This place was fantastic. My host was great! My only complaints would be the pool needed to be cleaned more often and someone had dogs that barked a lot!!

Hi Susan I am happy you enjoyed your stay. The HOA does clean the pool daily. I know the July 4th week it was busy. Unfortunately another owner must have had a guest with dogs that were unattended. This was reported to the HOA by myself and the board president. That was not the norm. I am happy you were satisfied with the condo itself.

Property overall was very nice. Host communicated well. Only complaints were minor, sink in bathroom almost didn't drain, curtains over all front windows weren't big enough to block out sun including bedroom.

Beautiful views, great location close to beach access and it was nice having the pool. Our host, Alicia, was a great communicator. The stairs will definitely give you a workout, but the views make it worthwhile.

Nice condo. Steps were a doozy with the 2 grandmothers that went. Only complaint is I wish they had extra blankets because we got chilly at night. Other than that, nice stay.

Gorgeous views of the water from both sides of the unit! Everything we needed was there. Rooms are spacious and well-furnished. Kitchen was well-stocked and had room for groceries. We cooked our Easter dinner there and had everything we needed. Great communication with host, and quick resolution to a small issue. Highly recommend!

The Water Smelled Horrible I even got in contact with the host so she could come check it out her self she basically told me to deal with it in so many words it was so bad that me and my family checked a whole day earlier and I asked for a refund she told me she was unable to provide me a refund

I am sorry you were unhappy. The condo is connected to the town water. I have never experienced that situation, nor received any complaints. I inspected the unit as soon as you told me you left. I did not smell anything unusual.

Great location and view

Perfect location 3 minutes to beach access. Condo was clean and comfortable. Good beds, which is a plus in a rental. Alicia was a great host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Top floor made for gorgeous views. There are a lot of steps to get there but worth it. Definitely would stay again.

Great location!

Great location close to public beach access. Wonderful view of both the ocean and the canal. The condo was very spacious and the kitchen was well stocked. My family commented multiple times that they would like to stay in this unit again. Communication with the host was great. She was quick to respond to questions.

Great Location

The place was nice and it was a great location. The steps where alot but the views from the front and back of the condo where great.. They diffently need to restock their kitchen. There where no cookie sheets and no serving dishes and they need more pots and pans. We had to buy a cookie sheet. They also need to update their mattresses. Overall we had a great time.

The views from our unit were immaculate. The photos do not do this unit justice. We had views from both balconies. Ocean on one side and canal/waterway on the other. Literal sunrise on one balcony and sunset (heat) on the other side. The common areas are spacious and we had enough seating for our five. Chair and a half was cool and a large couch.The local Carolina Beach area has lots of attractions for all alike and great food!The kitchen has lots of cookware. Alicia restocks in the off-season, but we did leave a few items we bought for the remainder of 2026 season.Alicia Leo communicates clearly and your check-in instructions come in the morning of your arrival. Hosts do it in different ways: through the app, via a direct message. So I wasn’t sure when it was coming but it got to us the morning of check-in:The ocean accesses are one 1/2 block in each direction: 407ft to the ADA accessible entrance & 348ft to a non-ADA accessible entrance.The pool was outstanding (salt treated) and plenty big for several families to use with small children, or big kids alike. It is shared with the co-building on the reverse block.One simple con was that the owner’s closet was the master bedroom closet that was locked off from use. The master bedroom had to place hanging clothes in a closet in another room. That is not mentioned in the listing.Otherwise, this unit is one you will not regret renting for the views and more!Thank you, Alicia!

Perfect location! So nice having parking and the pool on site with the beach just steps away. Most condos are a tight fit with a family of 5 but this one is so spacious & built for families. A block walk from local coffee was such a bonus.

Perfect Location and Views

This condo was just lovely. Myself, my parents and my two girls (3 & 5) fit perfectly. The view from the all of three decks were beautiful. LOVED the location of the condo. It’s a very short walk to the beach. We were close enough to the boardwalk that we could see the fireworks (currently held every Thursday at 9p) from the beach by the condo. The pool was large enough so that people were not on top of each other but by no means is it a large pool. It was perfect though. We all LOVED this condo and HIGHLY recommend it for any beach vacation. We will definitely be back!

A Gem on the Beach

This property is a gem located just steps from the beach. It is evident that the host(s) have put a lot of thought and effort into making this a home away from home for their guests. It was very clean and welcoming when we arrived on Saturday for our week away and even though Elsa tried to put a damper on our week with her rain and winds, she did not prevail. The condo was stocked with games, books, and movies to keep our group enteratained while the weather was bad.

Great location

Great location with easy walk to beach public access. Condo had balconies front and back so you could watch the sunrise and sunset. Alicia was wonderful to work with. The pool was clean and uncrowded. My only complaint is that the parking is tight (if you have a minivan or large SUV) and the entrance to the little lot behind the condo was hard (at least for us) to find.
