Las Gaviotas 414 is located in the complex "Las Gaviotas Condominiums" on the 2nd floor. Here you will find living room, dining room, terrace, kitchen fully equipped, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all this with a nice Mexican accent; common areas with garden, pool and BBQ, 24 hour security and parking.

The main room is equipped with a king size bed and ensuite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom has 1 queen size bed. In the living room you will find a queen size sofa bed. This setting allows 6 people to sleep in the condo. The 2nd bathroom is shared, located next to the 2nd bedroom, 6 people in the dining can be seated, kitchen with all the accessories to prepare whatever you want, in this area you will find stools to sit at the kitchen counter with an incredible seaview.

It is equipped with washing machine, dryer, iron, ironing board, stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator and all the kitchen tools you can need.
Its atmosphere will make you feel at home... your house on the beach!!

Ubicado en una de las playas más icónicas del Puerto, Sandy Beach; esta propiedad te ofrece todo al alcance de tu mano: playa, sol, vistas espectaculares, albercas dentro del condominio, áreas para convivio familiar, restaurantes y bares a unos cuantos pasos y muchos servicios mas ya que esta ubicado en el centro del Puerto.

Las Gaviotas 414 está ubicado en el complejo “Las Gaviotas Condominiums” en el 2do piso. Aquí encontraras sala, comedor, terraza, cocina equipada, 2 habitaciones, 2 baños, todo esto con un lindo acento mexicano; áreas comunes con jardín, alberca y BBQ, seguridad las 24 horas y estacionamiento. La habitación principal está equipada con cama King size y baño dentro de ella. La 2da. habitación cuenta con 1 cama queen size. En la sala encontraras un sofá cama tamaño queen size que permite que puedan dormir 6 personas en el condo. El 2do baño es compartido, ubicado a un costado de la 2da habitación, en el comedor caben sentadas 6 personas, cocina con todos los aditamentos para que prepares lo que más se te antoje, en esta área encontraras bancos para sentarse en la barra con una linda vista al mar.

Está equipado con lavadora, secadora, plancha, mesa de planchar, estufa, horno, horno de microondas, refrigerador y todos los utensilios de cocina que necesites.

Su ambiente te hará sentir como en casa, pero tu casa en la playa.

Very disappointing

Check in was at 4pm and we were not allowed in until after 4:30pm due to room still being cleaned and the air conditioning not working. Once allowed to go in the condo we saw that The furniture was dirty. The sofa bed had yellow stains and was definitely not cleaned in some time. As I do at every stay the first thing I do is check the beds to make sure it is clean and I spray with Lysol. When I pulled back the bed spread the sheets looked dirty and when I pulled the sheet there was huge fresh blood stains on the mattress protector. We immediately spoke with the property manager and cleaning crew manager and their response was for us to wait until the next day for them to take care of this. I said absolutely not. This is blood, fresh blood and I will not be sleeping or using that bed. This is a health hazard. Their response was that someone would come within an hour and a half. After several communications on my part they ended showing up after 6 hours. She took the topper and gave us a new topper and left a flat sheet and stated that tomorrow we would get a fresh set which never came. How can cleaning crew not have seen the blood stain? If sheets are changed after each stay there is no way it was not seen. It was obvious that they did not care and did not clean. We were there for a total of 6 nights and the sheets never came. I will be avoiding any rentals managed by Kivoya Very disappointed and left with a bad taste

Nice place, but all the stairs did get to us. When we arrived and saw how far…

we had to go from the parking lot to our condo, we were thrilled to find a staff member who told us to go around to the side street and use the gate that was closer to our condo and he helped us unload the van and take everything to our condo. We used this same method when we checked out. We tipped them well; it was very worth it. All the staff were friendly and helpful. About the condo: It was nice enough but needs some attention. The wall unit is seen in the living room and the master bedroom. Since it’s outdated and isn’t big enough for a TV, there’s an additional piece of bulky furniture in front of it with a small TV on it. This makes the already small living room even smaller. The dining and living rooms are all one room and most of the furniture is too bulky for the small space. The shared wall unit in the bedroom is rigged with a picture covering it. In the master bedroom, there are side tables on each side of the bed. That is great, however, they’re too large and hang over the doorway that leads to the master bathroom, which that doorway also has a dresser nearby making the opening to the bathroom very small. We bumped our hips on them many times. The TV quality was not good— 85% of the channels were in Spanish and many channels were snowy/staticky. We don’t normally watch tv in RP but we were sick for 2 1/2 days. We think it was from drinks on the beach including one of those drinks in the pineapple. When we arrived most things were not plugged in - lamps, digital clocks, etc, so we thought everything was broken at first. Our stay was for 8 days, yet we only had 1 roll of paper towels, 4 rolls of tp,2 trash bags,2 kitchen towels. Also when we arrived the AC was not on and it took 7 hours for a 6 degree increase. It worked great once it cooled off but it seems the staff should have it turned on and everything plugged in when they know guests are arriving. The patio bar-height chairs were uncomfortable and that’s all that can be used to see over the wall. Many of the light switches did nothing so it was difficult knowing what works for what. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom- you had to stand on the bed to turn the light on/off if you want to keep the fan on at bedtime for instance. Regardless of these things, we enjoyed our time there tremendously. We usually stay at Las Conchas, so this was our first time on Sandy Beach. We really liked watching all the here. Overall it is a nice clean condo in a great location.
