NOUVELLE LISTE!! Bienvenue à "Shade Mountain Retreat". Joli cadre privé, perché sur le côté d'une crête parmi les collines du comté de Juniata! Observez la faune en sirotant votre café sur le porche, détendez-vous dans le bain à remous, promenez-vous dans la nature sur les sentiers et explorez les nombreux espaces confortables que cette propriété a à offrir!
En plus des 6 chambres, il y a un loft avec un lit king size et un lit jumeau, et un autre loft avec canapé-lit. Il y a une chambre dans le garage indépendant avec un canapé-lit et un bureau. Le 2e étage du garage est une salle de jeux avec un canapé sectionnel, la télévision par câble et une table de ping-pong.

This was the perfect venue. We were all very pleased. The Starlink internet was great, and the large kitchen area did fine for cooking for 20. Communication with the host was fast and very helpful. Will definitely return.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this cabin! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how incredibly clean and well-maintained everything was. It’s not always easy to find a place that feels both spacious and spotless—especially when traveling with a large group—but this cabin delivered on both.We had 15 people in our group, including several kids, and there was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably. The layout was perfect for a big family gathering, with plenty of sleeping space and common areas where we could all spend time together without feeling crowded. The kids loved having room to play, and the adults appreciated having enough seating and dining space for group meals and game nights.The kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook for a large crowd, and everything was organized and easy to find. The bathrooms were clean and stocked, and the overall attention to detail really stood out.We would absolutely stay here again!

Great extended family getaway!

Our extended family vacationed here and enjoyed our stay so much!! The house was perfect and had plenty of space for kids and adults to spread out!

If you’re looking for an out of the way getaway, this is the place. Our group was here for three days and never left the property. Can’t recommend it enough.

Perfect secluded getaway for our family!

Weekend Getaway

Overall very happy with our stay! Jake is a great host and our group enjoyed the spacious property especially having fun at the ping pong table, relaxing in the hot tub and sauna, making s’mores at the fire pit, and getting our exercise walking through the nature trail…just to name a few!

Great Family Weekend Trip

Every year our family of 16 tries to spend several days together enjoying each others company. This year we went to this property in East Waterford and loved the property and all of its amenities. From the pool table and ping pong table, to the fire pit, swing and rocking chairs on the porches, to the hot tub and sauna, everyone found something to do that was fun and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds comfortable and the manager and housekeeper went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with others!

Amazing home and location

I can not say enough good things about this home!It is in a beautiful, peaceful setting. The home is gorgeous! It is well stocked with everything you could think of. The hosts instructions were easy to understand and and he was very prompt with communication. Everything is as described or better! The beds are very comfortable and so are the couches.

The Perfect Getaway!

This was such a great spot for our family vacation. Our group of 11 had such a relaxing, amenity-filled, and spacious getaway! The host, Jake, really went above and beyond with his communication throughout the weekend.The attention to detail with the decoration, furniture, and stocked kitchen, really made our stay extra relaxing. So many places to hang out, lots of chairs couches and tables to puzzle and game!The hot tub and sauna were excellent spaces to unwind and the garage game room was perfect for those who stayed up a bit later than the rest!Can’t recommend this place enough!

This VRBO rental is fantastic and Jake, the host, was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The home is beautiful and spacious. The dining room table expands to fit a small army! The kitchen was well stocked with all the cooking equipment one could possibly want, and there was plenty of plates, bowls and silverware to accommodate a large group. We appreciated the extra full size fridge/freezer in the garage, to minimize the trips into town for groceries. Also, the hot tub was glorious after a long hike, and we enjoyed the fire pit most every night. WiFi worked well for those of us who needed to communicate with our office, and WiFi calling on our mobile phones was very clear with a strong signal. Overall, a wonderful experience with this VRBO rental! Highly recommended!

PSU Weekend Getaway

Jake, the property host, was a pleasure to work with on any and all details of the house for the weekend getaway our group of friends that were in the area for the PSU - OSU game. The house was exactly as described, and the reviews are spot on! Spacious, clean, and everything you and guests could need. We have already talked about planning another trip to stay here in the future. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Getaway

House was the perfect location for our multi-family holiday Celebration. The hot tub, ping pong table etc was enjoyed by all ages. Plenty of space to have alone time and come together for meals and games. Most well stocked house we’ve ever rented (kitchen items, bathrooms items, towels, trash bags, etc). Jake was a wonderful host and was very responsive.

- Jake is prompt, flexible, proactive, awesome! - Best for families wanting to spend time in one location - Ample rooms, beds, towels, amenities, hot tub, ping pong etc. - Unlike other properties this one has many bed rooms as well as multiple bathrooms - Not many places to visit close to the location i.e. remain in the property and have quality family time... thanks
