Cette maison est située à côté du lieu de mariage White Horse et à seulement 4 miles de l'entrée du parc national Sequoia. La ville, les restaurants, les magasins et les commodités sont à moins de 3 km!

Ce joyau architectural se trouve sur la fourche principale de la rivière Kaweah et offre une vue spectaculaire sur les contreforts de la Sierra Nevada. Durant les mois de mi-juin et les mois de juillet, août, septembre et octobre, la rivière est le meilleur trou pour la baignade! Les autres mois de l'année dépendent strictement de la fonte des neiges du sommet de la Sierra Nevada et du parc national de Sequoia.

Les 5 chambres offrent des lits king size et deux des 5 chambres disposent d'un lit jumeau supplémentaire. Chaque chambre dispose d'un porte-bagages et de placards ou d'armoires pour vous permettre de ranger vos affaires personnelles.

Toutes les salles de bains sont situées de manière centrale pour que toutes les personnes du groupe puissent les utiliser.

Des télévisions à écran plat sont disponibles dans le salon et dans deux autres chambres. WiFi est disponible dans toute la propriété!

La table à manger peut accueillir 10 personnes confortablement et le comptoir du bar peut accueillir 4 personnes supplémentaires. La cuisine est équipée d'une cuisinière à gaz et d'un four en acier inoxydable, d'un réfrigérateur en acier inoxydable, de beaucoup de vaisselle, de casseroles et poêles, ainsi que d'épices et d'huile de base pour la cuisine.

Les 3 salles de bains sont pourvues de douches et de toilettes. Une salle de bains comprend une baignoire pour les enfants!

Cet emplacement nécessite une promenade à la maison et une promenade à vos véhicules. Il y a quelques marches simples le long du sentier, il n'est donc pas adapté aux fauteuils roulants mais à l'intérieur de la maison, presque tout est adapté aux fauteuils roulants.

Nous accueillons des clients de tous les âges, mais il est très important que tous les clients sachent qu’il n’ya PAS de barrières ni de portes menant à la rivière. Il est de votre responsabilité de veiller sur vos enfants, vos animaux de compagnie, votre famille et vos amis en tout temps!

Nous sommes aussi les animaux de compagnie! Pas besoin de laisser votre meilleur ami à la maison ou dans un chenil!

What a beautiful and comfortable place! Very well equipped, spectacular views, and great proximity to Sequoia/Kings Canyon. From the young adults to the seniors, everyone was blown away. A great value, too.

One of the top places we've ever stayed!

The pictures do not do this place justice! From the time you first walk in, to the end of our trip we loved everything about the house! The hosts were great and anything we had questions about, they answered right away! We travelled into sequoia a few times and even made the trip to Yosemite for a day, perfect location! We were able to even get in the river and enjoy all the scenery around the area! The rooms are huge and have wonderful views on the back side of the house, kitchen is supplied with pretty much anything you need! We thank Sheila and the crew for letting us enjoy one of our favorite vacations to date! We will definitely be back!

Real relaxation

My three brothers, their wives, my husband and myself all have this trip to my mom for a Christmas gift. The house was everything we were hoping for and the sound of the river was a most unexpected gift! Although we were disappointed because the road to Sequoia National Forest was closed, after a two hour drive to the other side of the forest we were able to see the amazing trees. The little town of Three Rivers has really great food and nice, small shops.

Magical experience!

We’ve been going to Three Rivers for years but this is our first stay at this property and it was pure magic. The pictures on the website don’t do it justice. The house is luxurious and spacious and the river and view is breathtaking. Such care was made to make this a premium guest experience and we’ll definitely be staying here again. Thanks Sheila!

Great place to stay

River is right in the backyard. It was roaring during our stay, which was really nice. The fire pit was a nice amenity. The outdoor area really is out of a magazine--incredible. Everything was clean. Appliances all worked great, including a/c. They do make you sign a rental agreement outside of VRBO a week before checkin. The agreement lists a few things: you will be filmed while you're outside; you can't film or photograph for work or a school project; you can't have any guests over who aren't on the reservation.

Modern River Treat

The house is a beautiful design, with a gorgeous wall of windows looking out over the river rolling hills. The multiple bedrooms and bathrooms make it a perfect retreat for a family. The large trees of Sequoia Nat Park are about 40 minutes away and an easy daytime adventure. In the afternoon we spent time in the river where you can float along the edge of the property. The large kitchen is fully functional for big meals, the bathrooms are clean, the beds are comfortable, there are towels for the river and the sunsets on the back patio were wonderful way to end our days. The house rental was a huge success and very stylish.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

It was a wonderful house together with my family. River were amazing. I like the three Rivers community because there are things to do but at least in the spring there are no crowds. The pedestrian gate at the street level was broken but the property managers were very responsive to get someone out to fix it. The kitchen could’ve been a little bit better stocked but it was adequate. We all thought the beds were some of the most comfortable we had ever slept on.

Beautiful home in a spectacular setting.

