Two bedrooms both with king beds and two bathrooms make this the perfect location for a couple seeking a romantic getaway or a fun girls weekend away. The highlight of your stay will be relaxing on the patio in the hot tub or chatting with friends around the firepit! Come enjoy this comfortable cottage and all Fredericksburg has to offer! Please note: Wood is not provided

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

Nice clean property. Quiet neighborhood very close to Main St. Nice hot tub and patio with gas fire pit. Most everything you need to cook but could use some kitchen towels and extra paper towels.

This place was fantastic, location was great, generously sized house for the nightly rate and perfectly sized hot tub in the backyard for the two of us. Lots of room to move around, places to hang out inside and outside the property and well appointed house. My only negative is that there is no clothes washer/dryer on property. I knew this going in but for a house that size I hope they will eventually put one in. Otherwise, we very much enjoyed our stay, one of the better VRBO’s I have stayed at, property is advertised correctly.

The house is bright and inviting, we loved it from the moment we walked in. The kitchen is well stocked and everything was very clean. The hot tub was ready to go and easy to use. Very close to Main Street and shopping. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting!

Had an excellent 3 night stay! The house was really clean and well appointed and in a perfect location for our first trip to Fredericksburg. Loved the hot tub but sadly couldn’t use the fire pit because of the county burn ban. Great communication from Absolute Charm made it easy to find, get in and leave. Highly recommend!

We experiencing a seamless check in and had the best stay at this adorably decorated house. The beds were very comfortable and the linens felt like luxury. We so enjoyed the spacious back yard and especially the front porch looking out onto the quiet neighborhood street. The house was spotlessly clean and had every amenity we needed. We would definitely return!
