Waterview Maine Dream Cottage

Disponible à la location, est notre chalet familial récemment rénové et extrêmement bien entretenu. Cet emplacement incroyable avec vue sur l'eau a une vue imprenable sur l'Atlantique et un accès rapide à plusieurs plages. Le charmant quartier calme vous permet de vous promener ou de faire du vélo sur la route du chalet et de profiter des grandes pelouses, de l'aménagement paysager et des multiples plages. À distance de vélo, cependant, se trouvent les restaurants, les magasins et les activités de Biddeford Pool ou de Kennebunkport. Le parc d'attractions Fun Town se trouve à 15 minutes et les magasins de Kittery et Freeport sont à environ 1 heure.
L'espace de vie principal du chalet est au deuxième étage vous permettant de profiter de la vue imprenable sur l'océan. Toutes les chambres viennent d'être rénovées avec de nouveaux meubles de style Maine Cottage. Le chalet contient tout le confort de la maison pour que vous puissiez profiter de votre séjour. Même Internet câblé et sans fil. Venez tomber amoureux de notre endroit très spécial.

- Les lits dans les deux chambres sont surclassés de pleine à queen avec de nouveaux meubles de style Maine Cottage.
- Matelas Westin Heavenly achetés pour tous les lits.
- Nouvel ensemble de patio, chaises longues et coussins en teck et laiton.
- Nouveaux draps classiques Pottery Barn
- Buanderie rénovée avec capacité accrue

- Barbecue à gaz de qualité yacht
- Nouveau miroir de salle de bain et luminaires
- Nouveaux fauteuils club inclinables
- Nouveaux draps de grange en poterie pour tous les lits

- Beaucoup de mises à niveau de l'infrastructure en coulisses pour continuer à maintenir le chalet à un niveau élevé.

A Cottage That Exceeds Every Expectation

A dream cottage for sure! Every second spent here was exceptional. Easy check in, the communication with the host was excellent, and the cottage itself is immaculate. Every detail has been thoughtfully provided for an amazing stay. It's the perfect getaway to unwind and enjoy this beautiful location! We will definitely book again and look forward to another memorable time here!

The “Maine Dream Cottage” is exactly that. The cottage, surrounding property, view, cleanliness, and amenities are all terrific. We had an amazing Fall stay and highly recommend.

We loved our stay at this home. The house was spotless with quality furnishings and many thoughtful touches. Peaceful location and a lovely view. Great spot for walking the trails or exploring the beaches. Jeremy was a great communicator and quick to respond. Would certainly stay again.

Family Beach Stay 2024

We rented the cottage in July with our daughter and her family. The location is perfect with small children. The property has a great yard, that is perfect to sit and enjoy a fire. We enjoyed our coffee on the deck that overlooks the ocean. The cottage was stocked with everything you would need. We hope to come back soon.

Cozy Winter Getaway

We really enjoyed our stay at Granite Point. It's out of the way of the crowds at Kennebunkport, but still close enough for us to attend the preludes. The thermostats were a little unpredictable in the colder days, but we were able to dial it in for work we had to do from the house during the daytime. Would absolutely stay again!

Granite Cove

We love staying here in the Fall. It’s a real getaway from it all! That is why we choose to stay on the off season. The surround sound of the ocean. My husband and daughter must have caught over 30 beautiful striped bass! A win win! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets too!

Waterfront Gem

Beautiful quiet location, extremely clean house with upscale furnishings, comfortable mattresses and soft bedding, well equipped kitchen and perfect location near several restaurants and shopping. Multiple outdoor seating areas and quick walk to beach area. The owner Jeremy was very friendly and helpful taking time to talk me through the process of getting access to TV stations. Would highly recommend this lovely home.

Perfect!

I realize now why this property has so many 5 star ratings. The pictures do not do it justice. It is more spacious than it appears in the the photos on VRBO. It was immaculately clean and the décor, feel, design, layout and incredible view made for the quintessential Maine cottage retreat. Bright and beautiful! It was very quiet and the beds are super comfortable, even the bunk beds. I don't mean the following as a negative just as a heads up...this is an upside down house, bedrooms on the ground floor and living, dining, kitchen, laundry on the upper floor, which is fine since it takes advantage of the incredible view. But the only bathroom is on the ground floor (bedrooms floor) and this may be a consideration for people with mobility issues. But the house is so incredible overall this would not dissuade me from staying there.

Sound of the waves, view of the sea

Well appointed cottage, well kept grounds, lovely antiques! Small but beautiful cottage on a quiet road.Location is an easy walk to Timber Point and even the little island at low tide. Lots of birds! Lots of restaurants and shopping in beautiful but touristy Kennebunkport. The cottage has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the entry level with bunk beds in the hall to the upstairs, (fortunately there is a space to the side for a suitcase.) The bunks were a bit of a surprise as they are less private than the pictures show. They do not have curtains for privacy, each bunk has a fan, but no lamps) Upstairs is amazing, the well laid out kitchen with Viking appliances, lots of fridge space. Picture window that frames the cove view. The deck with teak furniture and cozy cushions (bring in for rain or dew) We loved it here, and would definitely come back, given the opportunity!

"My wife and I recently had the opportunity to visit Jeremey's home , and we were absolutely blown away by the beauty of the area. the air was crisp and clean, and the views were simply breathtaking. We loved waking up every morning to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore, enjoyed spending time exploring the nearby towns and villages, all were charming and picturesque. Halloween staycation

It was a cozy staycation. Woodstove added to cozines as we had a mix of weather. Sunny warm days, rainy and raw, then windy and colder. I love to cook so the kitchen was well stocked with all the right stuff. The location is excellent for us.

Amazing Place to Stay

This cottage was perfect! It is very clean, comfortable and cozy. It was our first time going to Maine and everything was incredible. The trail at the end of the road was wonderful and the views from cottage were breathtaking. We can't wait to go back.

Fabulous Cottage and location

We were so impressed with this adorable cottage. Extremely clean and beautifully decorated. The view is incredible! The host, Jeremy , was very responsive to any inquiries we had before and during our stay. The location is perfect for venturing out in all directions. Great trails up the street. The fall foliage was so pretty! I highly recommend, you will not be disappointed.

Stunning Property

Believe it or not this property is even more beautiful in person. The pictures look great but seeing this property was even more impressive. The location is very private and quiet, yet also convenient to many scenic drives and places. Waking up each morning to the sound of crashing waves while seeing the amazing water views was just perfect. We visited in late September and the fall foliage was just starting to change. If you are considering this property, do not hesitate. You won't regret it. Book it immediately.

A Beautiful place

This place was great & the view is beautiful. We’re an older couple so the stairs were tiring at times but well worth the experience &we managed just fine. Everything was perfect….beautifully decorated and so clean & well equipped, and we loved the area. Great walking trails too!
