I messaged the owner about a couple of items & she asked me to leave an HONEST review. To me, that speaks volumes about this host. Communication was easy & detailed. This isn't just a rental, this is a family vacation home. Pictures of grandkids & personal items are throughout the home. As a grandmother of 7, I personally liked that. The only issue with that was finding room for our stuff, especially in the kitchen area. Everything you could possibly need was there, but it took up most of the storage space. However, there was plenty of counter space. Our family (11 very different personalities) rented this property to spend time with our mom before she started chemotherapy. Mom and Dad (84), Aunt (87), 4 adult siblings and our spouses. The space was just as described and was easy to find. The upstairs area was nice, but the main complaint was freezer needed cleaning, one of the beds was very hard, bathroom was small and there were not enough kitchen/bathroom wash cloths and towels. All of the bottom/main living area was very good as far as the comfort of the beds and availability of towels/wash cloths. As mentioned above, the lack of availability of space/storage. The sun room is EVERYTHING and we spent most of our time there. Huge table, daybed where dad could take a nap, and we lined our chairs up to sit and stare at that gorgeous view. A couple of the guys loved the dock and fished from daylight to dark. We played games, laughed, and had a wonderful time.
