Charmant appartement récemment rénové à seulement 50 mÚtres de la plage.
Ce charmant appartement est situĂ© dans le paisible village d'El campello, Ă  seulement 500 mĂštres de l'arrĂȘt de tramway qui vous emmĂšnera en 15 minutes au centre d'Alicante.
Proche des commerces et supermarchés, idéal pour les familles.
Avec la climatisation et une grande terrasse parfaite pour les nuits d'été.
Idéal si vous recherchez la détente et la tranquillité.
Le bĂątiment n'a pas d'ascenseur.

Appartement réformé, à seulement 50 mÚtres de la belle plage de sable. C'est un appartement calme, familier, ensoleillé, spacieux avec une belle terrasse avec vue partielle. 500 mÚtres des transports en commun qui vous amÚneront à la ville d'Alicante.
2 chambres plus un lit bébé. La climatisation et une grande terrasse parfaite pour les nuits d'été.
Veuillez noter que le bĂątiment ne dispose pas d'ascenseur.

Perfect

We have visited Campello several times, and this was a perfect apartment in a perfect location. Irene was very helpful and we have already booked for next year. Be aware though, that this is a 4th floor apartment and there is no lift. We did not find this a problem, but just pointing it out.

Heerlijk appartement op geweldige locatie

Het is een heel fijn appartement om te verblijven op een geweldige locatie. Strand, winkels, boulevard zijn dichtbij en het station is 5 minuten lopen. De eigenaren zijn hele vriendelijke mensen, prettig om mee te communiceren (snel antwoord en altijd bereikbaar) Het enige wat wij soms hebben gemist is de lift :)

Good property with brilliant location.

We stayed in this property over New Year and the first week in January. The apartment was very clean and spacious with a great balcony and view over the town down to the beach. Irene the owner was great to deal with, very helpful and always available. Only constructive comment is that another heater would be helpful in winter! Happy to recommend this apartment.

Great apartment well located

My partner and I stayed in this apartment for a week. We had a thoroughly good time. The apartment was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed having drinks and tapas in the bar just downstairs which is run by a lovely Spanish family. Will probably visit again.

Loved our stay but !!

Loved our stay in this lovely apartment with a lot going for it being right in the centre of old campello a 2 min walk to the beach with so many bars and restaurants and shops on your doorstep,apartment was very well equpped and spotlessly clean with a fantastic shower and the fact that with the bedrooms at the back you never hear any noise at night,now the but which is aircon is in living room and the cold air doesnt get down the corridor to the 2 bedrooms so sleeping at night was not the most pleasant as the bedrooms were very warm,and the aircon empties into a bucket on the balcony which i kept having to empty and worried about it overflowing onto the pavement below.overall we enjoyed our stay and just be aware there is no lift and a lot of stairs which we knew about and would i return yes but not in the height of summer unless the aircon was improved.

Fabulous apartment within working town with beach 2 minutes walk away

Clean comfortable apartment on 4th floor. Everything you need is in this town. The tram is a great way to explore the coastlines. Bedrooms are to the rear ensuring a quiet sleep. Used airport bus and tram to airport costing €11 one way for 2 people. Excellent.

This property was booked by myself for my sister and her husband . Problem with collecting keys and electric kettle not working. However my sister and her husband plan to return to the property in October they stated the property is excellent and in the perfect location they were very impressed.

Superb, modern and newly renovated apartment just by the beach and shops

Are you looking for a modern, familiar, light, clean and newly renovated apartment close to all facilities? You have just found the right place. An apartment with all you need, 2 bedrooms (and extra beds in living room+ babys bed), nice and clean bathroom, cozy living room extended with kitchen and a balcony to enjoy your meals on. We are so glad we chose this apartment for our holiday in El Campello. We visited the beaches around the coast from Milpalermas up to Moraria. Altea is always our favourite to visit and also their gluten free restaurant "La forchetta". One of the best restaurants in Altea. Morarias rocky beaches were the childrens favourite. They spent hours snorkeling. DonÂŽt forget to visit and eat the best Paella ever! at restaurant "El Chamizo" with a wonderful view over the bay. Our favourite Pinchos place is on the beach walk of El Campello, some minutes walk from the apartment, to the left as you are walking the beach walk. We highly recommend this apartment and Irene who made sure our stay was good!.

Great apartment - close to beach and all amenities.

We stayed in Irene's apartment for 5 nights in mid-May. The apartment itself is modern, spotlessly clean and very well equipped, but incorporates some unique touches- such as the colorful tiles in the kitchen and bathroom and the ocean-themed movie posters. Wonderful spacious open-plan dining / sitting area (with air-con) with lots of light and a large eating balcony which overlooks the bustling main street as well as views of the Mediterranean. The kitchen is well equipped and good to cook in - there are several large supermarkets within walking distance of the apartment. The bedrooms are at the back of the property, so we had a good nights sleep, no street noise at all. Irene and her family were very responsive and went the extra mile - we arrived on Sunday and the supermarkets were closed, Irene's Ma, kindly bought us some basic provisions to tide us over until Monday and was at the apartment to greet us with another family member who spoke English. During our stay there was a small glitch with the WiFi, Irene got in touch with her ISP immediately and updated us on progress, the problem was resolved quickly. The apartment is a great base for exploring this part of the Costa Blanca - the tram stop with regular connections to Alicante (South) and Benidorm (North) is only a ten minute walk away. The journey from Alicante airport took only 30 minutes. El Campello is a lovely Spanish town, with a beautiful beach, lots of very nice restaurants and a very laid-back feel - not commercialized and a real feeling of authenticity - this was our first visit, but we will be back soon! We highly recommend this apartment for couples / families looking for a fantastic base to enjoy all that the Costa Blanca has to offer.
