This newly constructed townhome boasts a three-level layout, complemented by two private deck and patio areas that enable residents to enjoy the lush forest views. The modern interior design conveys a sense of seclusion while being conveniently situated just 3 œ blocks from the main street in downtown.
The primary level includes a one-car garage and an interior entryway that can accommodate a variety of small outdoor gear, such as jackets, hats, and boots. This level's bedroom is outfitted with a queen-sized bed, a complete en-suite bathroom, and provides access to a private patio that offers scenic views of the forest and mountains.
The main level of the townhome showcases an impressively spacious open floor plan, featuring hardwood flooring throughout, with the exception of the bedrooms.
The welcoming living room is designed for comfort, allowing residents to take in the views, and is furnished with a gas fireplace, a flat-screen TV, and a small private deck ideal for enjoying the mountain atmosphere, complete with a BBQ grill. The kitchen is well-appointed with numerous cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and a large island that offers additional storage as well as a breakfast bar for dining.
