Rounded out with top of the line amenities including an 8-person private hot tub, outdoor fire-pit, incredible views of the Breckenridge Resort, Hunter Douglas blinds, flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, and more!
During ski season, walk out of the heated garage, down the street and hop on the free gondola to find yourself on Breckenridge's legendary slopes within minutes. Summertime brings easy access to town or the mountain's Peak 8 Fun Park, mountain biking & hiking trails.

Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

We provide enough supplies for a typical weekend stay. This includes paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap and a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. We also provide fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels.

This home has a private hot tub, so extra towels for the hot tub are included. We take care of cleaning and servicing the tub before and after your stay.

Fantastic ski trip!

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. It was well-maintained and well-stocked. The location can’t be beat with the short walk to the gondola. Would love to stay there again!

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation

Great location, easy walk to the Gondola even for younger children. The gaming system was a huge hit with our group. Well equip kitchen and comfortably slept 13 people!! Would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

Awesome house. Very well kept. The property manager is on top of it all when needed. My only comment would be that an air conditioner would be my preference, however, not common in the region. Our family loved this house and would definitely stay again.

Not ski-in, ski-out, but within easy walking distance to the gondola. Good views. Nice balcony. As another reviewer noted, queen-sized beds are not quite "queen-sized." Surprised there was no ice maker for the expense of the rental. Still a great property.

Amazing house!

This house was amazing! It had all the bells and whistles and was so spacious for 2 families. The views from the house and hot tub were spectacular and it was a true ski in, ski out! It was literally a 3 minute walk to the gondola, which took you right to peak 8. Also, a very short drive to town. Our only complaint was that the TV's were not working (hard with 4 kids), but management was very responsive, although the situation could not be fixed during out stay. Will definitely be staying in this house again!

Loved every about this place but for the price changes need to be made!

The queen beds are extremely small (it says queen on the mattress tag) & aren’t made for two adults to sleep in the bed. The master is perfect except when the sun rises so do you bc one window is missing shades & the shades on the other windows are inadequate. The management tried their best to make our stay enjoyable.

The Best House to Stay in Breckenridge!!

This house on Shock Hill was amazing! We were just a few steps from the gondola to go to any peak to ski. The house is so nice and definitely worth every penny! I loved how many rooms and bathrooms there were making it comfortable for everyone in the family. You could get on the gondola and go down to the village to shop and eat. You are also a short driving distance to the City Market. The house has everything you need. Location, location, location!!! BEST HOUSE!! Thank you!!!!

Amazing Views!

This home is absolutely spectacular! The layout of the house is wonderful, we had 11 people & you would have never known. The gondola is less than a 2 min walk. The adults took it down into town for groceries, shopping & to visit restaurants. The kids took it for skiing - Love the convince it added. The views are literally amazing - we took several family photos on the deck with the mountains in the background. If your looking for a great place for a large family/friends gathering 
this place is a MUST!

perfect location - bad property management

This is the most expensive VRBO we have ever booked - when we arrived the water didn't work. So no shower, no cooking, no drinking water, no RESTROOMS for a family of 6. Taking 4 boys to a gas station to use the restroom on an expensive rental is more than a little off putting. This was not resolved until almost 24 hours after our reservation started - and management's response was "sorry for the inconvenience". They did volunteer to buy us lunch since we couldn't cook - we accepted and they didn't even follow through with that. The residence and location is stellar however the property manager would get zero stars if the app allowed it.

Awesome house

We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful house. The property was as promised and was very clean with high end furnishings and finishes. The property management company was responsive to assist when needed. We had stayed in this neighborhood before and just love the easy access to the gondola and town. It was so rare we actually needed a car. The property was great for kids. Stocked with fun games and even a gaming system. We would love to stay here again. The only thing missing was an umbrella for the deck as the afternoon sun can be intense in the mountains. Minor overall for such a wonderful home!
