Beth was a wonderful host and the carriage house was perfect for my husband and I. Loved how you could call the open air shuttle to take you anywhere in Watercolor. Location was perfect. Just a short bike ride from Seaside as well. Can’t wait to return!

We loved our stay at the carriage house. Everything was wonderful! The carriage house is clean and comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bed was very comfortable. The Watercolor area has so many amenities and is easily walkable. We loved having access to Watercolor Inn. Beth was a wonderful host and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. It was a birthday to remember.

We absolutely loved our trip to Watercolor and cannot wait to go back! The owner was so friendly and communicative. The property was clean and we loved the location. It was definitely one of the best trips we’ve taken to Florida and we will for sure try to stay here again if it’s available!

Perfect for our family stop in Watercolor. There are stairs so pack lightly. Beautiful decor and great layout so open and spacious and large size restroom, even kitchen area. Host was incredibly responsive. Absolutely perfect location.

We had a wonderful stay! Beth was incredibly communicative, kind, and such a pleasure to work with. The home was spotless, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The access to WaterColor amenities was a huge bonus. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Everything about our stay was just perfect. We are already planning our return trip. Beth made us feel right at home and the trip couldn’t have been more enjoyable.The amenities were extraordinary and the location was absolutely amazing!
The trolly took us right to the Beach Club where we spent most every day. Plus wonderful shopping and restaurants were all easily accessible.

Such a wonderfully appointed space to relax and unwind at the beach! Everything was aesthetically pleasing with every detail and amenity thoughtfully curated for guests. The beach club access was wonderful and allowed us to have pool access before check in and after check out. Beth has to be the nicest and most thoughtful host we've ever encountered!! She was the highlight of the stay! We will definitely be back!

I don’t even know where to start! Beth and Randy were amazing hosts, not only was everything on the listing 100% accurate, but they went above and beyond in every aspect of our stay. The place was spacious and incredibly clean, it was by far the best sleep we had on our roadtrip! The amenities that came with the room were amazing, my kids still talk about the slides at Camp Watercolor! Beth was so gracious and flexible with our early arrival and just made it all a breeze. My kids had the best time and none of us were ready to leave when the time came. This was the first time our family went on a trip without extended family, and it will always hold a special place in our hearts. We are so grateful for all the memories that were made and we all agree we want to come back every year - Thank you so much Beth and Randy!

The Carriage House was beautifully appointed, well provisioned and the perfect size for the two of us although it can sleep two more. There were plenty of supplies and our host Beth was a very kind and welcoming person. We will definitely come back to this property.

The carriage house is very nice and close to everything in Water Color Resort. Beth was an amazing host giving us lots of ideas to do things with our kids and place to eat. We recommend renting a golf cart as its fun to zip around the neighborhood with them. The trolly at Water Color is also great as well. We will be back!

Excellent accommodations and hosts.

Beth and Randy were great hosts who have a lovely cottage house that was perfect for our stay. It's within walking distance of many great restaurants and the beach. Couldn't ask for anything more for our stay!

The carriage house was exactly as it was described. Perfect location, walkable to all the amenities and very comfortable. The property manager was hands down the best host EVER!!! Will be staying here again.

Molly and Scott were absolutely amazing! Our railing pulled away from our main home to the carriage house and came down after 25 years while they were staying with us and they actually went above and beyond to fix it brand more than new!! Who does that!? They did!!! Best guests ever! And Happy 40th to these two!
