Gorgeous custom built house located in a quiet neighborhood just 5 minutes away from the freeway, and a 50-min drive to the entrance of Sequoia National Park. The mall, supermarkets, and Costco are all less than 6-min drive away.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The sleeper couch in the living room can be turned into a full size bed so up to 8 guests can stay in the vacation house.
The house was great and perfectly located. My only negative remark was in trying to reach the property manager. I tried calling and texting Charlie and he never responded.
Very disappointed with this rental. The photos are not accurate. Furniture was in poor condition, paint peeling from baseboards and walls, unfinished wall repair patches. Roaches and other bugs in kitchen and bathroom. Pans were not clean.
We understood that this would be a more basic rental from the photos, but this property is not taken care of and is very run down. Wished we had just stayed in a hotel. Do not recommend staying at this property.
Listing was accurate for accommodations.
Pots and pans were missing but we noticed in time to buy some and donate.
Constructively, the hard floors need cleaned well. Our socks were black from walking inside.
We tried to stay close enough to visit Yosemite but closer to Sequoia because our next destination was closer to Sequoia. The neighborhood was also convenient to restaurants. The home was well spaced out and clean. We enjoyed our short stay.
The property is dirty outside as well as inside. There is a lot of dust above the refrigerator and cover for the Jacuzzi. They need to do more cleaning in the room and bathroom. the baseboard on the walls looks old/dirty. The awning on the front of the house needs to be clean. The whole house looks dirty as soon you arrived.
The location was perfect for the graduation we were attending. Only 11/2 miles away. We were able to walk there and not worry about parking. The home was older, but very clean. Everything worked out well.
Good communication and a great space to settle for a night. Unfortunately Sequoia NP was closed for our trip, but we made the most of the area visiting local hiking trails. Settled in back at the house and grilled out with plenty of spices and cookware provided by the home. The trundle bed room provided a great room for our kids! Hopefully we return at a later date and visit Sequioa, and we would definitely stay here again.
The home was clean and very comfortable easy acesss to stores and restaurants and also not far from the highway definitely recommend staying here to anyone
Overall everything was great , we really enjoyed it , the bad in the master bedroom falls and we had to redo it ever night! Truly if they replaced that bed the house would be perfect ! But the Bed does really need to be changed out ! Would I stay again YES!
Booked this stay to visit the national parks, which is about 50 minutes from the park. Was in a convenient location in Visalia to grocery stores if you plan on eating at home. Easy check in and check out, and has a great patio space for morning coffee or evening cocktail. Place was clean, which is important! Would stay again if Iâm in the area.
The property was as advertised. Lots of space, huge kitchen with the utensils you need to cook. It located in a quiet neighborhood and close to Costco gas :), Target and lots of other stores. The drive to the South Entrance of Seqouia is less than an hour. Enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
We were so comfortable in this lovely home. It was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our trip. It was easy to get on the road to Sequoia National Park.
My family of five were in town for a wedding. With two teenage girls, a traditional hotel room with one bathroom just isnât realistic. This property was perfect for us. The location was great, nice neighborhood and close to restaurants. Thereâs was plenty of room for us to get ready and very comfortable beds. Our stay was short and we didnât use the kitchen but it appeared to be clean and well stocked. The hot tub was enjoyed by all. We would stay here again.
