With 894 square feet of living space up on the fourth floor, this condo offers lovely views of Illinois Creek and Baldy Mountain. Enjoy a private balcony where you can sip your morning coffee and evening cocoa, and TVs in both the living room and bedroom for your entertainment. On the grounds of this beautiful property, you'll also have access to a spacious outdoor pool, several hot tubs to soothe your ski muscles, a fitness room, a cinema, and easy ski storage.
Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, boasts prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. You'll also be an easy stroll from the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. This rental is located on floor 4.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Awesome unit!
Loved this smaller unit for a quick getaway for my husband and me. Having coffee or drinks on the balcony overlooking the watershed area was relaxing. Kitchen has everything you need. Highly recommend!

Great stay
Loved the place. Great location and the condo itself, while a bit dated and well-loved, was a great space for this couple. I can confirm that there is definitely a dresser in the bedroom now!
TV and wifi worked well. Bed was firm but mostly comfortable. Plenty of pillows and other bedding/blankets available. Two box fans helped keep the condo nice and cool throughout our stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice location and furnishings
The location is close to everything and overlooks the interior of the complex. Gets noisy when kids are screaming in the hot tubs a few times a day but otherwise pleasant. Parking in heated garage is nice. The coffee maker uses cone filters. Appliances, bed and baths are nice. Living room furniture has seen better days but acceptable.

Easy logistics
This unit is beautiful and was equipped well for my husband and me to enjoy a working ski trip. There is a desk in the bedroom, as well as the dining table so we had no problem with both of us on a conference call.
The owners must be chefs as they have that level of oven, gas stove, refrigerator and a good set of knives. The rest of the kitchen cooking items were more average, and no extra spices.
What we loved most was the ease of the complimentary ski valet and 3-4 minute walk to Quicksilver lift. You can drop your shoes in a cubby, use the restroom and then get on the lift within 10 minutes (plus however long it takes to put on your boots!). At the end of the day, you drop everything off there before heading to the unit. In the morning you get warm boots and fast service.
The hot tub near this unit was also easy - bathrobes in the unit to wear down and a locker area inside to leave towels. Finally, you are right on Main St. just out the door and you are in the shopping/restaurant area.
The main desk is well-staffed, helpful and responsive to requests.

Apartment, location etc all extremely good, we loved it. One issue that needs to be sorted is the shower, despite running it and wasting precious water it never really got that warm to enjoy. The bath was plenty hot enough.

Great spot
Lovely condo, impressive kitchen and lighting. Pilot light was out in fireplace when we arrive. I called the Vacasa front desk and maintenance came to relight it quickly. The extra half bath was a great bonus. Many of the furnishings and decor have been update since the photos on here were taken. Would definitely recommend, perfect space for a couple.
