Cottage de Charme récemment rénové - centre-ville historique d'Aiken en Caroline du Sud

Cette adorable maison de campagne confortable a été achetée en janvier 2020, fraîchement peinte à l'intérieur et décorée par un designer Aiken local bien connu de Nandina. À cette époque, il a également été mis à jour avec tous les nouveaux meubles et la literie. Il a beaucoup de stationnement sur rue et hors rue, une charmante cour privée sur un terrain de 0,5 acre. Asseyez-vous sur les balançoires du porche, promenez-vous dans le célèbre quartier des chevaux, dans le centre-ville ou dans le fabuleux Wilcox Inn. Son tout autour de l'emplacement de cette maison. Whisky Road est juste un pâté de maisons qui est le principal couloir commercial d'Aiken. L'emplacement ne s'améliore pas. Location avec un minimum de 2 nuits, semaine ou mois. Les animaux sont considérés avec caution.

We were in town for a wedding. The house was charming. It’s location was very convenient to downtown and all our wedding festivities!

Charming House with Great Location

House is in a perfect location and an easy walk to downtown Aiken. House is large and spacious plus fully equipped (and the owner keeps it stocked with some goodies). Only minor drawback was the place could use a couple more pillows. Overall 5 stars and would recommend.

Welcoming & Peaceful

This is our second time visiting Aiken and it did not disappoint! What a wonderful location & this home was beautiful and so well stocked. From the kitchen to the bathroom, offering so much space throughout.The back patio was perfect with the privacy fence, table & chairs as well as a gas grill. The front porch offers an inviting place to sit on swings & enjoy an early morning cup of tea/coffee and watch a lovely array of wild birds. The neighborhood was so quiet and welcoming. We had the opportunity to meet a few very nice neighbors. We really like being so close to many activities Aiken community has. The adorable downtown and it's shops as well as many places to grab a bite to eat & drink sitting outside enjoying the warm weather! Thank you Terri & Tiffany for responding quickly to any questions we had, and for sharing this beautiful property!We will definitely be back.

HIGHLY recommend- fantastic stay

This home is lovely, so well kept and charming. The host provides every amenity you could possibly need. The kitchen is so well stocked, as are the bathrooms, laundry room, etc. Location is perfect! It is located in a charming neighborhood so close to Aiken's downtown and right off Whiskey Road. Fresh Market is close as well as all the shops and restaurants in Whiskey Alley.The host is incredibly responsive; however, you won't need anything as they set you up so incredibly well.I will absolutely stay there in the future.5 star!!!

Perfect rental in Aiken!

We were in town for our son’s college golf tournament and absolutely loved our stay in this cute home! It is an updated cottage near downtown Aiken, with upscale furnishings and decor. The kitchen is very well stocked and everything has been thought of for a nice stay. The golf tournament was called early on the first day due to super cold, windy and rainy weather. It was so nice to come back to the house and get cozy in front of the gas fireplace while we thawed out! Great rental with all the conveniences of home!

Nice little Cottage

My brother and his wife and my son from Columbia came and stayed with my wife and myself for Christmas. The owner even had a christmas tree set up in the living room for us. Our parents live at the Oaks assisted living facility in Aiken. We spent the Christmas holidays there and had a great time. We loved this little old house. It is in an excellent location. We walked to downtown Aiken from this house everyday. We also walked to the horse training tracks and all along South Boundary which is filled with beautiful old houses. We will definitely stay here again in the future

Masters Trip

House was very clean. Neighborhood was quiet. My wife fell in love with the inside. Drove by her grandparents old house which brought back many wonderful memories. Weather was great at the Masters. Things couldn't have been better.

Such a charming, lovely home

We were super impressed with the home, it is super cute, homey and adorable. We were even greeted with some treats, which were nice after a long drive from Atlanta. We were able to relax and enjoy our time there (and at the Masters, such a gorgeous day!). Thank you Tiffany, everything was great!

This was my fourth or fifth stay-accommodations continue to be superior. The house is immaculate, beautifully furnished, and the location is perfect. My trips to Aiken are based on the availability of this home. I wish I owned it!

Wedding Weekend

Myself and four others booked this house to stay in while in town for a wedding. House was great! Very clean, better than the pictures, comfortable beds, plenty of linens, snacks and all the basics we needed. The location of this house is perfect. I walked every morning and the scenery was so beautiful….horses, fields, pastures and beautiful homes. Quite street and a great neighborhood. If ever back in Aiken, we will book this house again.

Aiken Cottage

The house is lovely in the historic part of Aiken. It is situated near to downtown and Bruce’s field. The neighborhood is safe with lots of history. Cottage is well appointed with all amenities.

Amazing and great people!

We stayed at the property during the week of July 4th for our older sons golf tournament. My parents came in from the UK, so we used this opportunity as a little getaway. The house was fab! It was such a quaint home, extremely well manicured in a beautiful neighborhood. The home was equipped with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The hosts we’re incredibly responsive and welcoming. We had a blast! I would highly recommend this home! We will be back!!!

Great place in Aiken

This was our second time at this adorable house. Scrupulously clean and very nicely decorated and stocked, in a super convenient location—a pretty and quiet neighborhood close to the horse district and downtown. It is our home away from home when visiting Aiken. Highly recommended!
