Great house with plenty of room for larger groups to gather. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms was fantastic. 6 miles from Sequoia National Park Entrance. Small shops, grocery, brewery and ice cream very close. Enjoyed our stay.

There was so much space and the location on a quiet street gave us a real feeling of the peaceful Three Rivers outside of the park. The best part was the large family room where we could all spend time together.

House is very large with tons of room for a large group. Overall, the house was very clean except for a sticky residue (syrup or jelly) on the kitchen island. Everything functioned except for broken ceiling fan in the downstairs bedroom. Also, it doesn’t seem like the downstairs bedroom is air conditioned, There is a vent in the hallway outside of the room but if you want to close the door for privacy that room got very warm. The electronic lock is also a bit funky in that it auto locks after about 10 seconds so it will lock even if you have the door open. Overall, great experience in a location that can’t be beat for access to Sequoia National Park.

We apologize that the downstairs bedroom was warmer than expected. We have since inspected the ceiling fan and confirmed it is functioning properly. Regarding the electronic lock, it is designed to automatically lock after a short period as a security feature, and we include instructions in our check-in information to help guests avoid being locked out. Perfect family vacation

This home was perfect for our family of 10, with all the necessary amenities and then some. The scenery is amazing and close to the river. We will definitely be back and would rent this home again.

Gorgeous property with ample space!

We stayed with our family this past weekend and by far it has been the best place we have stayed at. The kitchen was gorgeous, the house immaculate, and the space allowed us to spread out. Would stay here again!

We overall had a really nice stay at the house and it was a wonderful place to have a family gathering. 2 sets of grandparents and 2 family's of 4 stayed comfortably. It was nice staying in one place and getting to spend quality time together. It was also close to the entrance of Seqoia national park. The Seqoia trees are about an hour into the park so be prepared. We spent a relaxing afternoon swimming at slick rock recreational area which was 2 miles away from the house and had easy parking. There was also a cute time stream running through the property that was really charming and fun for the kids. The adults liked putting their feet in. A few things I did not love. I did not see it mentioned in the listing but there is a shared wall with an additional rental property. There are also two separate bungalows in the backyard you are sharing the driveway with. I wish it was disclosed. The quite hours started at 9pm and the shared wall was in the kitchen. I was worried they could hear us from the attached apartment. They also only allowed 4 cars to be parked at the house since the parking is shared. If this was mentioned in the listing it could have been a positive because a large extended family could potentially book all the properties. I have a big extended family and something like this would be perfect. People can have their own space but still be together. The water was also strange. You had to bring in all drinking water even for cooking and coffee.

Great house wonderful kitchen

Besides the water pressure being nonexistent, everything else was fabulous White water rafting right down the street was fabulous Entrance to Sequoia bottom park at a 30 minute drive Lots of room for a large family to spread out great huge dining table for everybody to eat it together

There is some 95% of Three Rivers residents using well water system, and we are not an exception. Although we had more rains this year than the previous year, still the wells aren't topped off. We do the best we can to accommodate guests.

Plenty of room

We took our adult children and their partners for a trip to the Sequoia's, and the property was in a great location in terms of getting to the park. The furnishings are a little more worn than they appear in the pictures, but there was plenty of room and our family of 9 was very comfortable. The owner was very helpful and easy to correspond with as well. We would be happy to stay there again.

Great place to stay

The house has a lot of room and is very comfortable. Loved the layout of the inside. The only thing I can think of on the negative side is that we needed washcloths. We could not find enough for 8 adults to use. There were only 3 available

Close to Sequoia National Park

We enjoyed the stay. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms in the main house. Comfortable living area and kitchen. Only recommendations- jacuzzi listed is a bathtub, no king beds, all queens, we brought our own water for drinking and cooking, internet TV- guests need to use their own providers to watch TV, the patio area was not swept off, tables and chairs outside needed to be wiped down.

