We were a family of 5 with a 21 month old toddler. The house is very nice, spacious and well appointed. The host, Hollie, was very responsive and clearly cares for her guests. The putting green was a plus and well enjoyed. The chef, Jorge, was excellent and adjusted spices to fit our palette. We enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful Serene Luxurious House by Ocean

Beautiful property, wonderful staff (chef, housekeeping, ground keepers). Car is helpful to get to hotel zone if that matters to you. Otherwise, we enjoyed the quiet area and interaction with staff. Food was amazing.

Amazing property! Everything you need to relax by the pool or on the beach!

This house is even better in person! Hollie and Nick are amazing and happy to help with anything! Jorge the chef makes the most amazing meals and all the staff keep the house immaculate! Such a great week and we will be back!

Fantastic stay

The property was just as described and immaculate. It was a 5 night relaxation trip for my wife and I. We could not have been more pleased! The rental included a chef (Jorge) who was utterly fantastic and the meals prepared were planned with us and delicious. The housekeeper (Diana) and groundskeeper ((Jesus) were equally superb. The house and grounds were top shelf and anyone would be happy and well pleased with thier stay at this property. A

Spectacular beach front north of Tulum

Thanks Nick and Holly (hosts) for what has to be our best experience staying in the Riviera Maya ever. Your attention to all needs and your excellent staff are unmatched. Fabulous

Everything about this villa is fabulous! Hollie is a great host who went above and beyond to make our vacation perfect. Everything we wanted or needed(plus more) was supplied. Including beautiful views! The staff does a great job and Chef Jorge made some of the best food we have ever eaten! I would definitely return to this fabulous place!

Relaxing Vacation

This was the perfect place to relax and celebrate. Hollie was the best host prior to booking, up until we we departed. Jorge cooked us the most delicious meals, and Dianna and Jose were always so hospitable. Hollie gave me the best recommendations from airport transportation, excursions and even the best photographer to capture a once in a lifetime moment for my son and new fiancé. I just can't say enough about our vacation and hope to come back one day!!

50th Birthday Trip

This was the most relaxing and pampered I have ever felt on vacation. All of our needs were met. Hollie is a great hostess! Jorge made amazing meals for us everyday! 5 star dining but didn’t pay 5 star dining prices. Everything we ate and drank was so affordable! Jorge also made us drinks during the day and brought them to the pool for us! I cannot say enough about this villa and the people that work there!

Amazing vacation

The house was gorgeous, the staff incredible. Food was too good - we all ate past what we should have:) The only note which is mentioned in the description is that the beach is very rocky and not suitable for swimming, especially for kids. There is a small beach club right down the street that has a little better access to swimmable ocean and as it is the bay, no big waves. The pool more than made up for the lack of swimmable ocean for the kiddos. The cenote down the street was also a big hit but go early to avoid the crowds.

A Real Vacation

Cannot speak highly enough about our stay. Hollie was an incredible host and made everything so easy and convenient. We were traveling with a few young kids and Hollie went above and beyond to coordinate an Amazon order and provided everything we needed. We were three families total and it felt like we all had space and privacy when we wanted, but also tons of communal areas to hang when we wanted to be together. Also, Chef Jorge was a dream - everything he made was delicious and not having to think about grocery shopping, meal planning or dishes made our week feel like the first true vacation in a long time. We will definitely be back!

Wedding bliss

We spent a week at the beautiful property for our wedding. We came down with our kids for a ceremony on the beach. We could not have been happier. The staff was friendly and professional. The chef and his team were world class. And Hollie, the owner, was an great help in every aspect of the trip and was an amazing person. Her recommendations for the wedding coordinator was fantastic. It was a special week for our family and Hollie treated us like family as well! We can’t say enough nice things about our host and the property itself. We can’t wait to come visit this beautiful property again!

Stunning Oceanfront Paradise!

Villa Coccoloba was the perfect vacation paradise! The property is spacious, well-maintained, and offers stunning ocean views! However, the best part of Villa Coccoloba was our phenomenal host, Hollie, and all of the gracious staff. Hollie was professional and personable, checking in with us prior to our stay to ensure we had all the necessities for our trip. She even organized a beautiful birthday celebration for us, complete with onsite massages, facials, and a gorgeous balloon installation!!! Our chef, Jorge, was absolutely amazing! EVERY meal along with the delightful margaritas he prepared were delicious! Our stay at Villa Coccoloba was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely be visiting there again!!!!

Fantastic Family Getaway!

