Amazing spaceâalthough itâs on the Main Street, it also feels really private. A quick walk to everything you needâcoffee shop, good restaurants, etc.I got there early and Sharon was SO generous.
This property was such a joy to stay at. Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of nooks and crannies to explore and perfect location. Very easy to access National Park and so many walkable restaurants. All were delicious and we were sad that we didnât have time to visit them all. One of our all time favorite VRBO stays!
Most unique property! Very warm and inviting when we arrived-felt more like arriving at a friends house vs a rental property. Location was perfect for walking around town to restaurants and shops. Short drive to white water rafting and hiking. Owner was very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend!
This property is in a very old building that at one time was a restaurant. It is situated between a movie theater (closed for the season unfortunately) and a restaurant/pub on the main street in Fayetteville. The furnishings are very eclectic and functional at the same time. From the moment we walked in we were very comfortable and felt right at home. The host was available and responded almost immediately when we had questions. There was an issue with parking but it was resolved to everyone's satisfaction. All in all a wonderful experience.
spent a three-day weekend here again. It is so wonderful, and convenient to the quaint but busy downtown Fayetteville. I will certainly continue booking.
Enjoyed my stay with my 10 yr old for a weekend visit to NRG. The location could not be more perfect with regards to proximity to local eateries and New River Gorge NP. You are literally on the Main Street so some funny confusion with passersby thinking itâs a shop- so keep screen door latched and blinds shut for privacy. Easy walk to coffee shop and various restaurants. Never moved our car when enjoying the town. Will definitely be back!
The property was utterly charming, so perfectly appointed, we loved it! Each day we marveled at the delightful little touches everywhereâŠeven lavender pillow spray! Great bed, sheets and pillows also.
Wonderful location, amenities and ambiance! Comfortable beds, great water pressure and all of the modern conveniences of home! There are few locations in Fayetteville that are better - easy access to all there is to do in town! A very quiet location, even though you are in the heart of the town! We are looking forward to staying here again soon.
Cute townhouse. Great walking location. Great decor. You feel like youâre at home. Handy having washer n dryer due to wet clothes from rafting trip. Quick response from owner about check in question. Thanks for a great trip!
This is an unassuming place from the outside, but really thoughtfully laid out and furnished. Kitchen has everything you need. Conveniently located across the street from a coffee shop and a couple restaurants and a bar next door. Also dog friendly which is great (though the pet fee is steep )
The property was very enjoyable. It felt like walking into a prohibition era saloon. Very period but with the modern amenities. Itâs quirky and fun to explore the space. The space feels like it has a story to tell. It feels random yet somehow uniquely cohesive. The hosts were very responsive to any questions we had and were very friendly. The location is an absolute 10! Directly across the street from everyoneâs favorite breakfast spot at Cathedral. We walked to pies and pints for dinner as well. We did only stay in the back bedroom so I canât speak to the other rooms but it was very quiet. All in all 10/10 will definitely book again.
Loved the place, everything we needed was there. Decorations were so much fun, plenty to look at. Sharon was great. Only problem is the parking. The patking was far away from the unit and it was really hard to load and unload. If the parking was better, i would have definitely gave it a 5 star. We're older so it was a bit of a problem. Imsure its fine for younger, fitter people. Everyone we .et in w va was so friendly.
Love this location, so many things to do in walking distance, great restaurants. We came to walk the Gorge Bridge. Wonderful experience. Wish we stayed longer1
I couldnât have asked for a better spot to call my home base while in Fayetteville for a work retreat. Downtown hub location made it a dream to grab coffee from local spots in the mornings and easy to get to all the best elements of the area. The property itself has unlimited charm & coziness balanced with a luxurious feel. Even being right on the main road in town, I never felt like the street noises were a nuisance. Will keep this place at the top of my list for future Fayetteville adventures - whether for work or pleasure!
We really enjoyed our stay in the condo. It was right in town with several cute restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It was very comfortable and well appointed. We appreciated the extra towels and beds were quite comfortable. We look forward to coming back!
Charlie & I absolutely love to restore properties and particularly historic ones, and we have done quite a few. Sharon, a realtor and accredited stager, does her part in decorating and "nesting" you in to be comfy, but before that can happen, Charlie does his part in the renovation and updating to make certain you have the quality of workmanship that we are very proud. Please visit The 1904 where you will be greeted with the amenities to make you at home and very comfortable.
Why This Property? The Character and Location helped make our decision. This property is literally "open the door and you are right on Court Street "in the Center of Town where always a lot going on and things to do. Short 5 minute drive to The New River Gorge Bridge, hiking trails . . . and a very comfy place to relax in the evening and take a stroll for dinner in all the local eateries downtown has to offer. The shopping in our boutiques is sure to please too!
The Unique Benefits: Walk to everything. Shopping, Eateries, Pubs, Antique Stores, and everyone always has to make their visit to Ben Franklin's. .. lastly, this building has the sweetest iron gate that leads to a covered side porch where you can sit back, put your feet up and drift back in time. (coming late Spring 2022)
