom (one bathroom is located in the garage) convenient home is located in a corner lot close to US Route 19. This spot is perfect for the go-getter, as there are plenty of things to do, within just a short drive like The Pinellas Trail and Anclote River Park.

This home comes with a fenced in backyard and a private drive with plenty of room for parking. After you have spent your day out and about, feel free to come home and kick back in the Gazebo. This home also includes a fire pit and swing, to really maximize relaxation. Other perks of your stay include being close to grocery stores and other big box retail. You are also only 30 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 35 Minutes to the Tampa Airport. This house is located only 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and 40 minutes from other Tampa Bay attractions. Please note that there is no swimming at this home, therefor we don't supply any beach equipment. We recommend you bring your own if you plan to visit a nearby beach. If you have a boat and would like to bring it we have a private boat launch nearby and trailer parking to use at your own risk.

No Parties or events
Neighbors value the serenity of a quiet neighborhood. Please follow all Parking, pet restrictions and property boundaries as well as monitor occupancy and noise levels to ensure consistency.
**Do not set the temps below 70 degrees. This will cause the ac to freeze up as they will not be able to cycle on and off. In Florida weather all ac’s can only cool so far with doors constantly being open and closed.**
‱ Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home including vaping of any kind and the use of medical marijuana. If smoking outside, please dispose of butts in appropriate containers and do not litter gardens or the yards.
‱ Garbage and recycling Day is Tuesday and Friday. Please place garbage containers curbside on Wednesday night.
‱ The Sewage System of our home will be damaged if products other than toilet paper are flushed. The following are a few examples of items that cannot be flushed: diapers, bones, sanitary products, coffee grounds, band aids and dental floss.
TV is Wi-Fi streaming only using apps such as Netflix. Please bring your log in information for those apps as you will need them. There is no cable. It is a Roku device which does have the Roku channel for some free tv.
Quiet time is from 9 pm until 7am. Visitors who remain in the home after 9 pm will be considered extra guests and you will be charged as such. Visitors are any persons not listed in the reservation.
‱ We allow up to 2 pets for an additional fee of $150.00. You can add a third animal for another $50 fee. Our homes will only accommodate up to 3 pets, per reservation. If pets are brought in without our knowledge then a $500 daily fee will be applied or result in immediate eviction with no refunds for remainder of your stay. Please keep pets on leash or in fenced back yard. Be sure both gates are closed and please clean up after your pet and dispose of pet waste properly.
‱ The Barbeque grill has propane. Please clean and turn off tank after each use.
‱ Please wear shoes at all times when walking on shells in side yard as they are sharp and can cut your feet.
‱ Please note that Lawn maintenance will be done between the hrs of 7am and Sunset dependent on weather any day of the week.
Disclaimer: there is a security camera at the front door which is also the porch light and will be running during your entire stay and result in a fee or immediate eviction if turned off.
To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, we have enhanced our cleaning procedures by blocking off 24 hours before and after a guest has stayed in the home.

PLEASE NOTE: we cannot offer refunds for issues related to insects or weather conditions including but not limited to no wifi, power outages or issues out of our control. Our property is located in a natural environment where insects and changing weather are part of the experience. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy your stay.

In Preparation of your departure, we ask that you:
‱ Remove all refuse from the home and yards and place it in the containers outside.
‱ Please strip beds and place used sheets in washer.
‱ Ensure dishes are washed or the dishwasher is loaded and started.
‱ Please make sure toaster and coffee pot are unplugged and emptied . All lights and fans are off with the exception of the Front porch light and lamp on desk.
‱ Please be sure all hoses and propane tanks are turned off.
‱ Please set Air conditioner back to 80 degrees.

Holiday in Holiday

We came to Florida to spend Christmas with family. I needed to find a space that fit my humans and my two dogs. Thank you for understanding that sometimes people need to travel with their animals. The home met our needs for our short stay and we would recommend it to anyone else traveling with dogs.

Our stay for February 2024

My husband and I booked this house for February 2024. Overall, we were very happy with the house... it was very clean, had well-working amenities, and was well set-up for renters. The enclosed backyard was excellent for our medium-sized dog who spent a lot of her day outside. The house is nicely decorated (I love the lamps!) and the furniture is comfortable. Having two washers and two dryers was very convenient... and I was surprised when the Samsung oven texted my Samsung phone when I arrived... I guess that's a thing now? The TVs were modern and set up for guests to add their own channels, etc. Plenty of towels available to use. Overall, we were very happy and comfortable there. As for negatives,the biggest down-side for us was the parking situation. The house has more parking than most on the street (space for 2 cars), but there are giant rocks at the end of the driveway that made it hard to park a truck or SUV without running over or hitting the rocks. I would recommend moving the rocks. The neighborhood is a little more urban than we expected... with a loud daytime motorcycle repair shop across the street, which is behind a strip club. The neighbors we met were very nice though. Again, we would definitely rent this house in the future if we need to spend more time in Holiday!

Nice place to stay

I loved the enclosed back yard for the dogs. We basically just slept there since we visited family most days. Loved the open shower in the back bedroom.

Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! The house was clean and very comfortable! Check in was a breeze!The fenced back yard is wonderful! The house is close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, entertainment, and Tarpon Springs sponge docks. I highly recommend this property!

Convenient location for our golf outings. We enjoyed grilling in the backyard. Clean, not a fan of Roku for TV. We couldn't watch some games we wanted to see. Quiet neighborhood while we stayed.

simple and nice

It is a very simple home, comfortable and nice. The feature I liked the most is that I could park my boat inside the fence with no problem so I could sleep without worrying about it.

Perfect location, great response from owner

The neighborhood is a little bit older, but the house is in great shape and was perfect for our needs! My brother, 2 children, my husband, and I all stayed there comfortably for 2 weeks. The dogs enjoyed the backyard and so did we! The porch has a stereo and fan so you can sit out and enjoy hearing the seagulls and watching planes taking off from tampa in the distance. My kids loved the seashells in the back yard and enjoyed trying to find interesting ones. The owner was quick to respond and very helpful. Thank you for allowing us to stay (and extend our stay), you made a stressful time so much easier!