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful beachfront home in Mexico! We went to celebrate a birthday and anniversary and our host Hollie knocked it out of the ballpark for us! Even before we arrived, she helped us plan for a celebration dinner that ended up being beyond our expectations. Hollie provided great recommendations for transportation and excursions and was quick to respond to any questions we had. The entire staff was very friendly and professional. And we absolutely can't say enough about Chef Jorge – the meals he prepared were nothing short of masterpieces! Family members took full advantage of the the amazing pool, putting green, and kayaks. Witnessing sea turtles come up to shore to lay their eggs was an added treat! This vacation was an unforgettable experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to return for another stay!

Great House!!

Such a nice property! We arrived at the house and were greeted by Nick to show us the ins and outs of the house. Holly showed up the next day to make sure that everything was good. The house is laid out well and is in excellent shape. Lots of natural light and big doors that open up to the front and back allow for a nice breeze through the space. Each of the rooms has AC and spacious bathrooms. This is the most "Americanized" house we have stayed in while in the Cancun/Tulum area. This is the 8th time we have stayed in VRBO properties so we have seen a wide array of conditions. You cannot go wrong with this house and the amenities! Highly recommend. Great staff that is very attentive to your needs.

I can't recommend this place enough! From the moment we booked, Hollie was incredibly warm, & welcoming by providing helpful information and suggestions and ensuring everything was ready for our stay. She was very responsive to all our questions. When there was an issue with the gate locking, it was fixed within hours. The area felt secluded and safe. We felt very safe as a group of 2 couples. We did rent a car to make it easier to explore Tulum. The beach isn't swimmable, but nice to put a lawn chair by and put your feet in during low tide. There is a really nice cenote thats a 10 minute walk away thats great for a swim, and of course the pool is great. The house itself was constantly clean and everything was comfortable and well stocked. Even on hot days there was a cool breeze and the A/C worked well when needed. Without a doubt, the star of the trip was Jorge! His meals were so thoughtful and tailored to what we wanted and absolutely delicious. He's very talented at his craft! We were planning on eating out in Tulum, but then cancelled all those plans to stay and eat Jorge's meals! He also made us different flavoured margaritas and fresh juices every day which were delicious! One person in our group has extreme allergies and Jorge was very careful with preparation. Jorge and Antonio created a beautiful menu for us and were so amazing. There were many areas to lounge and relax and we loved every second of our vacation. Thank you Hollie! We can't wait to return!

We had an amazing vacation at this property! Hollie and Nick are great hosts and they definitely went the extra mile for us. The house was exactly as described and we appreciated the holiday decorations too. We can’t say enough about the chef, Jorge. His cooking and hospitality was 5 star quality. Diana, Jesus and Julio all met and exceeded our needs and were always kind and courteous. We can’t wait to come back!

Unique experience

What can I say but WOW! I knew this was an oceanfront villa with a chef, but what we got was so much more. If you want fruit for breakfast, Manuel will make you an art platter..if you want coconut milk, Jesus will cut down four from the surrounding palms. If you are missing something, Diana will help you look for it. Planning a celebration? Host Hollie will make it extra special and make it even better. This villa was close to everything…ruins, cenotes, Tulum center. All A/C units worked perfectly, the rooms were sound proof, and the views were incredible.

A five star, luxury experience

We had a terrific stay and loved this property. Hollie is terrific and answered all of my questions. Nick met us at the property when we arrived and was welcoming and delightful. The staff is fantastic and Manuel is a gem. He is a great chef and we loved everything he made. We took two tours with Cesar and he is awesome. The house is even more beautiful than the pictures and the golf course out front was a lot of fun. We played every day. We even took the two kayaks out on the beach in front of the house. I had a terrific time and a terrific vacation despite the fact that my entire family caught Covid on a tour and had a fairly miserable less two days health wise. I would rent again and again and recommend this place to everyone. Two things to keep in mind: (1) use the mosquito spray that is provided. I have a ton of bites because there are a lot of mosquitoes around and it was pretty painful. I wish I had been more diligent applying the spray when we arrived because I could have saved myself some extreme discomfort. (2) the dirt road from the main road to the house is in absolutely terrible condition (I understand they fix it every 6 months but it is a dirt road and rain and heavy trucks create numerous large pot holes). The road makes it difficult to go for a walk or jog (although we still did every day) and it is hard driving. I provide these two helpful comments to help guests better prepare but neither item should dissuade anyone from renting this gorgeous house with the amazing owners and staff. They were so considerate that the welcome basket included dog treats for my pup.

AMAZING

We stayed for 6 days and I could have stayed for a month or longer! It was exactly what I needed. Amazing time with my family. Holli and Nick were perfect hosts! We had everything we needed when we arrived. All the recommendations were perfect and communication was 5star! I can not say enough about the staff as well. We will be coming back with our daughter and granddaughter!!

Relaxing and Renewing

We chose the property to celebrate our ten year wedding anniversary with our children and to renew our vows. Hollie, Nick, and their staff made our stay easy and enjoyable. We truly loved our time here and left refreshed and renewed. Highly recommend.
