The spacious living and dining areas continue the views alongside the upgraded kitchen, equipped with granite countertops, a suite of stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar for four.

The primary suite includes designer bedding and dual dressers for ample storage room, as well as nightstands with convenient charging stations. Two separate half baths adjoin a shower and laundry area for utmost convenience. A bunk nook ninth hallway provides a protective railing and sofa bed for additional sleeping options. No matter the season or occasion, this Crystal Sands gem is sure to make a truly memorable experience.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Was exactly like the pictures. Had plenty of bathroom towels. Lots of cookware & kitchen tools. Had a safe, iron/ ironing board & fan. Bedroom had very big dresser/tv stand with more then enough space for us.

Best One Yet

We have stayed at many condos at Crystal Sands- this has been our favorite! Plenty of towels and wash rags, and all the kitchen supplies you need. Thank you for the great stay!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

Balcony was the best! Coffee on the balcony was a great start to the day. Kitchen has everything we need to cook our meals. We visit Destin often and the location is perfect! We also loved that the entire property is non smoking.We enjoyed an extended day and a swiffer mop would have been helpful in addition to the vacuum. Shower could use an update. We bought a mat for extra safety- to avoid slipping.Can't wait to return.

Amazing beach and great condo

Beach is the BEST! White sand and beautiful clear water. Great for kids. Private so never crowded. Beach chair and umbrella service included was perfect. Condo was clean, well equipped comfortable and modern. Balcony offers amazing views. Highly recommend! Will visit again.

Crystal Sands 204B

I would highly recommend these accommodations! Best beachfront suite for the money, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and oh that ocean view and easy walk right to beach! Had never stayed right on the beach, never thought it affordable but it was! We also used Uber as we flew to Destin and they were great both times! Very relaxing stay!

Loved Our Stay!

We have stayed on Crystal Beach for several years, but this was our first in this condo. It was updated, clean and had most everything we needed. All of the bedding was very nice and comfortable. The internet worked fine and the cable worked well in the living room. We never used the bedroom TV. Washer and dryer worked well, along with all other appliances in the unit. We greatly enjoyed our stay and will be returning again soon!

Best stay of our life!

We arrived to a super clean condo with an even better view than the pictures could describe. Rare to have such a clean place near the beach because of the sand but this outdid itself! There is tons of room, 2 separate toilet and sinks for privacy with guests, a huge balcony overlooking the water and tons of space, the bedroom has plenty of walking room. Do yourself a favor and stay here! There’s a small pool and easy showers outside the dock ove you walk up from te beach. It’s so convenient!

Cozy and convenient

Comfortable little condo with everything supplied for a convenient lazy getaway. Fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and my personal favorite a washer and dryer. Beautiful view from the balcony and the beach is so close you can effortlessly go back and forth for bathroom breaks, snacks , naps, etc... The bedroom and bunk beds are comfortable and perfect for my small family. I would not recommend depending on the hidabed though. Overall I was super pleased and highly recommend :)

Heartless company

Day before our much anticipated and much needed get away my fiancé's brother committed suicide and your company refused to work with us AT ALL, saying you have policies you have to follow! There is an exception to every rule, and you could have bent a little. NEVER will I say a kind word about VRBO or VACASA to whom I always recommended to friends and family, NEVER again will I recommend such a heartless, uncaring, unsupportive, no family value company.

Did not meet our expectations

Needless to say we enjoy Destin and visit every year and we've stayed at Crystal Sands before but this unit did not meet our expectations. We arrived an hour early and called Vacasa to see if there was an option to check in early and were told no. We waited the hour and shortly after 4 pm the unit allowed us in. Upon walking into the room we noticed the sofa cushions were not set into the sofa so we fixed them but every time we sat on the sofa the cushions would slip however the sofa sleeper was utilized and was comfortable for the children. TV - Cable was difficult to use and the wifi was slow and wouldn't reach to the master bedroom. Kitchen - So many utensils were missing to cook a meal. The toaster was only toasting one side of the bread. The refrigerator kept making a loud humming noise and we just left it alone. The pots and pans in the unit were not adequate to cook a good meal. There was no dishwashing liquid, most units come with a small size at a minimum, but there was none whatsoever. The bathrooms were ok but the washing machine and dryer unit were so loud when in use. We minimized when we washed and also what time to avoid hearing the machines. The master bedroom was so uncomfortable and we did not get a good nights rest the entire stay. It is old and very hard, We contemplated buying a mattress topper from Wal-Mart but opted not to as we would not be able to utilize it at home. We did not have any issues with the beach umbrella service, The people running it were courteous and advised us to leave some beach towels on the chairs to claim them so to speak. We did have to go down there about 7:30 AM just to claim our spot but overall there were no issues with beach access and that part of our trip was quite enjoyable. One other issue worth mentioning is the wild kids running up and down the condo walkway. I had to ask the children several times to stop running as it was already late into the evening. We befriended a condo owner also on the second floor and she said that they used to have a security guard but no longer do and that there is now an issue with kids running up and down, She too confronted the kids and asked them to go back to their units. With the kids running up and down and the uncomfortable bed, we did not enjoy this stay and will look for other units to rent in the future. I apologize for my honesty here but I hope this feedback helps the owners make some necessary updates.

First time staying in this property and to put it lightly I can’t wait to book the exact same room again next year!! Very clean room that I feel even exceeded the photos I saw. The beachfront was excellent. 5⭐️🤩!!!

Great location!

Although the Condo as a whole seemed older, this unit was updated and clean. The location was perfect and the beach service was wonderful. We were disappointed that there wasn't blankets in the condo. There was also limited kitchen dishes and utensils like cereal bowls and cooking spray. The pool is on the opposite side of the condo from the beach, in the parking lot. The pool area was somewhat rundown and unkept. But the water was clean and warm. Overall a nice stay!
