Over all we have such a beautiful stay that we’re planning again for next year. While previous guests left a bit of untidiness the Property Manager was very accommodating as we took care of it ourselves, everyone enjoyed themselves.

Not enough glasses Dishwasher had to be empty and the dishes were dirtyCoffee maker was horrible as was the toaster Not enough seatingWe arrived to snow covered driveway, porch ans deck. No towels in bathrooms. Not enough toilet paper or other paper products. We would NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN!! There was trash in the basement and it was cold & dirty.

Thank you for your feedback, but we strongly disagree with this review. The home is fully stocked with glasses, dishes, towels, and paper products for the number of guests listed. If something was missing, we were never contacted during your stay to address it. We can't fix what we don't know about. The dishwasher was clean—perhaps the previous cycle wasn't run by a prior guest, but a quick check would have resolved this. The coffee maker and toaster work perfectly fine and have never been complained about before. As for the snow—it's winter. Weather happens. The driveway and porch are cleared regularly, but we cannot control overnight snowfall before your exact arrival time. The basement is clean and maintained. We're not sure what "trash" you're referring to, but this doesn't match the condition we keep the property in. It seems like you arrived expecting problems and found them everywhere. We've hosted many happy guests who communicate with us when they need something. We wish you had done the same instead of leaving a review like this. We're not sorry you won't be returning.

Great Stay

This rental had plenty of room for our large group to both sleep and hangout. Debbie was extremely helpful answering our questions and was always trying to make our stay better. Traveling with a large group can get overwhelming but both Debbie and this great property made it an amazing experience.

About the house

The house is excellent, it has a lot of space to be with the family, the children enjoy it a lot and it is excellent for going on vacation when they want to be silent around you

Great house for the extended family

Our family stayed here for our Camelbeach/Aquatopia trip. The location was convenient and the house was great. There were lots of pots/pans, dishes, cups, etc for us to make meals. Kids and adults all had space to spread out.
