Wonderful vacation stay for the family.

The property was beautiful and clean. Check-in was easy and quick. Everything was exactly as stated and was a fun experience for everyone of all ages! The pool was wonderful and the game room was a lot of fun!

we had a good week

We really enjoy our stay the weather was not the best but with the heated pool that was really nice the location was ideal and the house was well equip to our liking would suggest that house anytime and when we go again would love to rent that house again also really nice and quiet neighbourhood tks Danny

Family Loved The House!

We had a mix of ages from a 3 y/o to a 76 y/o. There was plenty of room for everyone. We had a few minor issues that were addressed and remedied immediately. The owner and management team were very easy to work with. The house was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed playing in the backyard pool and we also took advantage of the Windsor Hills Resort waterpark and activity center. The property is close to just about all of the Orlando attractions. We had a wonderful 2 week stay at The Palm Tree Pad and we would definitely book again when we return to Orlando.

Perfect !

We had a great stay at The Palm Tree Pad! We travelled with 3 kids ranging from 8 months to 4 years old and the house had everything (and more) that we needed for the kids! House is clean, tastefully decorated and has tones of room for everyone to have their own space. The pool/hot tub spa was also perfect. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a spot in Windsor Hills resort.

Great place to stay!

We stayed here for 6 nights and enjoyed our stay here. The house is as pictured, very clean, and had all the comforts of home. Pool and game room are great for relaxing days. As well as the amenities Windsor Hills offers. Very easy check in and check out and the hosts were always very quick to answer any questions I had. Loved the location of this home and would not hesitate to stay here again. Disney parks were an easy, quick drive. (11-16 minutes depending on the park and time of day) There is also a Walmart just minutes away.

Has everything you need!

We just got back from a 8 night stay and everyone loved the house. There was 8 people in our group and the house was big enough that everyone had their own space. Had more amenities than any other place I’ve stayed (utensils, dishes, cookware, etc). Absolutely no complaints from any of us. Any questions I had the hosts were quick to answer and booking was easy!

Excellent location and amenities

Great location close to all the Orlando parks, highways, restaurants, while sill being in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Excellent amenities, large house, heated pool, community waterslides and large pool,. The house is beautiful, with bathrooms everywhere and 5 bedrooms. I would definitely return.

Great stay again

Stayed a second year in a row, overall great experience. Location can't be beat if going to Disney parks. There are some minor maintenance / upkeep issues - shower hardware in master bath seems like it might come undone soon, many of the chairs at the dining table are very unstable, and some deep cleaning on the inside of the windows would be good. Nothing that really impacted our stay though. Host is super responsive and helpful!

The house was perfect for our stay. Only issues are that the newly installed floors warped in the dining room area and the fridge/freezer were not cold on arrival. It also would have been nice to have a propane BBQ instead of a coal one that wasn’t supplied with coal. Other than that it was a wonderful place to vacation.

We quickly felt at home

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our five night stay at The Palm Tree Pad. We quickly felt at home. The house is beautiful. Our three teenagers had rooms and bathrooms to themselves. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. Delivery service dropped off our groceries and we were all set. The beds are comfortable, tons of hot water, the house is easy to navigate, everything is well labeled, the beach decor is relaxing, the game room and laundry are an added bonus. The Pads pool/hot tub area is fantastic. The owner and her team are so kind and were quick to answer all of our questions. It would be easy to just stay at The Palm Tree Pad for your entire trip. Windsor Hills is a great resort. Our family spent a lot of time at the water park. The pool side grill was great for snacks, quick lunches and treats. The clubhouse game room and other activities kept us all entertained. Windsor Hills staff and residents were very friendly and helpful. The Palm Tree Pad at Windsor Hills was the perfect pad for our family. It was a great place to stay that was centrally located to all the adventures Orlando has to offer.

The owner was very professional and friendly, the house was minutes away from a walmart to get groceries among other places in the area, short travel from Disney. House was very clean and spacious. Would stay here again.

Nice vacation for our family

We had a great stay at this house. It was clean and had all the supplies that we needed. It looked like some nice updates had been made recently. Kids loved the game room and the pool and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out.

Great House, Problem with Unchanged Bedding

We really enjoyed this house, but discovered unchanged bedding when we got into bed late at night. One bed had sand in it, a second had a cracker and bobby pin in it, and a third had shorts and a shirt under the covers. When I called the number listed for problems the next morning, I was asked if I took pictures to use as proof of what I found. I was not offered an apology or solution, like sending someone over to change all the bedding or monetary compensation. We changed and washed the bedding ourselves instead. For the cost of the rental, I expected something other than being asked for proof of the problem. Other than this issue, the house was great. The kids loved the game room!

Family Fun

This house fit perfectly with our three family vacation. Walking in to the house that was extremely clean and well stocked with all the necessary kitchen and bath supplies, made our stay feel like home. The only suggestion that we have for improvement would be to have three king size beds for each of the couples (the queen was small). Otherwise, we are already planning our return for next year!

Recommended for Everyone

Property in excellent condition. Roomy. Nice amenities. Everything was as expected from the ads and communications with owner. Everyone in our party enjoyed their stay. Only negative is they need more toilet paper and garbage bags on site.

Great house!

Our family of six had a lovely stay here. The house was very clean upon arrival, and the check-in process at Windsor Hills was very easy. The host had great communication throughout, responding quickly both before and during our stay. House had everything we needed - plenty of dishes, blankets, towels, etc. Beds were comfortable, decor was very nice, WIFI was great, game room was fun, and the pool and hot tub were very nice. Windsor Hills community was pretty good, though we didn't use too many of the resort amenities. We went to the large community pool one day, but it was quite crowded so we ended up back at the house pool for the afternoon. We did eat lunch from the little market by the pool and it was decent - burgers and fries, club sandwich, etc. Getting in and out of the community was easy enough. Location of this place is fantastic if you are going to the Disney parks. Basically around 15 - 20 minutes depending on which park and what time of day you go. The only suggestions I'd make are around coffee... There are two coffee pots, a Keurig and a standard drip one. The drip one is very basic and doesn't have a timer on it; it would have been nice to have the coffee ready to go on those early morning park days. Along those same lines, it would be nice to have a coffee carafe available. Thankfully we just have a couple coffee drinkers so we were able to get by with a single 12 cup pot, but for larger groups a carafe would be nice so a second pot could get started. We will definitely check availability of this house next time we head back to Orlando!
