Completely awful and unclean condo. We would not recommend this condo. You would be better off re...

God provided us with a gorgeous beach and beautiful ocean waves. But that doesn't have anything to do with Vacasa.

Great beach front property.

This location was excellent. I will say that the furniture needs to be replaced and some basics need to be stocked. But… we really enjoyed the beach location and the bed was comfortable.

Beautiful view! Loved the direct access to the beach! We assume no one stayed here since winter because hot water main turned completely off, unclean floors, no cable, messed up coffee pot (which they replaced) and blinds falling down.

Loved my stay here.

Cute little place - perfect for two people. Loved the view of the ocean and the beach. The only negative comment I would make is this: The washer makes a lot of noise and sounds like it is "on its last leg". Otherwise all was wonderful.

We’d love the location and that it was right on the beach. Although, the condo needs some updating. It’s very difficult to open the sliding glass doors they need some WD-40, the tub really needs to be cleaned out, and perhaps sheets for the pull out couch.

Great view!

The condo was everything we needed: - View of the ocean - Proximity to restaurants - Ground level The only complaint we have is that the bed was very uncomfortable. I liken it to laying on a large flat rock. We have never stayed anywhere in which the windows were boarded up, but I guess in the bedroom it made sense. It was very dark in there, so we were able to sleep late... On the rock. 😊

Great location, great view, condo itself lacks

View and location are amazing. Tv didn’t work. Actually none of the plugs in the living room worked. Bathroom is extremely dated. Bedroom needs a ceiling fan/light. Only lamps for lighting.

Prime beachfront unit

If you’re looking for a prime beachfront property in the heart of Seagrove, this is it. Truly the location of this unit is hard to beat. It is no frills so don’t expect the typical “Seaside” type modern unit. This unit has everything you need but it’s a bit outdated and needs some love, in my opinion. That may not matter to some but wanted to point it out. The A/C worked so well in the July heat and we were very thankful. The bedroom was quiet and comfortable. The entire place was sand free when we checked in which I was impressed with for sure. Kudos to the cleaning crew because that sand gets everywhere. Even without an assigned parking space, we had no trouble parking during 4th of July weekend.

Unit should NOT be rented out.

This unit needs total renovation. The front door screen door is broken. The bathroom should be gutted. I became sick from the mold. The sink is letting go from the wall and the tub looks dirty and uncleanable. Replace. Kitchen stove needs cleaning. There are not enough dishes (four plates) or glassware (two tall tumblers, two short). The silverware needs replenishing (two dessert forks). TV's are small, outdated, and there is no channel guide provided. There is no DVD player so you cannot watch movies. Patio glass doors need replacing: Cannot open or close. Blinds on patio glass doors are broken. Dining room chair cushions need cleaning or replacing. Junk, including glass, is stored in bedroom closet. As far as Vacasa? Terrible. We complained about the patio doors to no avail. They said maintenance would come. They didn't. I searched for the coffee maker and it was stored in a cupboard with old coffee still in the pot. Really? They do not provide coffee filters, so had to buy a huge stack I can't use at home. They do not provide face clothes for washing your face--have to use a hand towel. With so few dishes provided in the kitchen, Vacasa adds insult to injury by supplying only two pods for the dishwasher, one of which they say has to be used at checkout. Obviously we had to do dishes by hand after every meal. Owners and Vacasa need need to meet up here and decide what will happen with this unit. It should not be rented out. I deserve a refund. Seriously sick from the mold.

Requires upgrades

The location, views and beach area is awesome. However, the unit we were in needed upgrades in every aspect. I would not recommend this place without some attention to obvious issues. The most notable was the WiFi not working coupled with bad signal in unit, so and the massive blinds which stretched across the sliding glass doors are broken and falling off the wall and obstructing an otherwise great view of the ocean.

Wonderful vacation

Great place. Beautiful view, easy parking, and terrific accessibility to beach. Near everything. You can rent bikes just across the street. Restaurants within walking distance. The condo is small, but you aren’t in there much anyway. Loved our stay.

Great location. Condo is in bad shape.

This condo has a great view with excellent access to the beach. Great location and close to several restaurants nearby. It was in really bad shape. We were smacked in the face with a mildewy odor as we walked in the door. The couch was dirty and all furniture and decor were very dated. The bathtub was stained and the vanity looked as though it would fall apart at any given moment. The blinds looking out to the patio were in horrible shape. There were a lot of sections in the blinds missing. The back patio door didn’t lock and you could only get it to slide open about a foot. We had to slither through it to get in and out. We saw a few very large cockroaches run across the floors. On a more positive note, it seemed to be fairly clean and it was cool in there. Likely wouldn’t stay again unless it was renovated.

Can’t Beat This View

The Patio view of this rental is a show-stopper! It’s proximity to the beach makes it unnecessary to put in the effort of packing & carrying a cooler. Your no more than a few steps back to the room from a beach chair in the sand making for a truly effortless vacation!

Beautiful View in Santa Rosa!

Beautiful view, white sand, 30 seconds from the beach, close to everything! We had a wonderful time at your condo. We had everything we needed to make a meal if we wanted to stay in and relax. We were also minutes from great restaurants and shops. We would stay again! Thank for the memories!

We booked this for part of our honeymoon and it was terrible from the get go. Filthy, moldy, sticky spills and hairs on surfaces, bathroom falling apart from disrepair. We spent the first two days of our honeymoon calling vacasa, being put on hold due to high volume of calls. Eventually we were moved to a second location after sending the property manager pictures of the condo. Even though we were moved, my husband and I agreed that we will never book through vrbo/vacasa ever again just to save ourselves the stress.

Beautiful Beach Access

We only stayed at the condo for 9 hours. It has amazing beach access, but over all was just ok. The storm doors are extremely difficult to use, the couch needs replacing and the cleaning crew is just hitting the high spots. The bathroom really needs attention. There were mentions of previous water damage in the reviews and I’m pretty sure there is still a problem. You can smell the mildew/ moisture in the bathroom. There is mildew in the caulk around the tub and faucet, the tub is terrible, the exhaust fan is caked with dust and there were human hairs all over the tub, counter and shower walls that were there from the previous guests. We were also unable to sleep because we coughed all night long, which is why we left at 6:00 AM. This immediately stopped when we left the condo. It has amazing potential, but I’m not sure it’s quiet up to the standards it’s should be for the purpose for which its being used. With just a little work it would be there. I do sincerely believe there needs to be a closer look at hidden issues that may be going on in the bathroom. I would also like to state it is not my intentions to insult the owners nor try to initiate any type of refunds. I am merely stating my observations.
