Beach House 205B is a beachfront dreamy retreat that has been dramatically upgraded to provide the best lodging experience to every lucky guest. The casual beachfront elegance of the all-new interior now does justice to the dramatically gorgeous views from the huge second-floor balcony overlooking the 650 foot stretch of white sandy beach directly in front of the Beach House. The balcony comes equipped with an outdoor dining area, offering the perfect setting to enjoy your meals alfresco. The living room is equipped with a queen sofa bed, 32' flat panel HDTV, Blue-ray/DVD player, and an iPod docking station/CD player. The dining area features seating for four with an additional breakfast bar with seating for two. Adjacent to the dining area is a dedicated workstation with WiFi, one of the three charging stations for all your electronic gadgets, and a fully equipped bar just waiting for you to mix your favorite beverage. The kitchen has new, upgraded appliances and plenty of extras that you won't find on other vacation rentals. No need to use the community laundry room, this Gulf-front retreat features a full-size washer/dryer. Another great perk of this getaway is the furnished balcony overlooking the beach. Fun times await at the shared outdoor pool or fitness center on-site. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
