Timber Run 411 is a beautiful, two-level condo with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. This mountain home features a well-equipped kitchen with granite countertops, bar seating, and a dining area for great meals and conversation. The living area offers comfortable furnishings, vaulted ceilings, a TV, a cozy gas fireplace, and access to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying the fresh mountain air. For entertainment purposes, the condo is equipped with TVs, a Blu-ray player, and complimentary WiFi for your enjoyment.

Enjoy being just steps from the free year-round looping daytime shuttle providing access to downtown and all the best of Steamboat!

Location was perfect for our Holiday ski trip. Everything was exactly what was listed and worked out perfect for what we wanted. Beautiful area and will be back.

Great location, Shuttle to base was a great benefit

We really enjoyed our stay. Pool was warm, nice hot tubs, good layout for us with three kids. Shuttle to the base and around town was a great deal for us. We will definitely return to steamboat and Timber Run. Master bedroom mattress needs updating but other than that it was a great place for us to stay.

Long weekend away

The property was great, very spacious and clean. The only thing that was disappointing was the shuttle coordination.

Great weekend away

2 families (7 total) had a great stay. Bunk room was perfect for 3 boys. Everything was very clean and in perfect working order. Easy no contact check in and out. Shuttle service was dependable and easy to use for mountain access. Hot tub each evening was wonderful. This was our second trip to the Timber Run complex and we will return.

Pretty good but expensive for what it is

Great access to shuttle that takes you right to the base of the mountain. Hot tub was great. The place was overall great but there was a lot of dog hair and the beds were extremely old and uncomfortable. Otherwise, it was good...just seemed expensive for what it was.

Warning: No laundry or jetted tub and uncontrollable heat

The best thing about Timber Run is the dedicated shuttle bus that runs continuously until 5 p.m. to transport guests to and from the Gondola area of the Steamboat ski resort. This unit had no central heat or thermostat -- just individual floor registers that each had to be adjusted individually. Hauling clothes down two flights of stairs to use a communal laundry area is not my idea of a family vacation.

Great spot, but could be made more comfortable

Stayed for long ski weekend, and could not have been more happy about the location and amenities. Proximity to the base of the mountain was terrific, the hot tubs were great, and having a dedicated shuttle service was awesome. The condo itself was pretty decent. Really good layout, SUPER CLEAN, with pretty good kitchen. There was one major downside, and that is that the beds are TERRIBLE. Exceptionally uncomfortable mattresses, definitely not the comfiest bedding and broken blinds that let in a ton of sun in the morning. Other minor gripes being that the recliners are all broken in the sofa and the downstairs TV is sort of archaic and limits streaming options (important for kids).

Overall Good

The beds (specifically the main floor bedroom) were uncomfortable but overall a great place. The pool and hot tubs were great and enjoyed by all, the location was awesome. The front desk personnel with the exception of Brittany were a bit rude.

Great space for 7 adults

We had seven adults staying here and had plenty of room. The shuttle service was great for going to and from town & ski resort. Only complaint were the hot tubs being packed and our personal jacuzzi tub being out of order. Other than that it was a fantastic spot. Would stay in timber run again.
