Escape to our newly remodeled Nashville condo, perfect for groups of up to 8! This modern retreat features 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen and a quiet back deck. Ideally located just 5-7 mins from BNA airport and 10-12 mins from the vibrant energy of downtown Nashville and Opryland. Your perfect Music City home base awaits!
Welcome to your newly remodeled, single-level Nashville retreat! This clean and modern condo offers a comfortable and inviting space for your group. The open-concept layout features a spacious living area with a large sectional sofa, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Music City. The living area flows seamlessly into a dining space and a fully equipped, modern white kitchen, ready for you to prepare your favorite meals. Step out onto the back deck to enjoy your morning coffee with views of the quiet wooded area.
Sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests:
* Bedroom 1: Queen Bed with an en-suite bathroom and closet space.
* Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, a Twin-over-Twin Bunk Bed, and a Twin Trundle Bed, with a walk-in closet and an en-suite bathroom featuring a modern walk-in shower.
Need more space? We own two other units in the same subdivision. Please inquire about booking multiple condos for groups of up to 24!
Access:
Guests will have full and private access to the entire condo during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living area, the kitchen, and the back porch. Make yourself at home and enjoy all the comforts our space has to offer.
Interaction:
We prioritize your privacy and comfort. While we won't be present at the property during your stay, we are always available and happy to assist with any questions or needs you may have. Please feel free to reach out to us through the booking platform at any time.
Other Details:
* Noise Potential: The condo is located near railroad tracks and the airport, so you may experience some related noise during your stay.
* Shared Walls: This is a condo complex, and our unit shares one wall with an adjoining condo. You may occasionally hear creaks from the floor or water running through pipes.
* Decorative Fireplace: The fireplace is for ambiance only. Please do not burn anything in it.
* Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) to begin your stay. Guests are responsible for any additional items needed.
* Liability: All listed amenities are to be used at the guestâs own risk. The homeowner is not liable for any risk, danger, injury, or damages.
Additional Rules:
* NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises, including the back and front patios.
* Bunk Bed Safety: For your safety, please adhere to the weight limits: 250 lbs. on the lower bunk and 200 lbs. on the top bunk.
* Climate Control: The A/C is set to not go below 68°F in the summer, and the heat is set to not go above 72°F in the winter.
* Check-Out: Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs due to our cleaning schedule.
* Parking: Please only park in the 2 reserved spots (same number as the condo unit) and the visitor spots. No campers or RV's are permitted to park in the complex (per HOA rules).
* Please do not eat in any of the beds.
* Makeup removal wipes are provided; please do not use the towels and washcloths to remove makeup. There will be a charge for any additional cleaning required for stained towels.
* Booking guests must be at least 21 years old.
* Booking Restrictions: We do not allow local residents to book homes. A local resident is defined as any guest whoâs primary residence is located within two (2) hours of the rented property. All guests with a confirmed criminal record shall be declined and asked to cancel the booking at their own expense.
* Parties, events, or weddings are not allowed.
