For the ultimate lounging experience, take your pick between the two indoor living areas and two outdoor patios. The kitchen is built for the mountain life with all premium appliances, a massive stainless-steel refrigerator, wine cooler, and gas range are just a few of the kitchen highlights. Rounded out with top-of-the-line amenities including an 8-person private hot tub, outdoor fire-pit, incredible views of the Breckenridge Resort, Hunter Douglas blinds, flat-screen TVs, high-speed internet, and more!

Proximity: Located in the prestigious Shock Hill community, this home is just a 2-minute walk to the private Shock Hill Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 & 8 at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Main Street is just a 1-mile walk, putting shops, dining, and entertainment within easy reach.

Living Room: The main family room features vaulted ceilings, a modern gas fireplace, an oversized flatscreen TV, and walls of windows capturing spectacular mountain views. Natural light floods the space, creating a welcoming environment for movie nights or relaxing after a day on the slopes.

Kitchen: Open to the dining area, the chef's kitchen is fully equipped with high-end appliances including a 6-eye gas stovetop, oversized island with 4-person breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, blender, crockpot, coffee maker, and more. Granite countertops and plenty of prep space make it a dream for any culinary enthusiast.

Dining Room: Vaulted ceilings and large windows complement the dining area, featuring a 6-person formal table and access to the south-facing deck.

Bedding Configuration: 4 Bed, 4.5 Bath –
‱ Primary Bedroom: King bed, vaulted ceilings, wall-mounted TV, built-in fireplace, private balcony, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower, jetted tub, his and her sinks, and walk-in closet.
‱ Second Bedroom: Queen bed, full-size closet, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a walk-in shower.
‱ Third Bedroom: Queen bed, full-size closet, flatscreen TV, and ensuite bath. The ensuite bath includes a step-in shower.
‱ Fourth Bedroom: 4 Twin beds, dresser, perfect for kids or adults, and adjacent shared full bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity.

Family Room: The downstairs living area includes a full-size sofa, lounge chairs, flatscreen TV, Wii-U, mini-fridge, and bar, perfect for games or movie nights.

Outdoor Space: The home offers two outdoor spaces. The ground-level patio features an 8-person hot tub, built-in gas fire pit, and incredible mountain views. The main-level south-facing deck includes seating lounges and a gas grill.

Laundry: Full-size washer and dryer located on the main level with ironing board and iron.

Nordic-in/Nordic-out — with gondola access, too! Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Alpine Edge provides supplies for a typical weekend stay, including paper towels, salt/pepper, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent for a few loads, hotel-style bottles of shampoo and soap, plus extra rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Fresh pressed linens, including all bed sheets and towels, are also included.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.

It is a beautiful place- there was just my husband and I so we didn’t use the whole house. Some of the technical things did not work well, I suspect the batteries on the remotes were low.

Absolutely would book this property again! Everything was perfect. Amazing views, clean, unmatched proximity to top of mountain and to the village. Gondola is even closer to the property than advertised. I cannot recommend this property enough and I cannot wait to return!

We absolutely loved our stay at this home in Breckenridge! The location couldn't have been better—just minutes away from gondola access and downtown, but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. The house was spotless when we arrived and incredibly well maintained. Could not recommend this house enough.

Easy entry and check-in. Easy walk to the gondola to get to the mountain for skiing. Spacious rooms with comfortable beds and great bathrooms. Fantastic kitchen and dining area.

Not ski-in, ski-out, but within easy walking distance to the gondola. Good views. Nice balcony. As another reviewer noted, queen-sized beds are not quite "queen-sized." Surprised there was no ice maker for the expense of the rental. Still a great property.

Great location and property!

Awesome house. Very well kept. The property manager is on top of it all when needed. My only comment would be that an air conditioner would be my preference, however, not common in the region. Our family loved this house and would definitely stay again.

Amazing house!

This house was amazing! It had all the bells and whistles and was so spacious for 2 families. The views from the house and hot tub were spectacular and it was a true ski in, ski out! It was literally a 3 minute walk to the gondola, which took you right to peak 8. Also, a very short drive to town. Our only complaint was that the TV's were not working (hard with 4 kids), but management was very responsive, although the situation could not be fixed during out stay. Will definitely be staying in this house again!

The condo was spacious, clean and beautiful. It was well-maintained and well-stocked. The location can’t be beat with the short walk to the gondola. Would love to stay there again!

Loved every about this place but for the price changes need to be made!

The queen beds are extremely small (it says queen on the mattress tag) & aren’t made for two adults to sleep in the bed. The master is perfect except when the sun rises so do you bc one window is missing shades & the shades on the other windows are inadequate. The management tried their best to make our stay enjoyable.

Wonderful Family Ski Vacation

Great location, easy walk to the Gondola even for younger children. The gaming system was a huge hit with our group. Well equip kitchen and comfortably slept 13 people!! Would highly recommend and will stay here again in the future.

The Best House to Stay in Breckenridge!!

This house on Shock Hill was amazing! We were just a few steps from the gondola to go to any peak to ski. The house is so nice and definitely worth every penny! I loved how many rooms and bathrooms there were making it comfortable for everyone in the family. You could get on the gondola and go down to the village to shop and eat. You are also a short driving distance to the City Market. The house has everything you need. Location, location, location!!! BEST HOUSE!! Thank you!!!!
