This cottage is the perfect place to come and relax or simply gather with friends and family making special memories that last a lifetime!

This fun and comfortable, bright, newly decorated cottage is
ideally located in the Lake Village Community at Wild Dunes just a short 2-3 block walk or golf cart ride to the beach, Grand Pavilion/Boardwalk area.

This cottage is all on one level offering 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. The Master has a king bed with an ensuite private bath. The other two bedrooms share a full bathroom. Both guestrooms have a queen size bed. There are TV's throughout including all bedrooms.

The open dining and main living room are decorated in soft pleasant colors with touches of cheerful bright artwork. The second living room boasts of natural light pouring in from the windows throughout. It's bright and airy with sliding glass doors leading you to the back deck, overlooking the lagoon (where you can watch wildlife) and the golf course. The seawall below is the perfect spot for fishing.

The kitchen is spacious with stainless appliances, counter/bar seating for four and well equipped with all the utensils, appliances and entertaining pieces you need. All serving pieces compliment the home's decor.

A complimentary four person golf cart is offered to our guests for their enjoyment during their stay. It's a great way to get around and explore the resort.

Wild Dunes gated community has something for everyone. Find yourself playing or relaxing on the beach, playing golf, exploring winding nature trails, enjoying the on-sight coffee shops and eateries, sipping on a cocktail poolside or simply embracing downtime in the wonderful coastal breeze.

IOP- ideal location

It was right before Hurricane Helene and our original house was under renovations but BETH, came through with another house, in the same culdesac with a golf cart and it was perfect. They have everything you could possibly need as if you were at home - without the clutter. You are within walking distance to the pool and recreational area and beach access - where you can take take cart with all your beach gear and park it at the dunes, so convenient. Beth was quite accommodating when the batter

Nice Place

We enjoyed our stay. Particularly, the back porch was a favorite. Watching the golfers (I now feel better about my game) and the wildlife was fun. The golf cart is a nice amenity. We didn't cook, so I can't speak to the stove or oven, but everything seemed well stocked. Parking was a little tight with two vehicles and the golf cart, but we made it work. Overall, a nice place.

Family Trip

My in-laws and a nephew and niece stayed here. It was a lovely, well thought out home. They enjoyed having the water right there so they could watch all of the wildlife and golfers. They also liked having use of the golf cart. We will rent it again and highly reccommend!

Convenient location and comfy home environment

Place was ideal location, especially with golf cart for our family including young children. Enjoyed back porch for almost every meal and observing wildlife. Disappointed that outdoor shower was broken, but overall great experience. We plan to return.

We enjoyed our family vacation celebrating our daughter's graduation. Perfect house for family and friend dinners! Location was perfect for walks on the beach and watching wildlife outside the back door.

Great house

Overall, a great house. Location was great for us as we had a wedding at the Sweet Grass inn which was a few blocks away. Having the golf cart was very nice. The only negative was that the pots/pans were in terrible shape making it difficult to cook basic meals like breakfast. Other than that, we loved the house and the outside area.

Lovely home, close to beach access

This home in the Wild Dunes Resort is really lovely. We enjoyed sitting on the deck, watching the birds, turtles, and the one alligator that came by in the afternoon. The master bed was very comfortable (the only one we used). We cooked a few easy meals and found everything we needed as far as pans and basic spices. The golf cart ran great. We drove it to the resort's beach nearby which was so fun (the welcome packet includes directions on how to get there). We walked on the beach to the Pavilion and enjoyed drinks on the deck. (The golf cart was very dirty, so I informed Linda since I didn't want to be held responsible - the packet states guests are to clean it after they use it. Also, the permit on the cart was expired, but luckily we had no issues with the HOA. We did notify Beth of the expired permit.) You need to bring a hairdryer, shampoo, body soap, and a few kitchen trash bags from home (they only supply 1 bag which I confirmed with Linda when I couldn't find any: "We only leave enough to get guest started Which should state in Welcome packet Sorry"). The lease states there's a $150 fee if you check out late (after 10am), a $150 fee if you change the HDMI input and don't put it back (we didn't touch anything), and a $25 fee if you don't clean the grill (we didn't use it). It also states that max capacity is 10 people, but 10 would be very tight since this house is cozy (1700 sq ft, 2 bathrooms). We enjoyed our visit to Isle of Palms & this home was perfect for us.

Awesome property!

This coastal cottage was just beautiful. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were super comfy, and the sun room was amazing. Loved watching the golfers and other wildlife - haha. Less than a 10 minute walk to the beach. If you're planning a trip to Wild Dunes, be sure to check this one out!

Great location, comfortable house

Overall it was great. Golf cart didn’t work during our visit and they were unable to fix it before check out. Disappointing, because that was some of the reason we picked this house. But the house was comfortable and clean and in a great location.

Girls weekend

This home was perfect for our ladies trip. The patio was so relaxing and I looked forward every morning going outside to read. The rooms were large and quiet. Bathrooms were also spacious and clean. Would stay again.

Beautiful home

The floor plan gave more than enough room for my family of four. The beds were very comfortable, and the location was perfect. Appreciate the golf cart because it’s a must to get to and from the beach. A few more pots and pans would be helpful but I guess when you’re on vacation you should just eat out at all the wonderful restaurants in the area. Loved the backyard view of a pond, wildlife and the golf course. I would stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in Isle of Palms. Handy to have the golf cart for getting to the beach and other areas of the neighborhood. Comfortable beds and nice kitchen. Enjoyed the view of lagoon {with birds, turtles and even some gators. Watched golfers on golf course

Wonderful low key experience
