This villa is set in a private and peaceful location, in a 2000sqm fenced plot area, amidst pinewood forest.
The villa is ideal for the smaller family requiring quality family time together or for groups of friends looking for a quiet place, with easy access to ibiza's hot spots.
Location is reached via a short walk through a pine trees forest by a road with a nice walkabout. It will take you only A 5 minutes walk to arrive to Sant Josep village.
If you are seeking a comfortable rural retreat, just steps away amenities as restaurants, or supermarkets, then this is for you. This is also an ideal spot for walkers and cycling enthusiasts.

PROPERTY FEATURES:
It features three bedrooms. The master bedroom is spacious with a double bed and connects to its en-suite bathroom where there is a bathtube. The second bedroom is spacious, equipped with a double bed and a toilet. Third bedroom contains two single beds. There is another family bathroom in the villa.

The fully equipped kitchen is large. It has a dishwasher, microwave, fitted hob/oven and fridge/freezer, as well as the comfortable living-dining area, perfect for a nice family dinner experience.

Living room features Satellite TV, DVD player, high speed WIFI and a comfortable seating area.

There is a laundry room with washing machine. Complimentary AIR COMNDITIONING in the bedrooms is provided.

The patio and barbacue area is an ideal al-fresco dining and relaxing area with nice views to the countryside and the village of Sant Josep.The Swimmingpool area features a nice dining and lolunge area and it is equipped with a toilet and an outdoor shower.The swimming pool is placed in full sun and features a comfortable area with loungers and garden.There are delightful walks along tracks meandering through the pine scented woods. A lovely rural cottage and highly recommended for a peaceful retreat.

LOCATION:
Sant Josep is the ideal spot for relaxing holiday. There are shops and restaurants, steps away to the villa. Ibiza center town is placed within a 15 minutes drive. San Antonio it is within 10 minutes drive.

ACCESIBILITY:
Car not required, suitable for children.

OUTSIDE: The Pool is placed in full sun. Terrace with views to the countryside.

COAST/BEACH: Sant Josep and the west coast of Ibiza are the nearest beaches to the villa. They are only at a short five minutes drive. Ibiza, Playa den Bossa and Salinas are within 15 minutes drive to the villa.

HOW TO GET THERE: Ibiza airport is 15 mins from house. Car or taxi is required. Car hire available at Ibiza Airport.

DISTANCES: San Antonio 8 Km, Ibiza town 10 Km, Ibiza airport 10 km.

BOOKING TERMS:
A refundable deposit it is requested upon arrival and will be refunded on the final day of renting period. Deposit amount is 500,00 for up to 6 guests and must be deposited in cash.

CLEANING SERVICE:
The property will be in a clean and well-maintained state when the clients arrive, and it is expected that they keep it so during the rental period. Fresh linens and towels are provided once a week. Extra services are on request.

GUESTS:
The total number of guests staying at the property should not exceed the persons number agreeded in the reservation phase. In case of extra persons, an additional cost would be charged. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of the clients and is not to be sub-let under any circumstances.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
Checkin after 17.00h Checkout before 10.30h Checkin dates may be flexible, just ask. Clients are expected to arrive at the property, at the predefined date and time. If a different arrival time is anticipated, the clients must notify us asap with the new arrival time.
