This recently updated three-bedroom residence features an extra bunk room, accommodating up to nine guests. The rooftop hot tub is a captivating highlight, making it an ideal selection for your upcoming Winter Park getaway. Furthermore, this property welcomes pets, ensuring an unforgettable downtown retreat for everyone.
A heated garage offers excellent storage for skis, snowboards, bicycles, and boots, along with the convenience of tandem parking for two vehicles. Upon entering the townhouse from the garage, you will find additional storage for coats and shoes on the lower level of the home.
The second floor is where all the action takes place in the living area. After climbing the stairs, you will arrive at the gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the necessary pots, pans, utensils, and gadgets to create a delightful meal. There is also plenty of seating at the custom breakfast bar. If cooking is not your specialty, you can savor a morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine on the patio while observing passersby or enjoying the music from the Rendezvous Event Center across the street during the summer concert season. Located near Main Street in downtown, you can easily stroll to the fantastic restaurants and shops just minutes away. The living room is equipped with a large smart HDTV with cable for watching games or streaming your favorite shows and movies, as well as a gas fireplace for relaxation. The bedroom on this floor features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, luxurious linens, and its own TV for entertainment. A hall bath is also available on this level.
Proceed to the third floor to relax after a day filled with excitement, where you will discover the master bedroom, the second guest room, and the bunk room. The master bedroom includes a king-size bed, perfect for reading a good book, watching your favorite romantic comedy on the TV, or simply escaping the hustle and bustle. It also features an en-suite bathroom equipped with all the essentials for a pampering experience.As you proceed down the hallway, you will encounter the second guest room, which is equipped with a luxurious queen-sized bed and its own television for your entertainment. The bunk room serves as a sanctuary for children, featuring a single bed over a double bed, making it an ideal gathering place for kids of all ages. The bathroom located in the hallway is fully equipped with all necessary amenities. Should you need to do laundry during your visit, there is no need to worry, as a full-sized washer and dryer are available on this floor, along with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. Our next destination is the rooftop.
The rooftop terrace provides a stunning 360-degree view of the entire Fraser Valley. The newly installed hot tub offers a luxurious way to relax throughout the year, alleviating any sore muscles after a day of skiing, biking, or hiking in the beautiful surrounding area, or simply to unwind and escape the pressures of everyday life. The new natural gas barbecue is perfect for preparing delicious meals such as seared steaks, roasted potatoes, and grilled asparagus for family dinners. Whether you are dining or lounging, the rooftop patio table is an excellent place to take in the views and enjoy the refreshing mountain breeze. Please be aware that air conditioning is not available.
It is essential to be aware that in order to ensure the safety of guests renting this property and to facilitate easy access to the hot tub, Winter Park Snow Management (WPSM), may require access to the unit during your stay. Snow removal operations will take place between 10am and 4pm, with access being through the rooftop.

The unit was in great condition. it is very clean and with a well equipped kitchen. The heated floors were a huge bonus as were the added outlets on the end tables and night stands to make tech charging easy. The unit is a very short walk to the bus line to the ski resort.Even though there are sleeping accommodations for many guests, the seating area to relax is limited. it would have been helpful to have known that there is an outlet for EV charging in the garage and that the hosts prefer no shoes be worn inside the unit so that we could have packed slippers.Overall it is a great unit and we hope to stay there again.

Perfect place for our family ski trip!

The unit is so close to restaurants and hideaway park- walking distance- and just a short drive to the resort for skiing. We had an issue with the toilet on the main level- and maintenance was out almost immediately and fixed the issue. Communication with Stay winter park is very easy through text. We would stay here again and highly recommend for families!

Property was well cleaned and stocked beyond our expectations. While we stopped and bought groceries/supplies, they had everything we fell short on. Was very pleased with the accommodations, location, and cleanliness.

Ski trip

Clean new nice condo. Great location downtown with access to the bus to get to skiing or around town. Not much space to sit around and visit and tight spaces. The heat ran a lot and the unit was really hot. Cabinets were filled with too many bowls and pans etc with little space to store food. I’d recommend this space to no more than 6 people.

Great location

The location and cleanliness of the property is great. The only fault is that you don’t get a code to enter the front door. You only get a code for the back door by the garage. And the garage is impossible to put a long vehicle in. So we had to walk around the building each time to enter. We asked for a code for the front door and we’re never given the code or even a response.

It was a perfect location for the blues festival in Hideaway Park. We had a little trouble with the codes on the doors, but nothing major. Overall, great property - nice deck upstairs to sit outside in the summer.

Wonderful Experience

We loved our stay at this townhome. The house was large, well equiped, and in a great location. 5 minutes to the mountain and walking distance from town. Loved the heated garage. Will stay again when in Winter Park!

Clean condo close to ski bus kiosk.

This condo is clean and modern- but small. The seating for meals is only at a bar situation. Bedroom room is tight but beds are comfortable. Kitchen has many pans and gadgets if you can find them as they are stored haphazardly. Hot tub was not very clean. I would return knowing all of this.

Very nice place

Overall a very nice place !! The construction noise during the day was loud but if you're not there during that time it's ok. The barbeque grill was disgusting like it had never been cleaned and we had to unload the diswasher from the previous guest.

Ski weekend

This property can fit so many people and is close to a great BBQ place. The hot tub on the roof will need to have the cover cleared and a path shoveled so try to do that during the day when it's warmer. The only thing I really didn't like was the lack of a dining table. We usually play games and eat together and this kind of made that impossible.

Great Spot with all the Upgrades

Our group enjoyed staying here. Lots of great surprises from a heated walkway to the hot tub, Bluetooth speaker, to non-stick pans and an insta pot. Made it very comfortable for our group. Our only issue was with the unmarked fire hydrant on the front side of the house. Didn’t see it late night and got a ticket, so watch out for that, but that had nothing to do with the space.

Fun Ski Weekend

This unit was really easy to get to and location was great. Garage is a little tough to park in, but it does fit 2 cars. Property manager communicates really well and the unit is stocked the best for all of the places I have stayed in and I have stayed in a lot. We will book again for either skiing or for a concert at the venue across the street.
