You'll love coming home each afternoon to this open and inviting condo at Main Street Station, an all-seasons retreat that sits within steps of the ski lifts and the very heart of downtown Breckenridge.

This 1,030-square-foot space is full of small comforts, including plush furnishings, a gas fireplace with a beautiful stone facade, and a balcony where you can bask in the alpine sunshine. When you're not skiing, snowboarding, hiking, or fishing nearby, you'll have access to fantastic on-site amenities that include multiple hot tubs, a large outdoor swimming pool, and a well-outfitted fitness center.

Main Street Station is a wonderful blend of luxury and location, with the base of Peak 9 mere steps from your front door and Main Street at your back. The QuickSilver Super Chair is right across Maggie Pond, offering easy connections to the 187 trails, 33 other lifts, and 2,908 skiable acres of terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. If you wander northward up the street, you'll quickly reach the heart of historic Main Street with its excellent restaurants, apres-ski spots, brewpubs, and boutiques to explore.

Come summertime, you can tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club (five miles north), take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster at the resort, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. The Frisco Bay Marina on the shores of Lake Dillon is less than 10 miles north as well, providing a great spot to kayak, stand-up paddleboard, or take out a sailboat.

There is no air conditioning.
An air mattress provides additional sleeping space. It is not an option provided in the bedding.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Ski getaway

This condo is absolutely gorgeous and very cozy, along with the perfect location. We walked everywhere and enjoyed the close proximity of the condo to restaurants, skiing, tubing, etc. Looking forward to coming back!!

Lovely condo!

This condo is so convenient to town. It was easy to walk to shopping and eating. Parking is very close and convenient if you are driving. We did not cook, but the kitchen was well stocked. Easy check in, clean, comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, spacious, and fabulous location

This condo is fabulously located to be able to walk to just about everywhere in Breck. If that wasn't enough, it is also beautiful and spacious! From the private balcony, we were able to enjoy the hustle and bustle of the Sunday morning market and the music. We will definitely be back during ski season.

I had a wonderful time! I attended a wedding at the Main Street Station and was so happy with the accommodations. Large room, 2 bathrooms and a full size kitchen. Thank you! Will definitely look you up this winter when we go up to ski.

Perfect Spot in Breck!

Beautiful condo conveniently located near the base of Peak 9. Ski valet service on site make life easy. Condo has a huge bedroom, master bathroom, well equipped kitchen, and large comfortable living area with a fireplace. We had a great week.

Hard to beat Main Street station for location. Easy walk to the lifts and easy walk to shops, restaurants and bars on Main. Condo is large for a one bedroom. Two bathrooms made life easy. Per my son, sofa sleeper was more comfortable then his bed in the dorm. I will rent this place again!

5 star stay in perfect location for town & skiing

We enjoyed our stay and recommend this 1br/2ba condominium whole heartedly! Even the pullout couch is very comfortable. There is a kitchen for cooking up a simple meal or snack. But the location at the beginning of Main Street makes eating out for any meal a cinch... All beds comfortable, all areas spacious... The balcony allows you to step out for a breath of fresh air with your morning coffee. I’d gladly return or recommend to a friend while staying in Breckenridge!

Perfect Ski Weekend!

If you're looking to stay in Breckenridge for a short weekend or a longer stay, this is THE place to be! My husband and I had the perfect getaway weekend from our busy jobs thanks to this condo and its location. The condo is large, clean, and comfortable. Two bathrooms, a fireplace, and a comfortable king size bed were highlights. We appreciated having access to a full kitchen and being a short walking distance from all the shops, bars, and restaurants. The walk to the chairlift is very convenient and led to 2 awesome days of skiing for us! The hotel's hot tubs (one set by the fitness center and another set across the sidewalk near the pools) were wonderful ways to wind down each evening. The only issue with our trip was that it had to end. When we head back to Breckenridge, we will look to stay here first! Thank you Scott!!

WONDERFUL!!!

This property is in the BEST location to anything you would want to do in Breckenridge. Only thing you need to bring with you would be clothes and any food you would want to cook while there. All restaurants and shopping are withing a short walk from the condo... My boyfriend and I had to make our stay short and when we were unpacking after we got home, I realized that I had forgot to pack my jeans....(I left them in the rental unit). When I emailed the owner he was great to work with and actually had his son go to the condo and retrieve them for me.. That in itself is unbelievable...most places would be sorry but your SOL!! I will be recommending this unit to ANYONE that will be looking for a GREAT STAY IN BRECKENRIDGE!!

Fantastic condo right next to the slopes and Main Street. Excellent accommodations. Would stay again. Bonus was the EV charger in the parking garage for our electric car.

we enjoyed the proximity to downtown, the big jetted bathtub and the easy on fireplace. We found the unit to be dark and cavernous, unlike the pictures advertised online. we were not anticipating looking out on a boisterous outdoor mall where there was often lots of noise and also construction with jackhammers. Wish we had been notified ahead of time and we would have made other arrangements.

We will rent again

This property is exactly as advertised. It’s clean and has everything a family needs for vacation. I wouldn’t rent with more than 4 people unless you’re comfortable with people sleeping on the floor (blow up mattress provided) of the bedroom. The pullout couch mattress is comfortable. The bedroom is large and also has a good mattress. Two bathrooms were a plus. Ski equipment is not allowed in the unit, but the storage service was awesome. Every morning we had warm dry boots. And it was nice not to have all the gear in the room! The location couldn’t be better. Right at the top of Main Street. Lots of shopping and dining options. It’s a 5 minute walk to the lift (without little kids). Parking was secure underground. The only complaint was the unit lacked enough soap, hand soap, shampoo, etc. That was minor though. The grocery store is a 3 block walk. Our car stayed parked for the full week! We will be back. Thank you!

Great place in a great location!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The condo was super clean and nice. Perfect size for us and our two kiddos. Parking garage is wonderful, we parked and never had to move until we left. Condo is so close to everything, easy walk to it all! Had a wonderful vacation and would love to stay here again if it’s available next time we come!!
