The Neighborhood:
This gorgeous condo is only 3.6 miles from the heart of downtown Gatlinburg, TN! It features plenty of amenities! The condo complex offers indoor and outdoor pools, a hot tub, a game room, gas grills, seasonal firewood, and washer/dryer facilities (pay).

Getting Around:
We always recommend 4x4 wheel drive for any condo in The Great Smoky Mountains to be extra safe. Paved roads all the way up and paved parking, too.

Other Things to Note:
‱ Must be 21 or older to book this condo.
‱ This condo sleeps 4 guests maximum.
‱ The fireplace is wood-burning—please bring your own firewood.
‱ Coffee maker is a Keurig—please bring your own coffee/K-Cups.
‱ 4x4 drive is recommended for travel in the Smoky Mountains. While paved roads lead all the way to the complex, conditions can change quickly in inclement weather.
‱ The hot tub and pools are maintained by the HOA. They may occasionally be closed for maintenance without notice.
‱ The outdoor pool usually opens around Memorial Day and closes near the end of August (dates controlled by the HOA and subject to change).
‱ The indoor pool and hot tub are open year-round (subject to HOA maintenance schedules).
‱ Condo includes high-speed WiFi and a smart TV with cable and Netflix access (no login required for Netflix).
‱ Washer/dryer and game room are located in the main clubhouse and operate on a pay-per-use basis.
‱ Hot tub is drained, sanitized, and refilled between each guest stay. It may need time to reach full temperature on the check-in day.
‱ Starter supplies of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and laundry detergent are provided.
‱ Guests agree to use the website messenger for all communication, even if initial contact is made by another method.
‱ Bears and all types of wildlife are very common in the area! Do not feed or bother the bears or wildlife! Please leave them alone. We have no control over wildlife. They are very protected here and part of our area. Secure your belongings and always lock vehicle doors.
‱ We have monthly pest control at all of our cabins.  Being in the Great Smoky Mountains, we are surrounded by nature and wildlife.  Ladybugs, millipedes, and other insects can be difficult to combat around this time of year, even with our constant pest control program in place.  It is not uncommon to see them occur in and around the cabin/condo, especially with the opening and closing of doors.  This is extremely common for the area and all cabins/condos.

Answered all my questions. Great location amazing views. Will stay here again. The drive up and down can get scary at times with the people that live up there go fast and become impatient with visitors because we go slower. But still what a great time..

This place was perfect for a getaway for my husband and me. The view is just spectacular. I was able to watch the sunrise each morning and it was perfect. The host was in regular communication and checking in and out was super easy. The drive up is no fun, but the view is so worth it.

Very clean with a BEAUTIFUL view of the mountains. Pool is a good temperature which was nice. Owners clearly put a lot of care into the property, and it's nice to be pretty close to exactly in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. We had a great time.

Beautiful views of the mountains. The condo was clean and exactly as described. Our family had a great time staying here. This condo is about 5 mins from Ober Mountain which was great to get there without hitting the traffic.Kitchen was small but had all pots and pans needed to make some quick meals for the kids .Chris and property management were awesome to communicate with and they made sure we had all the instructions and details before we got there. Ps .The condo is on the first floor but you still have to get down a flight of stairs.

We stayed here for a weekend and this place was perfect for myself, partner and our 4 year old. The location was great! Check in was a breeze and we had everything we needed for a short stay. Beautiful view! We really enjoyed the indoor pool area.

My husband and I booked this location for us and our 1 year old and it was just what we wanted and needed! We had space to set up a portable crib and portable high chair for when we were at the condo - though we were out exploring a lot! The indoor pool was a nice addition for a family activity, too. The host was so kind to check in on us at various times and we appreciated the attention to detail. The view was incredible and we even got to see some local bear friends right from our window! Would definitely recommend.

Spring Break

We stayed here for spring break. The views are outstanding. The location is great. It is about 10-15 min from downtown Gatlinburg. It is up a mountain but worth the drive. Would stay here again.

Best View in the Smokies

Nothing but good things to say about our stay. The owners were friendly and messaged us occasionally to make sure we were happy and didn’t need anything, and if we had questions they responded right away- great communication. Would recommend for couples or a small family like ours.

Wow!!!! As someone who has stayed in a wide variety of cabins/condos/ etc in the area, this place is hands down my favorite! The view is absolutely beautiful and breathtaking! The condo itself is very clean and gives you such a homey feel. The host was amazing to communicate with and the check in process was a breeze. I absolutely love how you are way up in the mountains, yet SO close to everything! This is the perfect place for a small family looking to get away in the mountains with beautiful views and a clean place. If you havent booked it yet, do it now!!! You wont regret it!!!

Perfect for Great Smoky National Park

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, cozy condo. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is superb - 10min away from downtown and we could also drive into the park easily bypasssing the heavy traffic in downtown. Highly recommend!

High up on the mountainside which provides spectacular views.

Perfect place to call home during a stay in Gatlinburg. We saw several black bears. The view from the back porch was spectacular in the morning. I would definitely look this place up again when we can stay longer than one night.

The best location

If you’re looking for high elevation with great views but being 5-10 min from downtown AND want to see bears, this is it. We were fortunate to choose this based off price but found many more great features. With thousands of places to pick, it was tough deciding but glad we did. Pull out sofa bed was great for the kids.

Great little place to stay. If your afraid of heights or don't like switch back roads, this is not for you. Suggest cleaning crew step up their game a bit. Overall it was a great stay. Great view !

Great views from the balcony!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.! My only recommendations would be that the cleaning crew/person should clean the floors a little better. Our socks and feet were a little dirty after walking on the floors for a bit. The kitchen and bathroom had burned out bulbs , 2 out of 3 to be exact. Regardless, we still had a great time at this location. We traveled a lot while we were there and basically needed a place to sleep and get ready at, but wanted the great view of the mountains. I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful view/place for couple

This property had a beautiful view of the mountains! It’s more for couples than a family although my family of 4 managed. The positives- check in wa super easy, communication was excellent, clean and decor was nice. The view was amazing. Negatives- the upstairs neighbors or guests were so noisy. We could hear everything. It made it hard to sleep. The last night they must have checked out bc we could finally sleep in silence. Also, if you don’t like switchbacks, don’t stay here. It’s really far up the mountain. Towels could be nicer as well.
