Location was excellent for Highland Festival activities. Lil Blue had everything we needed. Hosts made check in/check out process easy and were quick to respond to questions. We enjoyed use of the porch and loved walking to coffee shop.
We had a great time in Abingdon and our stay at the cottage was lovely. The location was perfect to bike to the Creeper Trail and to many cute restaurants. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.
Clean, excellent communication with host, comfortable beds, hot showers, and the house is right off the Main Street so all the cafes and restaurants are just a short walk away. Would absolutely stay here again next time Iâm visiting Abingdon.
Great location. Went up to visit family. While speaking with host, he called to check in with us to see how things were going, I mentioned we were building a large fence enclosure. Host offered to lend us an Auger to drill the post holes. It saved us about 300 in rental fees. Very nice of them.
We enjoyed this property during our weekend getaway! The hosts were communicative and helpful, it was clean and comfortable, and we loved the convenient location in walking distance of restaurants and shops. I agree with other reviews that a few privacy shades in the main room would be much appreciated by guests, but overall we highly recommend this property, and we look forward to staying here again in the future!
We enjoyed our two night stay. We have a 12 year tradition of meeting our friends in Abingdon to see a play at the Barter Theater and enjoyed staying at the house vs a hotel. We will be back next year!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. We live coming to Abingdon on our anniversary. The Creeper trail is also real close and the food in town is great
Thank you again

My husband and I were in the area for our a anniversary trip and this was the perfect home base. Close to everything in Abingdon, the Creeper Trail, Damascus, and only an hour from the New River Trail State Park.
We are a family of four who came to town to ride the Creeper and enjoy the town of Abingdon. The location could not have been better with a short walk to downtown. Our stay was comfortable. We would come again.
We absolutely loved our stay here, it was so cozy and open. The weather was beautiful, we walked everywhere up and down Main Street, the home is right across the street from Girl and the Raven which was an amazing breakfast spot and right behind there is the Sweetbay brewery which had great music and awesome beer! The home is in the perfect spot where itâs close but still private!
The property was so cute, and the location was great. It was our first time in Abingdon and the host left plenty of brochures for activities and menus for the local restaurants. Overall it was a great experience.
