Aloha Sheldon, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We are so happy to hear that you and your family had a wonderful experience at this lovely and very conveniently located property! We appreciate your feedback regarding the beds in the unit and the checkout procedures as we are always looking for ways that we can further improve the guest experience. Thank you so much for your glowing review, Brenda! We're thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed the spaciousness and amenities of our property. It’s great to know that our location near Mauna Lani Beach Club added to your stay and that the kitchen met all your culinary needs. We apologize for the unwelcome visitor you encountered, and we'll certainly address that promptly. We're looking forward to welcoming you back again soon. Thank you for choosing Gather for your stay! 💗

We are delighted that you appreciated the location and view, Kara. It sounds like you had all you needed to hunker down and relax comfortably! We apologize for the dishwasher issue, but we're glad that Ellis was able to take care of it quickly. We'll certainly consider adding more pool towels and bath towels. Thank you for the suggestion. Overall we are thrilled that you had a great time and experience here.

Aloha Julie, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us such a thoughtful review! Our guests' valuable feedback is always appreciated. We are so happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay and found the accommodations most pleasing for your family retreat. We apologize for any miscommunication regarding the amenities available at this property. In the property description, it states that "these wonderful amenities are available for an additional fee paid to Mauna Lani Resort", but we apologize if this was not more clearly communicated. However, the property does have amazing private amenities such as a pool, spa, and BBQ area, that we hope you were able to fully enjoy at no additional cost! Regarding the private chef, unfortunately this is an extremely busy season and most additional guest services such as private chefs are booked out over a month in advance currently so we were unable to accommodate your request on shorter notice. We are currently exploring all avenues in an attempt to expand our guest services offerings during this time, but we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused during your stay. We also apologize for the full trash bins, we agree that this larger property should have ample room to accommodate the amount of trash that may be produced for a standard stay. This is not indicative of the exemplary standards that Elite aims to uphold regarding service and cleanliness and we will address this issue with our housekeeping teams. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We hope to host you and your family again in the future and look forward to the opportunity to provide you with exemplary service that is more in line with our Elite standards!

Thank you! We’re truly honored by your kind words, especially coming from someone so familiar with the area. It’s wonderful to hear the home’s cleanliness, thoughtful organization, and attention to detail helped make this stay such a memorable one. We’re delighted the well-equipped kitchen, family-friendly features, pool, and outdoor spaces added to your experience, and we’re glad our team could quickly assist when needed. Thank you for choosing Gather, and we’d love to welcome you back for another exceptional stay in the future.