Thank you for choosing to stay with us. Our housekeeper keeps the house inside and out spic and span. They take pride in their work each and every cleaning. They blow all the leaves on the deck and off of the patio furniture every single clean. Perhaps there were some wind shook the leaves onto the patio prior to when you came that made a mess. We promote family time together by providing you some card games and a pool table, something to stay away from technology while you are in this remote area, but we certainly consider your feedback about cable TV. We really appreciate your review and advice. Thank you

Not a rental more like being a guest at a friend's house

The house has such a warm ambiance about it. The pantry and all the bathrooms are fully stocked with anything that you might possibly need. There is enough of everything for a large party of guests (we had 12). During our stay there was an electrical outage that affected the whole town, and the owners were quite responsive to our needs and even gave us some credit for the inconvenience. Even with this, it was a very enjoyable stay for everyone

Great house for a group

Nice sized house that can easily accommodate a large group. Clean and comfy. We had 10 adults and were very comfortable. Great location for visiting Sequoia. Has all the usual amenities. The only negative is that there is one regular sized fridge. We brought our own food and had to utilize coolers as we couldn't fit everything into the one fridge. You also have to bring your own water as you're not supposed to drink from the tap. Those were relatively minor inconveniences, and I would stay there again now that I know what to expect.

Odd Requirements

Very spacious house and well equipped kitchen. Several pieces of furniture were broken (drawer faces in kitchen, glass coffee table, jacuzzi, ceiling fan, massage chair). Oddly, the owners requested that you remove your shoes and wear their provided “flip flops” which were clearly previously used. Also, the check-in instructions stated the water was not suitable for drinking. What?!? Lots of wildlife seen during our stay (bears and turkeys).

Perfect location to the parks. Deer in backyard and tons of birds..Host was very responsive to answer a couple questions. It was great that everyone in our group had their own bedroom and bathroom.

The home is very nice and large enough for a big group. It does need to be maintained a little better. The ac filters were very dirty but the owners fixed it as soon as we told them. The beds are hard. We saw a bobcat in the backyard and lots of wild turkeys which was cool. Overall I would recommend the home. The location is wonderful.

The house has a great location close to the entrance to Sequoia National Park, and only a few minutes from a grocery store and restaurants. There were 5 bedrooms with 6 queen size beds, so plenty of space for our family of 8. It was clean, and a thoughtful touch providing sandals to wear in the house because the tile floor was cool. The furniture was comfortable, and it was well stocked with lots of towels, extra bedding, and plenty of dishes. The only inconvenience was not being able to drink the water in the house (the owners said we shouldn't).

Low privacy money maker

I think the only truly positive thing I can say about this property is that it has a well-equipped kitchen and it was clean. I had major privacy concerns with this property. There are “security surveillance” cameras installed in very questionable and shady locations. One facing the front door instead of facing the street which could potentially see the inside of the house through the door and through the dining room window which has no sheers or drapery. The camera in the patio balcony is right next to the kitchen and could easily have a clear view of the interior. I blocked the cameras except the one in the carport. Hotels get sued for stuff like this. Most furniture inside is used garage sale furniture from the 90s. Oh, and the pool table, good luck playing with all broken cues. Only half the bulbs in the house actually work and you have to beg for water when taking a shower with ultra low flow shower heads. It takes you a half hour to take a 5 min shower. Also, you are not alone on this property unless you book both the main house and the guest house that are on different vacation rental platforms. Also, the price structure is completely designed to milk every penny out of you. If you have more than 6 people, you get charged per headcount. Not coming back unless some serious improvements are made.

Thank you Rubik for your feedback. We certainly appreciate your time. As indicated on the listing, we use surveillance cameras for security purposes. Believe or not some guests register for a certain amount of people but had more than the number registered. We have rules and regulations from the City that we need to strictly follow. We also do not want guests to party, making loud noise to bother the surrounding neighbors. With that said, the cameras are. ONLY for outside security. The pool sticks have been replaced with new ones by our housekeeper once we received notification from you. We replace the bulbs whenever they go out and we were just there a few days prior with no issues. Please keep in mind that all information are transparent listed on our listing. We again thank you for choosing to stay with us.
