Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice condo! Excellent pool and poolside lunch and drinks spot. Overall, the condo was super nice, very clean, and we really enjoyed our stay! The only small thing I would mention is that the floors could have been a little cleaner, but other than that, everything was great!My only disappointment was the communication with property management before our arrival. When we reached out with questions, the responses were very short and didn’t come across as overly friendly or welcoming. However, on the day of check-in, I was contacted by a lady from the company that handles the bookings, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was super sweet, friendly, and extremely helpful, which we really appreciated!Overall, we had a great experience with the condo itself and would definitely recommend it!

Great place- really busy being next to condos that only have beach access from across the road along with another condo and pineapple Willie’s! Lots of police on the beach next to tower 4! I think if you stayed on tower 2-4 it’s alway from the busyness! Another thing we didn’t like at all was tents where able to be put right in from of the beach chairs soWe didn’t rent chair bc tents over took your fee and walk to the water ( that’s should be stopped).

There was a slight glitch with the cleaning service, a mis-communication. The response to my email was quick. It appeared that the condo was undergoing some renovations. Nothing that interfered with our stay. The condo itself was set up great for a family. the bedrooms were separated by the kitchen / living area. That was nice. The living area was open and spacious. The pools were great and having the bar and grill right there was very good. Access to the beach was easy. Overall the stay was great.

Very nice and comfortable condo in the best resort in PCB.

Long Beach is our favorite resort in PCB and this is a very comfortable condo. Nice furnishings and finishes and the unit was very clean.

Annual PCB trip with our parents.

The location and the view are the best on the beach!! We stay at Long Beach Resort every year- we won’t stay anywhere else. We love it!

PCB Fall Break

The condo was as described and more so. The view was beautiful and check in was a breeze. We will stay here again if it is available.

Good location

The elevators were quick. Easy walk to pineapple Willie’s. Loved the pools and tiki bar. Inside condo was clean and had big balcony.

Awesome Location

Property was ready and clean when we arrived. The location is close to everything including great restaurants, water park, race track and many shops. I like this location it doesn’t seem as crowded in this area. I would definitely come back and stay here again.

Spring Break

The condo was perfect for my group of 8. The location is great being right next to Walmart and a lot of restaurants. The beach was awesome, as well as the pool. I would for sure return to this resort in the future!

Panama City Beach

We enjoyed our stay. The furniture was a little tired, but everything was clean. We liked parking next the building and not having to park in ramp across the road. Perfect access to the beach with lots of places to eat and explore in the area. We would stay there again.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here in September 2024. It was as listed. We love the floor to ceiling windows in both rooms. The location was great and the Walmart was right down the road. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent Condo overall

I enjoyed this location, and the unit was very clean and updated. my family rented 5 units throughout the property this week and I was lucky enough to get the nicest condo of all of them. this is conveniently located to restaurants, stores, attractions and everything you need while on vacation.
