House features all new flooring, paint, kitchen and bathroom renovations, as well as new furnishings and decor. All 3 bedrooms have on suite bathrooms with an additional first floor half bath. One block off the beach and close walking distance to many Brigantine amenities.

Great house and location!

Wonderful clean place to stay with a fantastic location! Short walk to the beach. Three bedrooms with their own bathrooms was a plus! Owners were great to communicate with and check in was suer easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at this Brigantine property. Location was excellent, and the house was incredibly nice. The property owners made check-in and out procedures really clear and easy. Highly recommend!

Great house!

Wonderful house, really comfortable and I highly recommend it! Great that all 3 bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Notes: the Master bedroom is on the 3rd floor and doesn't have a door - it's just kind of open to the stairs (the other 2 bedrooms are on the 2nd floor). If you use AC and like to have a blanket handy for the couch, bring one because there aren't any.

Thank you for your kind review! We were happy to host your group and hope to have the chance to host you again in the future! As far as linens/blankets—yes, we request guests bring their own. Most cleaning services cannot promise proper washing/sanitizing at each turnover in the summer and we couldn’t bear the thought of a guest getting a dirty blanket so we opted not to provide all together.

Awesome house!

We had the best time ever staying here. The house was very clean. The white noise machines, outlet covers, and two cribs/pack and plays were a nice touch to keep our kids safe. The house is so close to the beach. Communication with the owner was perfect. Book this house bc you won’t be sorry!

Very clean and great location!

We stayed at this house over the summer with my husband, 2 kids, and brother in law and sister in law. The house is newly renovated with a beautiful kitchen and very clean. The location is fantastic, about a block from the beach and the shed is stocked with all of the beach items you will need. You do need to bring your own blankets, which was a little tough as there is one of every size bed in the house. We ended up buying some throw blankets at home goods. Overall a great house! We would definitely rent again.

A family place worth visiting!

Our stay was wonderful and our hosts were very responsive and accomodating. The house was clean and well supplied with all the essentials. They also provided a list for places to visit in the area. It was quite close to the beach and we enjoyed taking walks and exploring Brigantine! It may be our choice for future vacations. The neighbors were great also. It was a wonderful week and our kids had a blast! Thank you again for everything and we look forward to more vacations in Brigantine!

We live full time in Philadelphia with our two children (ages 1 and 2). We are originally Midwesterns (Indiana), but love all that the east coast has to offer, especially quick access to the beach! We purchased this property with the intention of making memories with our children there over the years. Due to our work schedule, we won't be able to use it every weekend so we are opening up our home to others who want to do the same thing with their family. We've lived in Philadelphia for over five years and visiting Brigantine has been one of our favorite spots as its peaceful and relaxing but also close to the fun nightlife in Atlantic City.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

As we bought this home with the intention of personal use, we've tried to update the home to our taste and also will try to provide all of the necessary amenities to make your stay care-free and enjoyable. We are very quick to respond and will address any concerns you would have during your stay. As we have young children of our own, we have tried to equip the space for other small children that may stay by providing both a crib and pack and play and placing outlet covers throughout most of the house.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

I think one of the best features of the house is the location! It's on the south end of the island which means none of the pesky green head flies that will disturb your beach time. Its just 10 houses from the beach and the beach access is easily seen from the front yard of this house. Aversa's bakery, Aunt Bs Ice Cream shop, Wawa, Acme and more are all in walking distance. You can be to the Borgata parking lot in a 5 minute drive. In addition, the house has been fully renovated. Many of the other rental properties we have seen listed haven't seen a face lift in decades and neither have the furnishings. You can rest easy knowing that the house will be fully disinfected between guests and that we will keep the home to the level we would want for our own personal use.
