Si vous cherchez un moyen confortable d'accueillir plus de deux personnes, notre suite patio au 1er étage avec lit escamotable est la solution. Une commodité unique, ce condo a un patio blindé. Profitez de la vue pittoresque sur l'océan depuis le canapé ou tirez l'armoire de lit escamotable vers le bas pour révéler un matelas queen-size confortable. Réveillez-vous vraiment au lever du soleil! Profitez du confort d'un ventilateur de plafond, d'une grande télévision à écran plat et d'un petit coin bureau dans le salon. Ce charmant condo a une cuisine complète avec lave-vaisselle et de beaux comptoirs en granit. Un lit queen confortable est bien habillé dans la chambre qui dispose également de nombreux tiroirs, d'une télévision à écran plat et d'un ventilateur de plafond. Le placard de la chambre a une porte coulissante qui permet une présentation plus paisible dans la chambre. La salle de bain est joliment décorée avec un décor plage chic, un thème continu de confort et de classe qui vous rappellera de demander ce condo encore et encore. Great quick getaway!

My husband and I just needed a night at the beach and this was perfect. Bed was very comfy and the coffee was hot in the morning. Add in some sunshine and the ocean and it was everything we could’ve asked for. Thank you!

Not as described

Reviewer Comments: Very disappointing, Couch looked very dirty, Furniture very dated and scratched up, behind bathroom door dirty, dishwasher out of order, patio shows being enclosed and it was not.

Thankyou Tammie for sharing your insights from your stay in condo #117. We apologize that we didn't meet your expectations in this silver rated condo. We are getting ready for a property project here and they had to remove all the items from the patios in preparation, so we apologize that the enclosure was no longer there. We have had our dishwasher install rescheduled on us several times. We are deep cleaning these condos at the same time so we do hope to have this unit refreshed once the work is competed.

Nothing was as they claimed. No room service the whole week. Room was very small. Appliances were very small. Too many restrictions. Not very happy at all. Will not stay here again and will not recommend !!!

Awesome On the Beach !!!

Reviewer Comments: We stayed at the suite for 2 nights during Dec Winter Break and went to the beach both days - extremely convenient - reasonably priced considering you step out and are on the beach. .Quite away from any town, so you do need a vehicle for pretty much everything. .This is a fairly small and tight condo and suitably furnished and comfortable for family of 4. Murphy bed is great and the mattress is Queen size and good quality. .Only downside - the whole condo community was undergoing repairs and renovation - so there was scaffolding right outside our unit. .A suggestion - it would be nice if you provide sugar, salt, pepper, basics, packets like those that you get at restaurants. Most travelers aren't carrying any. .Also please place a sign on the switch so the guest knows which one will turn on and off.

My stay at Beachers Lodge

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: For the price, the room was inadequate. The sliding glass door did not lock correctly. I could not shut off the living room fan. Several light switchs did not work, to include the ceiling fan light. The TV only had a few stations, and I could not get the Closed Captioning feature. I am hard of hearing, and need closed captioning. The couch cushions were worn, and getting up from the couch was very difficult.I would want assurance of a better quality room with a TV containing more than 2 stations and Closed Captioning before staying there again.

Thankyou for sharing your insights Donna. Please let us know if you are ever struggling with the room features, as we have maintenance staff standing by to assist. Some times the TV inputs need to be corrected to get it back to the cable programming, we can usually remedy that pretty quickly. This unit has a murphy bed in the living room, so the couch is not as comfortable when used as a couch, if you are not using the murphy bed then we suggest units that have the sleeper sofa for a better sitting experience. We would be happy to help select a better room for your next stay with us, but please know we are always just a call away to help fix any troubles you might encounter along the way.

#117 is not as advertised

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Staying in 117 was a bad experience for us. It is much smaller in person than it looks online. Also it is in need of several updates. The biggest issues were the porch, which looks nice on the website, but is unable to be used because the air conditioner from inside blows hot air onto it, making the heat unbearable. It might be nice in January, but not in summer. That needs to be explained. Also, there was a horrible smell coming from the rental that we couldn't get rid of. It smelled like wet dog. Also, the Air conditioner quit on the third day. Thankfully, management had another room we could go to that was better. Wouldn't recommend this one.

The toilet needs to be secured down a bit. I couldn't get the dishwasher closed all the way so it leaked a bit. The murphy bed was super comfy. The queen bed also comfortable. Great views even from the first level. Pool was heated nicely the first three days, then it got much cooler with the outside temps getting colder. They should crank it up when it's too cold for the beach. Friendly staff. They offer every day service for your room, we don't care for that when we're on vacation so we just got a few extra towels toward the end of the week.. clean property. About 15-20 minutes to get to St Augustine.. pretty good food across the street. And the circle k being right there was very convenient. We would get breakfast sandwiches and coffee from there and walk down the beach back around to our place. Would recommend if you're not looking for a fancy resort type place..

We will have maintenance address the toilet and the dishwasher right away, the owner is responsible for the bed but we will bring up the idea of replacing it. Clean Quaint Condo on the Beach

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This quaint condo is a cozy spot for couples and one other couple if you're okay with one of the bedrooms being in the living room. You will have to put the murphy bed up and down and move the couch each morning/evening. That being said, it wasn't difficult, and there is plenty of storage for your belongings. The condo bedroom has a door that closes for privacy. The bathroom is very small, but it's workable. The condo was spotless and well cleaned with all of the supplies you need to prepare meals. There is a decent-sized fridge, small oven, and stovetop along with a toaster, coffee pot, George Foreman grill, etc. The tv's worked well although we barely had them on. The view is fantastic as you can see in the pictures. It's a short walk out to the boardwalk/beach. The pool is also very nice, but we didn't use it. This condo is also pet friendly. The location is about 20 minutes to downtown St. Augustine so it's a great place to stay if visiting the Oldest City. There is a great ice cream parlor right across the street too. The only complaint we had was with the sliding door. The sliding door of this condo is very difficult to open and close. You have to push on the back of the sliding door to open/close it rather than by using the handle. I don't recommend using the handle as it was separating on us. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo for your beach stay or a visit to St. Augustine.

Also, you don't have to move the couch to use the murphy bed, that stays in place and you just take the pillows off, the murphy bed then folds down over the couch -- sorry, that wasn't explained at check in. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is my second time staying at Beacher’s Lodge. I’d probably rate my overall experience this time as 7/10. Upon arriving there was hair in the bathroom sink and around the toilet. The books inside of the room was sticky on the outside. There was stains on the drapes leading outside on the patio that resembled blood. After our time in the water we went back to shower and there was very long hair on the washcloths and towels. Due to our time crunch we didn’t even have time to try and get the issues resolved.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The people working at the front office were extremely helpful and friendly. Checking in was painless and they answered all our questions satisfactorily. The room left a lot to be desired. The sofa was dingy and dirty, the tub looked like it could use a good scrubbing, and the wiring on the TV in the bedroom looked amateurish at best. The place has a nice location and easy access to the beach and a lovely pool, but this particular room needed a lot of work.
