Perfect for a family with children, a group of friends, or a romantic escapade with your significant other, this third-floor condo is the ideal setting for relaxation and convenience in Breckenridge. Step outside onto the furnished balcony each morning to breathe in the fresh mountain air; in the evenings, stroll home from a day on the slopes to swap stories, watch movies, and catch up with your loved ones in the warmth of the gas fireplace.
This condo is bright and open, creating a wonderful space to unwind. Pick up groceries at any of the nearby stores and prepare homemade meals in the well-equipped kitchen. After dinner each evening, retreat to the jetted bathtub in the main bathroom to soothe your tired ski legs, or head downstairs to one of the bubbling outdoor hot tubs on the grounds.
Located in the heart of Breckenridge, Main Street Station is one of the closest properties to the QuickSilver Super Chair and the Maggie Base Area at the foot of Peak 9. On the grounds, you'll find world-class amenities that include a heated outdoor pool, outdoor hot tubs, quick and easy parking for one vehicle in the underground garage, and a seasonal shuttle service. The property also features several restaurants, shops, and even a full-service ski and snowboard rental facility. Leave your car securely parked and stroll through downtown to find everything from coffee shops to fine dining, massages, and independent boutiques.
In the winter months, spend your days skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, dog sledding, fly fishing, or taking gondola or sleigh rides. Go ice skating at Stephen C. West Ice Arena, or find free sledding at places like Carter Park and Pavilion and Fraction Drive. The Runway sledding hill on Airport Road even offers a sled shed, where the kids can easily borrow a sled for an afternoon of fun.
Come summer, tee off at the Breckenridge Golf Club, take rides on the Alpine Slide and the Goldrunner Coaster, stroll along the Riverwalk that traces the Blue River, and hike and fish to your heart's content. Mountain bikers have access to spectacular national forest trails right in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, and there are guided whitewater rafting and horseback riding adventures to take advantage of as well. Be sure to check out the Breckenridge Sunday Market for delicious food and a chance to mix with local vendors.
Things to Know There is no air conditioning. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Laundry - Washer/Dryer are available as a shared amenity for the building.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 1 vehicle. 1 day notification is required in order to heat the pool.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Perhaps give people with kids a heads up that it’s not ski in/ski out and that you have to hunt for the place to store your skis. A lot to learn with a child in skis. Won’t stay here again.

we love Breckenridge
We love Breckenridge and this property was wonderful, but we cannot stay here again with no AC, it was miserable trying to sleep at night.

THis is a great place in the heart of Main St Station!
This unit has a balcony that has a birdseye view of the stage if there is a entertainer in Main St station. Dont worry though as the noise settles down due to the area having a noise ordinance, so this was not a hindrance.
Within walking distance of all attractions, shopping, Peak gondolas and everything you love about Breck!

Great Location
We loved the location and could walk to everything. We didn't know that Main Street Station contains a bunch of stores/restaurants. The rear of our unit, where the balcony and all the windows are, opens up to to the courtyard of the stores. This can lead to noise at night if you have windows open, which is a must in August with no A/C. We liked the firmness of the bed (although my wife still felt it was a little off somehow). Our only real issue was the access cards. They stopped working multiple times and we had to get them redone (over just a 4 night stay). Also, at check-in, we weren't told we would need to use our card to access the "green" area of the lower level parking garage. It was very dark down there and difficult to figure out. We saw others back up and park in the wrong places in frustration. I finally found the horizontal slot to put the card in and it worked, at least that first time!

Great place to stay
We loved this unit. There were two of us and it was the perfect size. The unit was clean and well maintained. The only downfall was the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable. They could also use more lighting in the bedroom, perhaps a light on the ceiling fan. Other than that it was a great stay.

Great except for the bed
Great location and spacious and clean . The bed needs to be replaced , it was terrible the worst I have ever experienced .

Great place to stay.
This was a very comfortable place to stay and we would have liked to have stayed longer. The only bad part is the parking garage but it isn’t a big deal because you can walk to everything.
