Le Petite is a newly renovated cottage in Tom Nevers. The cottage is a one-bedroom and it feels roomy and bright. It boasts cathedral ceilings, clean lines, and a calmness you will desire while on your Nantucket vacation. You will love each and every corner including its beautifully designed outdoor deck with a large outdoor dining area. The cottage has everything you will need on your vacation including beach chairs and towels, linens, and bathroom amenities. No Pets allowed and rates are firm.

Fabulous!

Beautiful little cottage tucked off the beaten path but very close to sconset and 10 mins to downtown Nantucket. As pictured with everything you could need in the kitchen. Would stay again!

October in Nantucket

Second time at La Petite! Beautiful and comfortable place and a quick drive to everything Nantucket has to offer. Weather was great this time also, which was a bonus. Hosts were accommodating and communication was fantastic.

Solid choice in Tom Nevers

La Petite is as advertised. Athalyn is responsive and the property is easy to get to, yet away from the noise of town. I think some small touches could be added (Q-tips, cotton rounds, etc. in the bathroom vanity and the beach chairs & umbrella updated). As far as things go though, La Petite is a solid choice.

A retreat at La Petite

Private, well appointed, clean and away from the masses of people in town. Nantucket is so small this place was close to everything. Highly recommend.

Nantucket Getaway

Perfect spot for couples looking for a relaxing stay on Nantucket. The cottage was tucked away outside of town but with easy access to get anywhere. The cottage was clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a stay.

Beautiful Cottage!

We had such a lovely getaway! The cottage was beautiful and all the towels, sheets, and the comforter were divine! The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, the outdoor deck was spacious, and the outdoor shower was a highlight! I highly recommend this property!

Beautiful place in a beautiful spot

Obviously, the place is not gigantic. It's a one bedroom and it's pretty perfect for a couple. Kitchen is very nice as well as the bathroom/shower and bedroom. Very clean... Up to date. Highly recommended for a couple.

Holiday in Nantucket

This property was perfect for a couple! Very clean, looks just like the pictures, and the hosts were great! The kitchen has everything you’ll need and the bed was very comfortable! A great trip! Don’t hesitate to book this property!

Exquisite luxury small house

We had the best time at "La Petite". The house is super clean and everything is new. It is exactly like on the pictures. The bed is very comfortable. We also enjoyed the deck. The kitchen is well equipped ( I am a professional cook) and we had breakfast and lunches there. The cottage is away from the noise and yet very easy to get to. If you are a couple this is the best place to stay at on the island. We will be back!

Lovely Escape

Terrific cottage, inspired design, lived up to expectations. On a rainy day, it was comfortable to stay inside, and read a book. On a nice day: eating on the deck, or taking advantage of local beaches = fantastic. Many thanks to our hosts.

Fabulous stay in Le Petite

The hosts of Le Petite could not be more accommodating or wonderful. The cottage is charming, well appointed and has a fabulous outdoor shower. The bed is extremely comfortable and there is excellent space to unpack your bags. We will definitely be back!

Romantic Cottage for 2

Cottage was ready and waiting as in photos with welcoming cut flowers and a personal note! Surroundings make the setting very private but close to bike paths and Sconset or Nantucket. Hostess was quick and friendly with communication. The house has small extra touches we appreciated—nice, multiple sets of towels, plenty of beach towels, nice beach chairs, and bathroom/kitchen was ready with good paper products! Thanks to Athalyn for sharing their home!! Also-Young’s is a good place for bike and Jeep rental! Both add to the adventure of Nantucket.

Perfect stay

Le Petit cottage was a perfect getaway. This newly renovated cottage had everything you could want from an outdoor shower and grill to a beautiful interior design as well as modern amenities. Having a car made sightseeing easier but if only wanting to go to town, bikes would work great. Communication with the host was easy and seamless when necessary.

Fantastic Home/Fantastic Experience

We are long time visitors to Martha’s Vineyard and first time visitors to Nantucket. Staying at this home absolutely made our visit very special. Hello and Welcome, Michael and I have lived and worked on Nantucket since 2004 when we decided to make it our home. We have had a long history of renting vacation homes while living here and we have very much enjoyed it. Le Petite is our newest rental cottage and we are very proud of it. We have created a space we would want to stay if we were headed out for our own vacation.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

This property has been newly renovated and our heart and soul went into making it just perfect. Both inside and out no detail was overlooked. The Tom Nevers neighborhood is very close to Sconset which is a picturesque village. You will find a small general store and a few restaurants in the village. Sconset is beautiful for an evening stroll or cocktail at The Chanticleer in the garden.
