The condo was great! Well outfitted, comfortable, attractive. The grounds are also very clean and nice including the pool area convenient to the conference. I was attending across the street as well as to the beach. Beautiful views of and from both sides of the unit. Beds very comfortable.

The unit and building are very nice. There were a few maintenance issues when we checked in (notably the AC and two TVs were not working). But Colleen was extremely responsive (even on a Sunday) and talked me through the resolution of several issues over the phone. The on site maintenance man (Michael?) came early Monday and resolved the remaining issues.

The condo is very comfortable. The manatees out back made it unique and fun. We were there for our son’s wedding at Bellwether and this was convenient and the perfect locale. Beach access and the pool was wonderful. Would recommend to anyone!

Perfect location

Loved the location and the property. Easy access to the beach and the pool was never crowded. The room was clean. The beach chairs and umbrella provided in the room were cheap and most of the chairs were broken. However, the property had good beach chairs and umbrellas that we could borrow. Would definitely stay again!

Two king sized beds, with a plush foam mattress topper. Large TVs in every room, with great channel choices. Amble beach chairs and towels included.Building perfectly situated a short walk across the street and down a path to the beach. Hi f you want to rent chairs and an umbrella the hotel to the left once on the beach will rent you everything for $20/day.Restaurant, stores, liquor stores are all within walking distance as well.Communication before, during and after we always prompt from the Nexthome rep.

Our trip to St. Pete’s Beach

Rating Details: The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: A little disappointing. Definitely would not recommend. The building is worn and has a weird odor. The units face the bay, not the ocean. The unit also is very dated and worn, so much needs replacement. With so many options, I wish I had taken more time to book lodging. I felt the pictures were misleading.

Great Place To Stay When In St. Pete Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When visiting St. Pete Beach, this is the place to stay for comfort and relaxation. The view from rear balcony provides a nestling little area to eat, drink, read or simply taking in the scenic view of the Bay. If you are lucky enough, you too will see a few Manatee and native cranes and pelicans in the channel. Our fully furnished condo unit was very clean and comfortable and contained every amenity needed for the 5 nights that we stayed. Office staff members were courteous and helpful whenever you asked for anything. The 1 free parking spot is at no cost for guests but you can also take advantage off the free electric shuttle by downloading the Freebee App. Everything is within walking distance if you're step counting.

Gorgeous view, average accommodations

The view of the water was stunning; great place to watch the sunrise. The condo was cramped for a family of 4 and lacked basic items we've typically found at other rentals (salt, pepper, cooking spray, foil). Everything was nicely decorated and appeared clean. The bathrooms would benefit from updating. The biggest turn off of this property was the tented signs in the kitchen and bedroom warning of additional charges for staining the bedding ($50 fee), not taking out the garbage ($10/load), not washing, drying and putting away the dishes, etc. While I understand some folks may not be as respectful as others in taking care of the property and perhaps misuse led to the necessity of these signs, it was very unwelcoming & made it difficult to relax in the space. The internet was too poor to support streaming football or movies. We spent as little time in the condo as possible, choosing to enjoy the many beautiful beaches and local restaurants.

Right on the bay and a very short walk to St. Pete Beach access. So many great restaurants and bars within walking distance. Clean pool and jacuzzi on-site if you need a break from the beach. The host was very responsive and they have staff on-site if need be. The room has beach chairs and pool/beach items if need be (rental prices on the beach were very high). Would highly recommend this AirBNB location. (Only downfall/negative is a 4PM check-in)

Love the sunrise resort

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to the Sunrise Resort for years. It is a great place to stay with multiple families! Great for kids! We will be back!
