Vente d'été sur 2BR + Condo Seascape à quelques pas de la plage

Ceci est une unité formidable, spacieuse, re-décorée hiver 2017, située sur le lac Stewart, surplombant le golf Seascape, et à seulement 50 mètres de la plage. Vous avez même une vue (coup d'oeil) de la plage depuis le palier avant. L'une des cinq piscines du complexe est à 25 pas de votre porte.

La suite principale est tout l'étage du condo, avec un lit King, une immense salle de bain avec un jacuzzi "en couple" et un balcon privé (avec moustiquaire). Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a le salon et la salle à manger, une cuisine entièrement équipée, une deuxième chambre (lits jumeaux) et une salle de bain, et une véranda avec une vue magnifique. Les ponts reçoivent le soleil du matin et sont ombragés pour se détendre l'après-midi.

Meublé avec de la literie neuve et des draps premium, nous avons préparé l'unité pour notre famille et nos invités, et nous voulons que vous vous sentiez comme chez vous. Profitez de la commodité de vivre (presque) en bord de mer, à un prix «hors plage».

Seas '2000 plage dédiée a été sélectionnée par le magazine Conde' Nast comme la meilleure plage de Floride, avec de grandes étendues de sable blanc poudreux, de superbes équipements de plage et avec la seule structure autorisée sur le front de mer étant le Whale's Tail Beach Bar and Restaurant, un icône locale.

Le condo est non-fumeur et aucun animal n'est autorisé. Doit avoir 25 ans ou plus pour louer ce condo. Notez que pendant la saison estivale (week-end du Memorial Day à la mi-août), l'unité est UNIQUEMENT disponible pour les locations à la semaine, du samedi au samedi. Awesome stay in a great condo!

The condo was absolutely great: clean, spacious, peaceful and very relaxing. It is in a nice safe area and very close to the beach. We loved having two levels and two balconies! Steve was very responsive to all of our questions. We did not have any problems during our stay. My family loved our stay and we will definitely go back again. A highly recommend place to stay.

Nice Condo

We loved this condo and the complex. The golf course and pool was nice. The only drawback was the beach access was public. The beach was very crowded but after the first day we went to the state park and used the day access to the beach. It was fabulous.

Great Property and Location, unit needs a little TLC

Steve is great as an owner/operator for the property. Place is in a great location. Unit was clean. Few minor things could be done to make it a true 5 star experience. Both upstairs and downstairs blinds are missing sections. I love it blackout dark when i sleep so we had to put a sheet over the missing section to keep the lights from outside from shining in. Overal I would def recommend the property. The pools are great, the property is great and location is very accessable to everything

Family Vacation

It was a great place to stay. It has easy access to the beach and a few good restaurants that are within golf cart driving distance. The Condo was clean and everything was in good working order. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Nice affordable unit

The unit was clean, in a nice community on a golf course a very short walk to the beach. The poll was right out the back door as well. The owner was very friendly and helpful.

Family vacation

The unit was very well maintained, great location (beach within steps and golf on the resort). Steve was very available and happy to assist. Resort area a nice location with some shops around. Would recommend.

Good place for a family stay

The listing is accurate. Views of pond and golf course from the two balconies. Pool super close. Beach across the street. The master suit is very spacious (both the bedroom and bathroom). The owner emails out very detailed information that is helpful. A couple things could have been better. One, our condo wasn't ready at 4pm because they were still cleaning it. Two, the TV in the master bedroom is way too small. Three, there isn't access to get in the back gate. You can only exit through the back gate. The back gate is right by the condo. Overall it was very nice and we would stay there again.

Our family had a fantastic time!

Loved the property!!! Our kids are already asking when we are going back. Short walk to the beach and pool. Would gladly recommend to anyone wanting to stay at Miramar Beach.

Great location- spacious and convenient

Stayed with three kids. Many appreciated conveniences - washer and dryer, dishes and most kitchen utensils. Oversized master bedroom and bathroom. Plenty of space for the family for the week. Right across from the pool! Easy walk to the beach entrance and Whales tail bar and grill. The unit is a bit dated, which is not important but most importantly, the blinds are awful!! The old vertical blinds had some missing panels leaving it quite bright very early in the master bedroom. The mattresses weren’t the most comfortable but after a day at the beach we were often too tired to notice. The management company was super friendly and helpful. We would definitely come back!

Decent location and clean!

The place was very clean! I was a little disappointed with the jacuzzi tub, that was the selling point for us. When we arrived the jets were siliconed shut. The owner was very responsive and relayed there was an issue with plumbing and he couldn't get it fixed during this season. I understand that completely, things happen. However it would of been nice to have been told about the issue beforehand. We also would of liked to have known that we could exit through the front gate but had to come in through the back gate. We would have to go all the way from the beach out to the highway and through the entire seascape complex to get to our room which was just feet from the front gate. We also had some pest issues while there and we're told it would be taken care of. Overall, the place and location we're great, it had a nice relaxing feel to it. The rooms were spacious, it was priced decently.

Angie, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I appreciate your input. I have removed the listing of the jacuzzi tub, since it is now inoperable (but does still provide a huge soaker tub). The gate situation you described is a function of your GPS sending you to the owner's access gate initially rather than the main gate (which you referred to as the "back gate"). That gate has always allowed exiting the property, but is reserved for owner's entry via RFID coding. The directions I always send to arriving guests inform them of that situation. There is also a re-entry gate on the beach road just 400 yards from the owner's gate. I wish I knew that this frustrated you, as there were simpler options in getting around. I hope you will be back. - Steve

Great condo by the beach.

Great appartment for 2, maxi 4 persons, very quiet and clean, duplex with 2 balconies entirely screened for mosquitoes (required and very efficient). All tile on the first level (great), carpet on stairs and master bed room, not too good for this environment, owner should consider wood or tile on these carpeted areas. Located on a golf course for golfers, 5mn walk to a beautiful beach, no parking problem, we really had a wonderful stay.

Great location

The townhome has easy access to the beach and pool. It's an older unit that has updated furnishings. If you want granite countertops and tiled showers, this isn't the place for you. If you want a comfortable townhome at a reasonable price, then this place is perfect. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent here again.

Cleanliness

Everything was clean except the tub upstairs. It felt like there was still sand in it, and it also had black in some areas. You could obviously tell that it had not been scrubbed. Also, there were a number of bulbs burned out upstairs.

James, I appreciate you taking the time to provide a review. I would have also liked to have known about the problems you cited so I could have addressed them while you were here. That jacuzzi tub is a bear to clean, and I apologize for the condition you found it in. All light bulbs were working when checked prior to your arrival and replacement bulbs are in the cabinets, should the inevitable burnout happen. Again, I am sorry for the tub and am glad that everything else was clean when you arrived. - Steve

Great Condo!

We originally rented another condo but my boyfriend felt claustrophobic so I have contacted Steve and he was so sweet and let us move to this one. We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and very spacious. Our stay here was very relaxing, peaceful and we had a great time. Thank you Steve :)

Beatiful Memories

The Condo was absolutely Beautiful! We were nervous in the Beginning about renting. They were wonderful and helped ease the worries. No problems with anything when we arrived. Everyday was wonderful and will be going back and staying here.
