Indulge in this beautifully remodeled mountain modern condo complete with walls adorned with artwork from famous Colorado artists and rustic furnishings to complete this mountain getaway. This condo sits at the base of the Snowflake lift for easy ski in/ski access to Breckenridge’s world renowned slopes. Nearby are cross country skiing trails and spaces to snowshoe. In the summer, you are at the trailhead of several different hikes offering beautiful views, wildlife, wild flowers and trails winding along streams. Fishing and mountain biking is close by as well. Yet this condo is only three blocks from the heart of Breckenridge’s Main Street full of restaurants, shopping and many kid friendly activities. The unit does not have air conditioning.
Blue Sky amenities include a heated pool and shared hot tubs, front desk check in and management, a workout room, and a game room for the kids and the young at heart. Use the private Blue Sky shuttle to whisk you to other parts of the mountain or to and from town. Charter Sports and a Lift Ticket office are located within the Blue Sky complex making your ski vacation a breeze. In the summer, Charter Sports offers mountain bikes and electric bikes so you can ride off to trails or town straight from Blue Sky.
This unit is located close to the pool area and has partial views of Baldy Mountain.
The Spa at Breckenridge is located inside the Blue Sky building.
Nearby, you're just blocks away from the heart of downtown Breckenridge with its shops, restaurants, and loads of family-friendly activities. You'll also be close to all kinds of outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, snowshoeing, and swimming. Head over to Carter Park and Pavilion for hiking trails, downhill sledding, a dog park, baseball diamonds, tennis courts, a playground, and a sand volleyball court. Walk the 20-mile path of the Pacific Railroad when you plan a day at Boreas Pass Road, 11 miles away. The Blair Witch Trailhead is less than seven miles away with wildlife and beautiful views for nature lovers.
Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 PM. Check-out time: 10:00 AM. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Please note that this unit does not include air conditioning. The steam rooms, lift ticket office, Charter Sports (equipment rentals), and the Spa of Breckenridge are located on the first floor of BlueSky. Amenities include an on-site ski lift ticket office, Charter Sports Ski and Snowboard Rentals. Complimentary shuttle service runs to the limit of downtown Breckenridge. Hours will vary, depending on the season. Downtown Breckenridge is a 10-minute walk away. Breckenridge Business License No. 47282.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. I just came up from Denver for a quick weekend trip and this was exactly what we needed! Biggest plus is the complimentary shuttle service they provide. Unit was spotless and had all you need for a comfortable stay. Hoping to be back for ski season!

Cozy and comfortable
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary in October. Everything was super clean and all the things were in place that we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace and balcony the most. We also loved the walk to Main Street and the access to the pool and hot tubs. It was quiet and secure. We loved it!!

Perfect family ski condo
We had the best Christmas vacation in this condo. Plenty of space and very clean. Well appointed kitchen. Loved the patio overlooking the pool. Very cozy living and dining rooms. Kids enjoyed the game room just down the hall. The ticket office, equipment rentals and ski lift are on site and very convenient. Overall great rental and will stay here again!

Cute Condo
Parking spot in the closed garage was right by the elevator. And the condo was right down thr hall from the elevator, making luggage moving a breeze. The condo was clean but had a smell of legtover garlic. The rooms were adequate size but the mattress in the king size room was old and had permanent indentations in it. Overall I would stay again.

I'm Almost Afraid to Rave About This Condo...
...because then everyone will want it! But, I have to be honest. I LOVED this condo! The building is close to everything and is ski-in, ski-out, and the condo's location within the building is great, too. I loved that it was ground level and steps away from the hot tub. The floor plan feels very spacious with everything you need. The furniture is fresh, stylish, and comfortable. Both bathrooms are bright and spacious. The home is immaculate, and you can tell the housekeeper takes great pride in his/her work; this person even staged the trashbags (specially folded) under the main sink! Who does that??? Now I just hope they give me priority next time for my great review and don't make me get in line behind all of you! :)

Located right across from the pool. The unit is very clean. Ample cooking pots and utensils, and dinner wares. Check-in was a breeze. Keep it up! Would definitely come back. Only wish it could be cheaper.

4 Night Family Vacation in Breckinridge
The condo was very comfortable for our family of 5. The deck was my favorite spot for coffee in the morning and enjoying the cool temps in the evening. We enjoyed being close to the pool and hot tub, although it was a little noisy during the day. The beds were very comfortable, except the top bunk of the second bedroom had a squeaky mattress. Quinn at the front desk was very helpful . The location was terrific because it was only a short walk to downtown, but far enough to feel quiet and peaceful. Also, it was convenient to rent bikes from Charter Sports on site and to schedule spa appointments at The Spa at Breckinridge on site. Overall, it was a nice unit, clean, and had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. We would stay there again, for sure!

Loved it!
This condo worked really well for our family of 5. We have three girls close in age so the bunk beds worked well for them and the condo provided enough room for a six day stay. We loved the hot tubs and pool and ended every afternoon by the pool. There was a couple housekeeping issues the first night and Alex resolved them immediately the next morning - he was terrific! The location is great - very walkable to downtown Breckenridge and a nice and easy trail to a reservoir behind the Lodge. We highly recommend!

Great Experience
Five stars for location, lodging, and great staff. Just a few items that could have pulled the rating to four stars. Sound insulation, if you have noisy upstairs neighbors, you will absolutely hear them. That said, the staff reacted rapidly to my 1am complaint and all was quiet for the rest of our stay. Seasonal closing of Spa and Pub were a little inconvenient but understandable. All in all, we had a great time and would recommend this unit to other vacationers.

Location and comfort all in one
Our annual family vacation with the (17!) nephews was well spent here. This room and the other three we rented were clean, comfortable, well appointed. Having the Snowflake lift right out the door was fantastic too. The staff was helpful and genuinely friendly the entire week. And the CU Tavern and private shuttle were wonderful bonuses.

Weekend relaxation
BlueSky is a good location to downtown and a great smaller resort, spa. Condo was clean, well furnished, beds were very comfortable just a very nice place to stay! The resort is nice and relaxing with a good pool and very nice hot tubs.
