Lazy River House is the perfect place to get away with all the comforts of home. Waterfront, you can fish right off our dock! Bring your boat. 2 master suites. One room with a king bed and one room with a queen bed. 2.5 baths with a sleeper in the living room. Fully stocked kitchen. Washer and dryer. Nice porch to sit out on and watch the sunset! Downstairs area with picnic tables and a grill. Just 5 miles to downtown Bay St Louis with some of the best restaurants on the Coast. The beach is also 5 miles away (we have beach chairs and beach towels) and the Casinos. Home is equipped with WiFi, smart TVs and a DVD player in the living room with surround sound!

Wonderful relaxing stay!

Beauty by the Bay!

This house has everything needed for a relaxing Mississippi Gulf mini vacation. Bedrooms and attached bathrooms made for privacy when needed. The front porch afforded ample opportunity to enjoy the sunshine. All accommodations were as advertised and made for a very comfortable stay. We highly recommend this home when traveling to the Bay Area.

This property was very clean and extremely comfortable. The listing was very accurate. The owners were in touch to ensure we had everything we needed. It is very well equipped with all you need for a great stay. This was one of our better VRBO experiences. We would definitely recommend and hope to return.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The home was extremely clean and maintained. Perfect space with 2 bedroom suites with privacy and nice living area and kitchen to share. We caught a few fish on the dock but fishing was slow every spot we tried. All and all, a great vacation rental!

Relaxing Getaway

I truly enjoyed our stay at the Lazy River House... it was the perfect getaway for a weekend trip. The house was clean, comfortable, and suited our needs perfectly. We spent time relaxing at the house as well as enjoying the local area. The beaches, downtown area, and casinos are all just a few minutes away. We definitely hope to return soon!

a little slice of heaven

This home was simply wonderful! Every part of our weekend was great. The owners were so kind and helpful, and all of their little touches around the property made it feel like home away from home:) The location, the layout, the decor - everything was just top notch, and I wouldn't change a thing! Fun times

We took her boat, ended a lot of riding on the Jordan river edge of the Jordan river. Steemer, which was wonderful, went to the downtown area and Tapani‘s blind Tiger. It all was fun definitely will be back.

Great place

We enjoyed our quiet stay. The host responded promptly when asked a question about the door entry. Plenty of room in the yard and we thoroughly enjoyed the game in the storage area downstairs. Don’t know what it’s called but the one with the ball you have to keep going around the pole. My son and I had such a silly time together trying to figure out how to play but made some great memories! Enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this VRBO.

Amazing

What an amazing property. Perfect for us, very clean and well maintained. Even being up on stilts, the couple storms we had didn’t bother us at all. They were very responsive to our requests and being there 2 months we had a couple, but nothing serious. Elevator was great for bringing our belongings up and down. Loved the upstairs deck and the beautiful sunset views. We highly recommend this property!

Cruisin the Coast

We attend cruisin the coast during the first week in October every year and have rented Old Lazy River for the last three years. This a perfect vacation spot , it is very clean and in A very quiet tranquil area . There is balcony overlooking a beautiful bayou where we sit in the morning and have our coffee and watch the fish jump before starting our day at Cruisin the coast. I have already booked again for 2024 and looking forward to next years cruisin. Jim

A nice private weekend.

This property is very nice. The pictures are accurate. It is well-stocked if cooking in is your thing. We enjoyed sitting on the porch, listening to and watching the wildlife. The windows provided awesome views while we dined especially breakfast! I enjoyed the firm mattresses unfortunately, my partner did not. We drove to and cruised the beach. We certainly appreciated being granted a late check because neither of us are early risers. We definitely will stay here again. Well done, you guys!

Family vacation

The boat lift was not usable by us. We needed hand rails on the dock to access or boat once it was on the lift. The lift did not operate easily so we opted to not use it. The pictures show aBBQ grill that was no where to be found. There was a different BBQ grill in the storage but suggest you delete pictures of the big grill.

Birthday Party Getaway/Vacation

It was Excellent! We were specifically traveling to the area for a 60th Birthday Party and to visits friends. This property fit all our needs. The location is Peaceful and Beautiful. You're within 5 minutes to anything you could possibly need... Grocery Store, Wine & Spirits, Bait & Tackle... Anything! We caught crab, catfish, perch, & croaker right off the dock! The porch makes for a Wonderful setting 1rst thing in the morning... Just chill & relax. The elevator is Excellent for luggage and groceries. We just can't say enough Good things about this property! We'll definitely try to come back!
