We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the beautiful loft/condo in downtown Dandridge. Tracee was very accommodating to us and we were super cozy during our stay!
Had a great stay at this charming historic property. Loved that we could walk downstairs for great coffee, & down the block to the Farmer's Market and cute shops. We even got in a boat rental on Douglas Lake in our short visit.
Some friends and I booked with Tracee for the 4th of July long weekend. Cute and clean loft! Tracee was Ana amazing host, answered any questions we had and gave us tips on where to see the beat fireworks. Will definitely stay here again!
First time to Tennessee and we had a great time! The apartment was beautiful. Very clean and comfortable! Check in process was a breeze. Would definitely come back.
The condo was very clean, Tracee very nice, adorable delicious coffee shop directly behind condo. We had a nice one-night stay, ate at Dandridge Brewing company, Christmas shopped, and took a nice walk to see the lake. The condo is in the middle of everything! There are no TVâs or wifi but we were only there for one night so it did not affect us.
âThe Loftâ is a great place for its location if you want a small country town experience while staying in a two-bedroom, well-appointed, 2nd-story appartment. We were out-and about most of the day, but were able to eat self-prepared breakfast and/or lunch there a few time. It is walking distance to a couple of great eating places as well. We appreciated it as a home base from which we could attend a funeral and help with family matters afterward. We stayed a week. Tracie and Jill are great hosts who accommodated our early checkin, and made it easy to live there during our time. While the accommodations were comfortable and location convenient for us, you should know before renting that it sits near a very active traffic intersection and is on a very popular street. It was surprising how many loud vehicles transit the town and how many pickup trucks need muffler repair. Loud cars, trucks, and motorcycles all seemed to converge at Main and Gay streets especially around bed-time. The week we stayed in March, the old brick buildings reverberated constantly. Only the very early hours after midnight were peaceful. Ear plugs and brown noise from our phones were helpful.
When booking the property, I did not realize that there was no TV or WiFi. Be prepared for that. Otherwise property as described. Beds were much softer than we prefer; if you like soft beds, you will be happy here. Enjoyed boating and hiking in the area
Quite, clean, comfortable, Everything was just like you see in the photos. We enjoyed the Cafe and gift shop next door. The stairs to loft are outside, so be prepared to carry up luggage.
A little jewel in Dandrige. I had a wonderful experience staying at this property and Tracee thanks for all your advise.
Definitely will be back soon !!
We stayed in Drandridge for a family get together at a relatives home. Wife and I stay downtown and really enjoyed it. Tracee was exceptional in communication and having the place ready. Really nice amenities close by and everyone in town was very friendly. Highly recommend this place.
Wonderful, relaxing and charming apartment in lovely downtown Dandridge on Douglas Lake. Short drive to Knoxville and Smokey Mountain. Host Tracee was friendly and accommodating. Clean and updated. Worry and stress free location
Charming, comfortable and beautifully decorated loft in the heart of historic downtown Dandridge. Host was wonderful communicating about the property and things to see and do in Dandridge.
Really enjoyed our stay. Great location in a very historic downtown. Enjoyed the coffee shop and Dandridge Brewing Co being so close. Property was in immaculate condition. Would definitely stay here again!
The loft is beautiful and is a great space to âcome home to!â Quiet town located near all the âinâ places to visit. Think Tracee could be one of my best friends. My husband loved her too. Thanks for such a very enjoyable experience. đ
Our stay at the Lakeside Loft was perfect! The apartment was absolutely beautiful (I need Tracee to come redecorate my house!), well appointed, and the location was centrally located for everything we wanted to do. Tracee was the best host and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities. Make sure you set aside some time to shop in her amazing store located on the first floor under the apartment. Thank you Tracee for a great weekend getaway, we will definitely be back!
I am so grateful for this wonderful apt loft. We were traveling for a nearby horse show. My mom was with us so I wanted to stay some place "safer"than hotel during COVID. The apt was spotlessly clean and absolutely gorgeous! I loved shopping around town. Everyone treated us like we had been there before with Hospitality second to none! We will absolutely be back!
It's a Charming little place with plenty of room for three or four people. It was super clean. It came with a kitchen . It's super quiet in town which is what we were looking for. You could walk to restaurants. Within a short drive you had a grocery store coffee shop, ect.
Jeff & Tracee love the charming historical town of Dandridge and want to make sure your stay is the best southern experience. We want you to fall in love with our small town like we did. Come stroll our downtown shops, brewery and antique stores. We love living in this picturesque lakeside town, the 2nd oldest town in Tennessee. Enjoy all our area has to offer such as Douglas Lake, Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Seiverville, Pigeon Forge and most of all our Smokey Mountains of East Tennessee. We can't wait to have ya'all....come on down!
This property is beautifully furnished with all the amenities you will need. Its location is top notch! Walk to our beautiful Douglas Lake, brewery, antique shops, boutiques or visit our old soda fountain pharmacy for a burger or milkshake, just like the good ole days. A true blast from the past. Stroll the streets and learn of the Battle of Dandridge, view the revolutionary graveyard located in the center of town. Short drive to all the Smokey Mountain attractions such as Dollywood, Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, Seiverville and of course Dandridge's famous Bush Beans factory where you can tour and dine.
Located directly on main st. Walk to Douglas Lake. Great for all our local festivals such as Scottish Irish Festival, June Jubilee. We are in a perfect location for all the tourist attractions you might desire, all within a short drive. We strive to make your stay the best southern experience you will have.
