Welcome to Smoky Mountain High, a recently remodeled 6 bedroom, 5 bath cabin with mountain views from 3 decks in amenity rich Chalet Village.

The cabin is 3272 Sq Ft over 4 floors and sleeps 18.

Centrally located!
- 10 min to Downtown Gatlinburg
- 17 min to Pigeon Forge
- 22 min to Dollywood
- 10 min to skiing

The cabin is serviceable by Uber and within delivery range for many Gatlinburg restaurants, which is rare for homes in the area!

Enjoy access to Chalet Village common clubhouses including 3 outdoor pools, tennis courts and more.

- The pool is only a 2 min drive or 10 min walk from the cabin

This 4 story home sleeps 18 between 6 bedrooms and a pullout couch in the living room. 4 bedrooms have private baths and 2 bedrooms share a bath.

- Down 1 flight from main living is the game room and 1 king bedroom.
- Down 1 more flight to bottom level is 2 bedrooms. 1 is a king, the other is twin over full bunk beds

The day before your arrival we will message you with check-in details and your personalized keyless front door lock code. No meeting for keys just arrive at the cabin!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

Cleanliness is of paramount importance for our guests. The cabin is professionally cleaned before and after each stay and handyman is on call 24/7 should any issue arise.

Hot tub is drained, cleaned and refilled after every guest stay

There is parking for 5 cars

High speed Wi-fi is included

In-unit washer/dryer are complementary

Towels and linens are provided

Hand soap and toilet paper are provided. Please BYO toiletries

Kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, silverware, pots/pans but please BYO food, condiments, cooking oils, plastic wrap, ziplock bags etc.

The fireplace is shut down April 1 to October 1 as with every cabin in the area.

The hot tub is for guests 18 and over only. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub. You are not allowed to use the hot tub if you have consumed alcohol or you are pregnant. Use the hot tub AT YOUR OWN RISK!

We do NOT offer late check out or early check in.

We do NOT offer refunds for weather or natural disasters.

Absolutely no fires! Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $50 plus damages.

We had such a great stay at this cabin. It had plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. Location was great. We even saw a bear in the woods off the balcony right when we arrived. We would definitely recommend this cabin!

We stayed with a large group of 15. We had 8 adults, 6 kids and a baby. Our only inconvenience was the trip up and down the mountain so keep that in mind when coming and going. The house was huge with a great view. We cooked plenty of meals and never felt cramped. Great place for a large group to vacay!

We had a large group of four families stay, with 9 kids total, and the property was perfect for us. Great views, great location, and plenty of room. Josh was an excellent host, very communicative and immediately responsive. We will be staying again!

Family Getaway

My family and I stayed at this beautiful cabin for the weekend to getaway and enjoy time together. The cabin is not far from Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg and the views were amazing! We also seen 5 black bears right by our cabin which was a treat and made the whole weekend! The host was communicative and great to work with and the cabin was exactly as described. Would stay again and recommend to others!

Perfect for groups

With 4 kings beds and 8 beds among the bunks, there was more than enough space for 16 people. The view is fantastic, and the space between the houses is enough that noise is not an issue at all. It feels like you’re all alone with your group.

Mountain getaway

My friends and I had a great time in the Smokies for the weekend. There are several cab companies that will transport you between the cabin and gatlinburg or pigeon forge for $7-10 per person. Josh was communicative and helpful. Would recommend to anyone!

Great Family Vacation

Overall, we had a great stay at Josh's property for our family Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for our group of 16! The check in process was easy and the host left us a Thanksgiving care package which was the cutest surprise. The house was wonderfully decorated for Christmas which also made us super happy! The first night we were there, we saw a precious family of bears which was very exciting. We would absolutely stay here again if a few updates were made such as: - broken shower knob in the down stairs shower - paint touch ups - some walls need cleaning - upgraded bedding (we had to buy a $100 mattress topper the second day because the downstairs bed was so uncomfortable)

Just what we needed

I certainly needed this quick vacation to relax and did just that. The property is great! The drive to it is quite fun, but if you don’t like heights, and tight corners, this may not be for you! Josh was great and quick to respond to a minor internet glitch! And the best part…..the bears around us! We loved them, from a distance of course! But it was the highlight of the trip! Everything you need to cook, if you like, is there and we took advantage of the whole cabin. Played pool, watched TV and enjoyed the hot tub with perfect cool weather. I definitely recommend this place and we will go back there next time we’re in Gatlinburg.

The invasive plants are so overgrown they blocked the views from all floors except the top. The wood floors need refreshing as they’re very scratched. The hard floors needed a wash when we arrived. The top floor shower needed a more thorough cleaning.

Beautiful house right in the mountains! Comfortable and had just enough space for our family vacation! Plenty of bathrooms, nice hot tub, everything you could need in the kitchen, but best of all were the views from the decks, complete with bears!

Our family enjoyed getting together at this property, however some repairs are needed. The door to the bedroom on the main floor was difficult to open and close (it was scraping on the floor- and looked like that has been occurring for some time. Same with the bathroom door in that bedroom). The floors are in need of a good wet scrubbing. The bottoms of our feet (and socks) were black at the end of our first day. Also their was no ball for the foosball table and the pool table had only on functioning cue. The photos should be updated - the view from the deck / hot tub is obscured by overgrown weeds (see attached photos).

Good stay and great views

We had a great stay at this property in the Smoky Mountains. The views from the deck were absolutely stunning—perfect for morning coffee or evening sunsets. The location was ideal, and we really enjoyed the peacefulness of the area. The community pool was a hit with the kids, and the pickleball courts added a fun activity for the whole family.The home itself was spacious and had a lot of potential, but there were a few drawbacks that affected the overall experience. For a group of 12, the kitchen was surprisingly understocked—only 9 forks made mealtime a bit of a juggling act. The sliding glass doors required quite a bit of effort to open and close, which wasn’t ideal. Also, the hot tub needed to be filled upon arrival, and the heavy cover had to be manually lifted and replaced each time, which was a bit of a hassle.Overall, it was a good stay in a house that could use some overdue maintenance and small upgrades. With a few fixes, this place could easily go from good to great. That said, the location and community amenities really made the trip memorable.
