This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath townhouse with heated garage is located in a quiet neighborhood less than a mile to Steamboat Resort. We are steps to the free city bus or bring your car. Easy parking in the driveway or a small/mid-size car can park in the garage.
To maintain the community feel of our neighborhood, we only accept bookings for 30 or more days and manually approve.
The primary entrance to the house is via the garage.
The first floor contains a large garage suitable for a small car and bike/ski storage. A large bench sits along the back wall to easily take off any hiking or ski boots before entering the home.
After entering the house via the garage, you enter a hallway with a *brand new* washer and dryer and cleaning supplies on the right and two bedrooms on the left.
The first bedroom on the left is a bunk room with a twin XL bunk as well as a full size bed. A full bath connects to both the bedroom and the hallway.
Further down the hallway on the left is a corner bedroom with a queen bed and a private en-suite bath. This room has a smart TV that is equipped with a Roku device, but there is not a cable TV package for the house.
Upstairs:
Our home features an open concept floor plan with an extended kitchen island perfect for sitting for a quick breakfast or cooking a meal after a fun day exploring Steamboat.
Living room:
Comfortable *new* three-seat leather couch with cozy throw pillows. An additional side chair complements the couch to comfortably seat four adults in the living room.
A large smart TV sits on the wall and is equipped with a Roku so you can easily sign into your personal streaming channels. We do not have a cable TV package for the house.
Dining room:
Large wooden dining table that easily seats six. A leaf (in the primarily closet) can be added to the table to seat 8. Two extra chairs are located on the house.
Primary bedroom (upstairs):
Queen bed with brand new sheets and comforter. This room also contains a large dresser with a mirror, two bedside end tables, and a large walk-in closet. This is a large room with ample space surrounding the bed and dresser. A full ensuite bath is attached to the primary bedroom. The bathroom is a split bath whereby the toilet part is separate and has an entrance from the primary bath as well as the hallway. Both spaces have sinks.
Connectivity:
The home is equipped with high-speed internet and WiFi suitable for working remotely or streaming your favorite TV shows.
As with most mountain homes, we do not have air conditioning. We do provide large fans for your comfort as the nights cool offer nicely in the summer.
Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire townhouse with the exception of a small locked closet under the stairs and a locked ski cabinet in the garage.
There is also a personal vehicle in the corner of the garage that is unavailable to guests.
Other things to note
House notes:
While we have a large two car garage, we do have a personal vehicle currently parked to the side of the garage. There is room in the garage for a smaller vehicle but large SUVs might not fit in the garage.
Guests are limited to two cars. One in the garage and one in the driveway. No RVs, campers, trailers, boats or similar are permitted per HOA regulations. Parking in the general common area space around the circle is prohibited.
Due to fire mitigation efforts, our complex does not allow gas or charcoal grills.
Unfortunately, the hot tub on the deck is damaged beyond repair and we are looking to remove it. Please do not touch it.
Renter must be an adult of at least 25 years of age and must be on-site during the rental period. We also do not rent to any sports or college teams. This is a quiet neighborhood with many full-time residents so parties are strictly prohibited.
As we rent for a minimum of 30 days, we require guests to sign a lease agreement in order to finalize the booking as you are now a tenant with certain rights vs a guest by law for this time frame. Key terms of the lease agreement:
- no pets (per HOA)
- no smoking
- no refunds due to weather or road closures
- owner assumes no liability for loss damage or injury to renters or personal property
- a breach by renter shall be a default and the owner will have the right to terminate the agreement
- owner may need to access property for any repairs as necessary
- quiet hours between 10 PM - 8 AM

Hi! Iâm Dasha Hermosilla and my husband and I have been coming to Steamboat with our kids and family for the last 10 years. We finally own a place to call our own and are excited to share it with other steamboat lovers when we canât be there with our family and friends.

We love the large size of the townhouse, the beautiful Mountain View, the super short walk to the free bus and of course the large heated garage so ski boots arenât cold!
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Our place feels like a home. You can spread out among the three bedrooms or gather together in the living room to play a game or watch a movie. Another unique feature is we get a ton of natural sunlight due to our orientation and the way the front part sticks out.
