Gorgeous view

This is such a beautiful property and the view from the balcony patio is stunning. We love Rocky Point and we enjoyed our stay so much. We are planning to stay at this location next time if at all possible.

Best Beach front in Rocky Point!

We had an amazing time in Mexico. The place was great super clean and had everything you needed and Candi was a pleasure to work with. She was always fast to respond to my many questions and also gave us some good recommendations. The Sonoran Sea is one of my faves... pool bar nice, restaurant delish and close to Reef and Banditos in parking lot. You'll love it!

Everything was great, Candice is vey responsive. Cleaning crew for prior guest pointed out a small issue and resolved it within the hour. All you need is to bring yourself, everything is available in the unit( towels, beach chairs etc.). No issues checking in, very easy process.

Fantastic stay!

We stayed in this unit for 3 nights during Fall Break in October 2015 and had a wonderful experience. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with both glass dinnerware and plastic, and had more mixing bowls and serving dishes than expected. There was even a turntable of spices, aluminum foil, and plastic baggies! One note though, the unit has 2 beautiful walk-in showers only. Since we were traveling with a toddler, one bathtub would have been preferable but that was my fault for not noticing it in the description. There were beach toys/sand castle tools available for our little one's use, which was a great bonus and very thoughtful of the owners. I had stayed at the Sonoran Sea before but had booked through the resort. This was my first time renting directly from an owner through VRBO. I was a little nervous but wanted to use VRBO because there was a 30-day cancellation policy. This was a huge advantage over booking through the resort, with whom you lose money if you cancel at any time, even 6 months before your stay. I was also a little nervous about check-in, where the property manager meets you at the unit to give you keys, wristbands, and answers any questions. I wasn't exactly sure when we were going to arrive since we drive from Tucson and stop for potty breaks, gas in Why, and vanilla in Sonoyta. Kali was very accommodating when I gave her my best guess of our arrival window (2 hour window) and I just texted her right before we crossed the border. It couldn't have been easier and we were in our condo and out at the beach before our friends who checked in at the resort front desk. It honestly was easier and faster than going through the resort, and we received much better customer service and communication. I plan to book this way from now on, we had such a good experience!

Wonderful Location

We brought our 81 year old mothers and aunt down for a visit. It was their first time to Rocky Point and they LOVED it. We will definitely bring them back again soon!

What a beautiful place!

The view from this condo is absolutely stunning! We had such a great time here. The place was comfortable, clean, cozy and it had everything we needed. We will definitely go back again! Highly recommend it!

Amazing vacation

This property was perfect for our short getaway. It was clean, easily accessible and comfortable. Restaurans in walking distance, security was great and a swim up bar at the pool. The tacos at the pool were delicious. I will definitely book this condo again if available. 🤗

Beautiful Property

We have stayed at both the Sonoran Sea and Spa several times in the past however I must say this property has been placed at the very top of our list for future stays. Everything was perfect! I only wish it was available in June for 6 days during the annual Circus Mexicus. We will be back!

Amazing

The property was clean and as described and photographed. The location is perfect! It has a walkway leading right to the beach from the pool area and several bars and restaurants just outside of the complex that make for a quick (2 minute) walk! Highly recommend staying here.

Best stay ever.

The room we stayed in (Sonoran sea resort room 604) was perfect 2 bed, 2 bath. Full kitchen, washer/dryer, beautiful view from the large balcony. Close to the water (100meters). Great pools and hot tubs. They provided a couple body boards and some folding chairs we could use. My wife and I and or 4 kids had an excellent vacation. Highly, highly recommended. Candi was great to communicate with and support helpful. We look forward to going back again soon.

Great condo

First time booking with Candi and Vinnie, second time staying at the Son Sea. My group stayed 3 nights, everything worked out as planned. The condo has everything you need plus extras, like beach towels and folding camp chairs. The inside of the condo is well stocked with pretty much everything you would find in your own home. I booked this place specifically because it faces towards the West. I prefer sunsets over sunrises. Swim up pool bar and heated pool is a plus. Restaurant de Ramon on site is good and convenient. Chango's, Garufa and Bandito's are just a few minutes walk away. I planned on booking in November, but my dates are already booked. Vinnie and Candi are great hosts and I will definitely be booking again in the future.

We have owned and operated a Pizzeria Restaurant for over 30years. We brought true NY STYLE PIZZA out west to Cottonwood. We have 2 grown sons Nick & Doug that have always been and will always be the greatest accomplishment of our lives. We FOUND PARADISE in 2014 and to make this possible we want to offer PARADISE to our families, friends & YOU!
