Couple little small quirks but talked with owner and got everything worked out quick and easy the pool was great every night the only thing was when wanting to kyak it was a bit tuff to get them in the bayou from walk way probably need to make something a bit lower even with the water to put in would be great other then that no complaints
Our extended family rented "The Lodge" and "The Casual" together. Taken together, it's a really nice way to host a large family group, in our case for a wedding down the road at Oak Crest.
The Lodge certainly is larger and has better overall group hosting amenities, such as a larger and better equipped kitchen, a combined family/dining room, and the bar area on the first floor.
The Casual was great for additional bedrooms, and a spare fridge. It also has a dishwasher (we didn't use it) which the Lodge does not.
Between the two properties, pretty much anything you might need is provided.
The host, Robert, was extremely responsive and helpful with local tips.
Our stay was trouble free and very nice.
Very relaxing. Rained on us so really didnt get to canoe or putt putt. But it was still lovely. Played darts for the first time ever. Great vacation place
We enjoyed this property very much. There was so much for the kids to do and relaxing for the adults. The house was very clean and welcoming. The kids said they can't wait to go back in the summer so they can really have fun using all of the available resources.
Outside absolutely beautiful! Inside looks like this place is just thrown together pictures hung in very random spots, wires to all TVâs hanging down the walls cable box also hanging, dishes were NOT clean had to go by stuff to cook on pans were FILTHY ! We made the best of it considering it rained the entire time would have been a lot better if we could have spent more time outside.
