Cette charmante Suite Patio au 1er étage a un lit King dans la chambre. Les impressions vert océan du bord de mer se retrouvent dans cette suite patio. Carrelé dans un vert frais, le salon a une vue magnifique sur l'océan, un canapé-lit queen imprimé tropical et une belle télévision murale à écran plat de 32 ". La lumière de style Tiffany et le ventilateur de plafond simple ajoutent des touches accommodantes. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les appareils standard, un réfrigérateur de taille moyenne et ajoute la possibilité de cuire dans la cuisinière à 4 brûleurs avec four. La salle de bain a un aspect carrelé, une baignoire plus récente et une vanité mise à jour. Ce matelas à plateau-coussin King a été une demande populaire. Good location

Very cheep furnishings. Bed was missing a foot so was crooked and shower head did not adjust spray. PCV door locks are filthy so having to grab them out of the tracks to open the door was nasty. Got freeze all over my hands.

Wonderful place right on the beach.

We stayed one night so the family could enjoy the beach before going to Orlando. We arrived a few hours before check in and they let us use the pool and beach while waiting. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Perfect view of the ocean. Beach was just steps away. Highly recommended!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our stay! The space was perfect for two people. It had everything we needed without any of the extras you don’t need. The proximity to the beach access was perfect. It was quiet and peaceful since the pool closes at 8pm. We will definitely stay here again!

Everything was clean and ready for our arrival except the floors which needed sweeping and mopping . The patio furniture needs replacing but other than that we enjoyed our stay very much ! We were only Steps to the beach and pool which was very nice !

Solid property.

The unit itself was clean with plenty of towels and dishes supplied. It does show its age, and if you’re weather-bound inside the furniture is old and uncomfortable and the TV is well below modern standards. The view and location are lovely. Beach access is a breeze and the beach is excellent for sunbathing and swimming. If your vehicle is a 4x4 there is a vehicle access ramp immediately next door which is a fun experience. I recommend staying here if you spend the majority of your time out of the property; but, don’t expect anything fancy and bring your own entertainment.

Cute little place with an awesome view. Perfect size for me and my daughter. You'll need to have a car but downtown and shopping aren't too far. The pool area is beautiful and the grounds are maintained well. Everything was clean and the bedding was comfortable. There isn't anything that I would add to this room except a few rugs. I don't like getting into bed with sand on my feet. Other than that, there was everything we needed. Our family visited for a day at the beach and agreed this place is great. We had a fun trip and would definitely stay here again.

July beachers lodge stay

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a very nice stay. It was me (Nana) my daughter and my 2 grandkids ages 5 and 3. My son in law was home doing some repairs. The unit was just big enough for the four of us. Not much in the way of breakable nicknacks which was nice. The pullout sofa was fine for me but I’m kind of small, might not be comfortable for a heavier person. The water not very hot maybe the heater could be set higher or it just runs our quickly. Kitchen could use a tea kettle, a couple more dish towels since NO dishwasher. We used paper plates and bowls. Could have a smaller saucepan and a few more utensils . But all in all we had a good time. The weather cooperated. Ice cream shop across the street was nice. Condo very close to pool and beach walkover. The is also a restaurant across the street with entertainment but we didn’t go since we had grandkids.