This was a beautiful spacious and modern home in a spectacular setting overlooking the river. All 5 king beds were comfortable and rooms were nicely appointed as well as a convenient location of the the bathrooms. Bathrooms were modern with wonderful showers. Home was very well stocked with all the needed basics. My only complaint was the management company probably needs to review a couple of cleaning policies with housekeeping staff. Oven was dirty and full of grease so when we turned on stove the first time the entire house filled with black smoke. It eventually burned off. Also, one of the extra twin beds appeared to have been used but not cleaned. Sand between the sheets. Luckily there were extra clean sheets so it was a quick change. I'm guessing housekeeping missed stripping that bed. All other beds were pristine and clean. Had a few roaches in the house every night. Not sure why as house was very clean. These were all little things. We loved the house and the location on the river could not be beat. Our three teen grandkids had the best time frolicking in the pristine waters. Overall, a wonderful family trip.

Best Rental in Town

The house was amazing. The views out to the river were a highlight in the mornings, afternoon, and nights. There are 2 much larger room and 3 smaller rooms. It fit our group of 12 people + 1 dog just fine. We didn't go swimming as the river was a bit murky this time of year. In the early mornings we saw deer roaming around and in the river we saw a ton of tadpoles . The frogs also came out at night. During the nights there's plenty of space to lay out in the backyard to see the stars. We even saw a few shooting stars. Overall, the house was gorgeous and will definitely be back. Highly recommended for larger groups as there is plenty of beds, and space to stretch out.

Amazing River Experience!

We had such a blast staying in such a beautiful and fun location! The view is epic, the river access offers hours of fun swimming and tubing down! The house is well stocked and very comfortable. We never wanted to leave the property! Eventually we made a couple of excursions into the park, definitely farther to get up to the giant sequoias then we realized.. it’s about an hour super windy drive up the mountain! Overall, trip was amazing.. (expect the bears that kept getting into the trash bins) it was a perfect getaway for a multi generational group. Highly recommended!

AMAZING!!

We had an amazing family trip here! The location and house are amazing. We swam in the river everyday and enjoyed the local restaurants down the street. The only negative was that the dishes and pans in the cupboards were dirty but other than that it was well stocked. We would definitely come back!

Spectacular View

Our family, ages 5 to 91, stayed at this property. The pictures do not do the spectacular view of the mountains, river, and trees justice. The living area has an amazing unobstructed view of the outdoors that takes your breath away upon entering the residence. Getting into the residence is difficult for elderly because of the steep incline and stairs. We helped our elderly get into and out of the residence and they didn't leave the location for the duration of our stay, so it worked fine for us. The patio in the back also has stairs and drop-offs which are dangerous for toddlers. The king beds were all comfortable; the single beds were noisy. We put the single mattresses on the floor and that solved the problem. Next time we rent this location we will definitely use our rolling luggage and bring wagons to transport our food into the residence. Our stay was fantastic. With the exception of our elderly, everyone loved playing in the water. With the drought, the water level was perfect. In a year of much rain, however, it would probably be too dangerous to play in the water like we did this year. Our family loved the location and voted to return next time to this rental.

Beautiful views and the river is in your backyard

The outside makes this home! The views and the river are incredible. The River is majestic here!!! The home is very modern architecturally and in the furnishings. Cement floors throughout. A few suggestions: washcloths for the bathrooms, a mirror in the bedroom so you aren’t hogging the bathrooms to get ready. The kitchen could use some refreshments with new baking sheets, full size coffee mugs, teaspoons, a pitcher and needs a deep cleaning. The silverware drawer has crumbs in it. The living room would be great with some new throw pillows and a few throws as it gets chilly with no window coverings, rugs and cement floors. We had a wonderful time hiking and seeing the Redwoods and ate at the Gateway Restaurant most nights (a wonderful restaurant right on the river).

Beautiful river home

We chose this home for exploring Sequoia and King’s Canyon. It was perfect for our large group. All the adults were happy to have king size beds! The location on the river was perfect for taking a refreshing dip and watching the beautiful sunset dip behind the mountains. Sheila even checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Would highly recommend a stay at this beautiful home!

Beautiful view

The property is nice, but we found some things lacking considering the luxury rating and price. The window covering in one of the bedrooms was not functioning properly, the oven mitts were dirty, there were no tissues provided. There’s some exposed rusty rebar out front in the property, on the rocks where people can easily fall and get hurt. We were there during an intense heat wave so this may be related - the fridge wasn’t cold enough and some of our food spolied inside it. Little touches that would make the guests stay better. Another example are the porch steps that are different widths, all grey, with the edges not marked, so it’s easy to step off and trip, an edge mark of some type would be helpful for the safety of the guests. The two bedrooms with an extra bed are a nice size, but two of the other three bedrooms are rather tight.

Great family vacation!

Wonderful location!! Wonderful views!! A week with family 5 adults 5 kids and 3 dogs. Not once did we feel crowded or in each others way. Everyone loved the river! Wish we could have stayed longer and will definitely stay again. Tip for future renters make sure you take any condiments and spices you need. Fridge will be completely empty.
