Comfortable condo located one block from Shands Hospital, VA Hospital, two blocks to the University of Florida Campus, and 1.5 miles to the football stadium (30 minute walk).

The ground level condo is a two bedroom/1 bathroom. Each bedroom has a walk in closet, queen bed, chest of drawers. The kitchen is fully furnished with dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and dishes.

High Speed internet and You tube TV  are included.

Sleeps 4 comfortably-

No Dogs are allowed in the complex.-  There is no Hot Tub

Check in is Contactless and at your convenience. I am available anytime of day or night.

Cindy was so accommodating this trip. My daughter was hospitalized and she was very responsive as I kept needing to extend my stay. The location is great, close to Shands and UF once my daughter was out and recovering staying with me I could easily run her to her classes. The unit was very comfortable especially the beds. Will definitely stay again!

Great Stay for my UF graduation!

My family and I stayed her for my graduation and everyone loved it. Plenty of parking, felt very safe, and great value. I would recommend, great distance to the university.

The location of this property is a bit challenging to find. The pool definitely needs to be cleaned. But over all a very quaint and comfortable little sweet nestled in SW Jacksonville. 10 min cabs to wherever you want to go pretty much, once the cabs and the Ubers actually find ya.

Sorry about the pool- the association has finally found a service that will do a good job with the clean up. The condo is not in Jacksonville- it is located about one block from Shands Hospital in Gainesville Florida- Easy walk to the hospital for most people.

Everything was exceptionally nice we had an issue with the bathtub draining and drip inside the sink plumbing somewhere. Everything was stocked much to our surprise...we brought coffee and filters but there were already some there but we used ours. If you wanted to cook there were plenty of pots and pans etc for that an ice maker was nice the linens were nice the place was comfortable. WE couldn't figure out the television our fault not theirs. Two nights it was really noisey in the halls and upstairs late into the night. And traffic noise is pretty bad in the night also mortorcycles , fire trucks, heleicoptors all night long. One BIG item was not being able to find the building you are staying in the letter are dark and in the dark you could not figure out what was on the building. Coming in a couple of nights Grub Hub was asking us where building such and such was and we are like we don't know we had a hard time finding ours. Overall nothing major. We would stay again.

This condo was very comfortable and had a kitchen stocked with all the necessities including seasoning and condiments in case you didn't bring your own. The host was easy to contact and responded quickly to questions and comments. The price was good compared to others.

Great value, close to campus and hospital

If you are looking for a place to stay near the hospitals or UF campus, this was a great value for your money. We stayed in unit H1. It was very clean and comfortable. The bed was better than most hotel beds we've slept on. Nicely furnished and has a Smart TV. Cindy was very responsive to questions/concerns. The complex is old, but does have a pool that is clean and not crowded. We would definitely stay with this host again.

Great location from UF

This was a great location from UF. Weekend visit with my daughter. Clean and spacious enough for her n I. There is some road noise near by. I would recommend and stay again.
